Lost my flight so had to quickly booked a place, they had a staff member at 12 midnight there to check me in and she was enough to let me check out at 1pm since I arrived late. Fair money for the value.

Nice hotel design. Guest room interior look nice and fresh. Big space to relaxing together without any noisy from outside. 1st time we stayed, hope next time can get good price . My partner can park the car easily and nearby some halal foods. We will come back. Thank You

There's no bidet in the room. Phone line and TV was not working. Not much TV channels.

No bidet

Staff were fantastic! There were issues pertaining to other guests being jerks in a shared room, and staff remedied them quickly. Like one person taking all towels and water bottles. I've stayed in countless shared rooms in many countries and have never encountered that, but they handled it excellently.

Where I don't recommend this is it's a hotel first and foremost. I stay in capsules for the shared resources like common rooms, some kitchen facilities, meeting other travelers. This was literally just 4 capsules in a single room with nothing else. One toilet/shower, and one woman monopolized it for an hour for makeup despite there being a large mirror in the main room whereas in most capsules there are other options even if they're outside the room. Now, that's her being a jerk and not on the hotel staff, but it is an avoidable problem in every other hostel/capsule I've stayed.

I stayed in the no window room, which was very nice. The staff are friendly.

Everything was perfect to me. Clean and comfortable. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Laundry also very near. Food is everywhere. Transport wise is very convienent. Will come again in the future. Thank you.

One thing that I don't like is that there is no bidet. Hopefully, the management will look into it and upgrade to have bidet in every bathroom. Convienent for us. Thank you.

The 4-bed rooms are extremely spacious for a hostel type room and have a chair and minifridge. Location was nice right on Joo Chiat Rd.

WiFi was horrendous in my room. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable

The rooms were very clean and the bathroom pristine. The hotel was in an area with a bunch of restaurants and bakeries, making it very easy to have a great breakfast in the morning. The staff was also attentive and offered to keep our bags while we had breakfast.

The price was cheap, but the rooms were very good. Nice and tidy, beds were comfy, bathroom was clean and modern. We had a late check in but the staff did not mind and we're very helpful and friendly. Overall a great experience here.

If the bathrooms had a Bidet installed.

J'ai envoyé un email pour m'assurer de mon checkin tardif, ils ont répondu trois jours plus tard soit après mon arrivée. Les lits dans les dortoirs sont très inconfortables ! Matelas très fin, c'est comme dormir sur la planche en bois. Il n'y avait pas de couverture à mon arrivée, et pas mal de petite crasse sur le lit !

The location of the hotel is very good, you can easily find shops, malls, and food courts nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is a strong point, but the hotel could improve on comfort and basic amenities.

There was a lot of noise at night, which made it difficult to rest. The TV was not working, and there were no slippers provided in the room, which was disappointing. I had also booked for three more days, but when I tried to cancel within an hour, no reimbursement was offered. This felt unfair and inflexible. Overall, while the location is a strong point, the hotel needs improvement in terms of comfort, basic amenities, and customer service.

Location is good, near the Nyonya shop.

I booked family room for four of my family members. But when I was there I got room with four single uncomfortable beds. House keeper was in when we were not in. Security of our valuables is questionable.

Angenehmes Hotel, freundliches Personal. Täglicher Zimmerservice, täglich neues Trinkwasser und neue Handtücher und Zahnbürsten. Metro in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, Bus in 5 bis 8, je nach Richtung. Wir konnten das Gepäck nach dem Auschecken noch bis zum Abend dort deponieren.

Der Safe funktionierte nicht.

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war gut.

Das Bett war total hart und unter der Bettdecke waren Haare. Der Rezeptionist war nicht der freundlichste.

空間算大，三個人的行李箱都能打開。 服務好，有一天忘了掛清潔牌打電話回去，旅館還是有安排打掃

廁所非常小 只有廁所有衛生紙 水喝過放桌上竟然就不補了（不是原位） 隔音不算好，但因為只有睡覺在房間，沒什麼受到影響

I liked the location, and the accessibility to bus stops. The Hotel was tidy. Always having staff at the front entrance was very helpful, and the lady was lovely. The Room was clean and very spacious.

The mattress was very hard, and not comfortable. Unfortunately, my roommates were noisy and not considerate with noise and lights through the night. The walls were also thin, so I could hear kids running around in other rooms and hallways late into the night.

The location was handy to some great shopping.

Open late, meaning late check-in was available. Central location, easy access to trains and buses. Comfortable.

Directions could’ve been made more obvious (make it higher priority, slightly difficult to find)

It’s near the airport and the location is near mrt me eateries. The unit is clean and spacious good if you bring lots of luggages (family)

Staff is great, AA was very friendly. They tried their best to accommodate our needs.

The double rooms are very small, the grey walls are making the room even smaller. There are no cupboards and there is no bidet in the toilet!
