Best Western Plus Rose Country Hotel

This location is very close to the main road we travel when visiting.

It was all fine.

Very good location and friendly staff !!!

Location was great

Dinner had soggy veggies

The pet fee per night was a bit higher then the other hotels

The location

Staff

Everything was good

Great location, was quiet for the most part. There was a wedding and you could hear the music all the way to the pool, but was not horrible. Hot tub was awesome

When I booked through booking.com it had stated the room type would incluse a $25 food/beverage coupon. I unfortunately DID Not receive it and whenI questioned the property about it they said nothing they can do but my next stay can include it. Well here is the thing the rate was more money with it and i should have gotten a credit. I will not be back to that hotel and was not very fair for them to say that. Live and learn, i will never pick a price with that option again. Very disappointed.

Clean and conveniently located

Staff was overwhelmed as it was a busy weekend. Rosie’s kitchen is a disaster.

I loved that everything in the hotel was connected such as where your room was, the restaurant and the casino. The weather was not great and it was awesome to not have to go outside.

The restaurant food was just ok but other than that, the hotel was awesome!

The pool

My room door would not lock told front desk they came and did something then the door locked again temporarily then it didn't lock again witch we didn't discover until the next morning so our room door was left unlocked all night not good at all

Very good breakfast and dinner buffet. Comfortable bad, nice staff

No shampoo but had 2 bottles of lotions Print was too small to understand what is inside the bottles.

Its clean, pleasant staff, decent breakfast included.

Zero noise insulation, you can hear every footstep and toilet flush through the walls and floors.

included in the room rate. Poor

Was very good

Weather

Big room, great room service and quick check in

Very noisy (likely due to hockey teams)

Very flexible and friendly. Will recommend and also stay again

Everything we needed on short notice

Fitness facilities were closed. Breakfast was not great. I wouldn’t feed the breakfast sausages to my dog.

The breakfast was not good. The waffles were hard and could not be eaten. I told the staff and nothing was done about it:(

I have stayed there a couple of times and liked the facility. Love the casino

The price was way higher than quoted through booking.com. The front desk staff was poor.

It was good

It was clean and the Staff were great. Super helpful

The pool was closed and I didn't know that at the time off booking. I'm not sure it would have mattered but kids like pools and we didn't get go to the pool.

Breakfast was fine but if you stay up late at the Casino 9:00 is pretty early to get to breakfast

Don't keep say the pool is under repair. Just close it as it has been under repair for a very long time.

All good!

Totally satisfied!

Very clean. Friendly and accommodating staff.

The rooms are spacious, clean and beds are comfortable. Nice to have somewhere to eat when you come in late. Food is good

Nothing

Great

Parking.. no pool

Very quiet

Great place , very reasonable. Entertainment good food great service Room comfortable spacious , great breakfast included

Pet friendly, quiet, good food from casino and great staff

The free breakfast was not worth going to.

Perfect place to stay when travelling with Dogs. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff are friendly and there is a lot of green space for walking my pups. The Casino is a nice bonus with good food in both restaurants.

Breakfast was very good and the location was perfect

Could of had bacon as well for the breakfast

It's quite calm and not overly crowded, which I prefer.

Nothing in particular; I’ve always enjoyed my stay here and truly loved every moment of it.

Proximity to the dog show

Large bathrooms in the rooms

To far out of town. Not much within walking distance.

Dog friendly

Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Hotel location was ideal - quiet, yet close to town

I don't have a single complaint

Having the breakfast buffet was great. Very happy with our stay.

The staff are amazing.

Anyone that likes casino restaurant and hotel basically under one roof will enjoy this facility. Enough separation so there are no distractions from whatever part of the facility you are in food is good and they appreciate contribution to sports and leisure from casino hotel is good

We had a good rest

Worked casino and felt safe

Gym looked nice

Excellent

You can hear hallway noise, water going through the pipes, broken electric plug. Someone thru up by the entry doors. Rooms are very spacious.

Good experience

Early checkin. Breakfast

Could be cleaner. Our room had half dozen flies in it. Chair was really worn.

Enjoyed our breakfast and a good night's sleep. Next year we will be coming probably twice again to stay. We attend the Bridge Tournament's at Camrose Mirror Lake Center. Everywhere we went everyone was so polite.

We had a very clean and comfortable room. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent with a variety of eating options.

Very beautiful hotel and clean room. Nice casino and delicious breakfast Everything you need for comfy stay

The pool was under construction unfortunately . Breakfast buffet at Rosie's was delicious and included with our stay!

The pool and hot tub area is closed for renovation. It does not show this on the listing. It is not posted at the front desk, staff did not mention it was closed. I almost walked down in my bathing suit to go for a swim, luckily I checked the pool area (construction area) out before going down. This should be mentioned on the Expedia site. It still shows the hotel has a pool and hot tub

Very clean and quiet.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable as well. Breakfast was not quite what we usually get, could use a few more options

Always feel welcome here. Food is excellent.

Old and dated. Lousy internet. Staff not friendly. Long, long walk from hotel to parking. Looks like a casino Hotel in receivership which it is. I will never go back.

Great hotel after a concert in Edmonton. Edmonton jacked up the price on all hotels for Morgan Wallen.

Staff were so pleasant and accomodayting

Check in took 1.5hrs because they gave our room away

The property was very clean and well kept up. The rooms were a great size. Had a great stay

Very Well maintained

We loved our stay at this resort/hotel/casino. The swimming pool and slides etc are all under a big renovation which we knew about ahead of time, so no big deal. Looks like they are putting a lot into it and will be great! Staff were great, breakfast and restaurant/room service was soo good. Definitely would stay again!

Quiet place. Able to sleep well.

Clean, spacious
