Great hotel with a lot to offer! 🌴✨ The food was really good, the pool was fantastic, and the whole hotel had a lovely atmosphere. ❤️ The only downside is that it’s a little bit remote, so you need transportation if you want to explore the area. The hotel is also right by a beautiful black sand beach, which makes the location really special. 🖤🌊 Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The staff was the best part of the stay, really friendly. Also the restaurant is great and the location to watch sunsets is perfect.

It didn’t feel clean. Lots of stains on the bed sheets. When we asked to change them, the cover was just turned around.

Stunning gardens, lovely pool, sweet staff. Our room was comfortable and clean and very good value for money. Handy to explore a few waterfalls as a day trip and many guests were mountain trampers. Tried a local dessert dish that we hadn't seen on offer before.

We left a day early to catch a Komodo whale shark tour date change and we were pleased to move on to new adventures after 2 nights as we felt we'd had enough by then. Beach wasn't what we hoped for (plastic strikes again) but we'd just come from the Gilis.

Pool and garden is pretty, double room bungalow with relax zone brings nice evening chill.

Très beaux extérieurs, proximité avec la plage avec de beaux levés et couchés de soleil. Gros plus pour le personnel des chambres qui nous ont amenés en urgence en scooter au port pour ne pas louper notre bateau.

Le logement était moyen, notamment par rapport à la salle de bain. Le personnel à l'accueil n'était pas trop avenant.

The pool was fabulous and the view.

They did not supply us with the right number of beds and tried to make us pay twice. They also did not supply us with the right number of complimentary breakfasts and we had to argue to get both of these and wasted our first hour and sunset on arrival trying to get our beds. They gave us 10 not 14! And said we had to pay again for our pre paid beds!

Room was clean and comfy but the bathroom was not. The shower didn't work and staff worked hard to fix and give a bit of a scrub. Pool was rather green. Only 6 sun loungers around the pool with no cushions. When you don't want to swim in the sea because it is dirty, this all makes it a bit disappointing when you want to relax and be comfortable

Hemos estado súper a gusto. Las vistas directas al mar son increíbles y la piscina es preciosa. Todo el personal ha sido encantador, especialmente Farizy, siempre con una sonrisa y una amabilidad que te alegraba el día. ¡Sin duda, volveríamos!

Plage trés vilaine, coton tige sales dans la chambre, pas ou trés peu de chaines satellites, prière la nuit qui vous réveille, personnel trés peu conciliant et parlant peu anglais : nous avions une réservation pour 6 alors que pour eux c'était 4...nous avons du payer une chambre de plus sans un geste commercial ou autre !!!

Exquisite garden, which reminds the Southern Pacific garden! Beautiful pool and great beach for the sunset! Lovely bungalows or rooms and very nice restaurant patio. The region is very nice : rice fields, coconuts everywhere , lush forests.

The meals are thé worst we had in Indonesia. The staff is nice but can be a bit harsh sometimes. They are not very flexible: if you want to change any tiny thing on the menu, they refuse or add extra costs.

虽然没有其他餐厅，但酒店本身的餐厅就很好吃，连吃了四天。酒店也会帮忙安排司机出行，我们司机Accook人很Nice，会给我们准备零食，英语沟通也没问题。进来时候看到周边以为酒店很差，没想到环境护理的非常好，个人感觉花园房住的最舒服！这里看日落很漂亮，看不腻

出行稍微有点不方便，没有摩托车基本只能限制在酒店，周边没有购物区和其他餐厅。门口就是沙滩，但是浮潜没什么看的，都是沙，游泳很安全，出去很远都是浅滩

het was verrassend. Na de beklimming van de Rinjani moesten we een nacht doorbrengen zodat we de volgende dag een boot naar lembongan eiland konden hebben. Het was een geweldige resort om bij te komen. Het zwembad was super. Een restaurant met uitzicht op de gili eilanden en de kamers zijn goed. dus het was meer dan we verwachtte.

Je verwacht het niet als je er naar toe rijdt, maar het is echt een prachtig plekje. Super lief personeel!

Huisjes zijn nieuw en schoon. Genoeg ruimte in de slaapkamer en badkamer. Goed werkende airco. Locatie is leuk, aan de rand van een dorpje aan het strand. Goede uitvalsbasis naar de Gili eilanden (de haven is vlak bij). Boek geen taxi via het hotel, maar via blue bird. Anders betaal je twee keer zoveel.

De prijzen in het restaurant zijn hoog. En er staat een moskee vlak bij, welke heel vaak en heel lang roept. Vooral op vrijdag (2 uur).

Beautiful hotel , large very clean rooms , absolutely stunning pool and fantastic resturant. Beautiful to watch the sunset every evening from the hotel resturant which overlooks the beach. The food is outstanding and staff are very helpful. The hotel is quite remote but you really don't need to leave, its so lovely there! I enjoyed walking around the neighbourhood and nearby farms. 10 min walk to Tanjung. Also be sure to visit the Lombok Spa and Massage nearby !

Die Aussenanlage war schön, die Kinder genossen den Pool und das Personal war freundlich. Ein Spaziergang dem schwarzen Sandstrand entlang kann ich empfehlen. Der Sonnenuntergang war toll und das Essen mochten wir auch sehr.

Infrastruktur nicht ganz gut in Form; schriftliche Anfragen brauchten zu lange, bis sie beantwortet wurden (in der Nacht vom Abreisen). Ein Moskitonetz wäre ev. eine Idee überm Bett.

Les chambres ne sont pas comme sur les photos… tapis de bain sale en arrivant.. chambres assez vieilles Ne mettez pas vos affaires blanches à laver à la laundry de l’hôtel car elles ressortiront roses… ils ne séparent pas les couleurs. Petit déjeuner assez restreint mais correct

Un merveilleux endroit !! Vraiment vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Nous sommes une famille de cinq et nous avons adoré. Le cadre est magnifique, surtout pour admirer le sunset, le restaurant très bien, le jardin et la piscine incroyables, et surtout une l’équipe et tout le personnel d’une extrême gentillesse !!!👍👍👍

The resort was very nice and clean and you can enjoy a wonderful sunset during diner time. The swimming pool is very nice as well.

We ate diner twice at the restaurant and both times they only brought one dish after all the others were finished already, which isn’t very nice when you expect to enjoy a joint cosy diner with your family of 5. The rooms were vey big but it felt like they were only prepared partiality. Our soap was empty, we failed toilet paper…. We booked a superior family room which turned out to be 2 separate bungalows next to each other. All small little issues but issues I didn’t expect at this kind of resort. They are also the reason why I rate 7 instead of 10.

Очень хорошее место. Чистые номера, полотенца и постельное, тоже чистые. В ванной все необходимое. Горячая вода без перебоев. Большая и ухоженная территория. Хороший и чистый бассейн. Отдельно хочу отметить ресторан на территории. Вкусно и хорошая цена. Шикарные закаты бонусом. Отзывчивый персонал. Wi-Fi на всей территории.

Минусов для себя не нашла.

We needed 1 nights accommodation to start our scooter trip around Lombok and booked this place. Wow ! It was fantastic. The cabin we stayed in was big and had everything you need. The garden and pool area were kept beautiful. Breakfast the next morning was basic but fine.

There was no water in the pool when we arrived (the mentainance should be done in low season not in the high). Many locals not so many international tourists, I think they do trainings here. If you don't have a car you sre stuck in the resort. Also the beakfast for the kid was not included.

Het enige is dat het ‘mooi’ is en de kamers zijn ook oke.

Het is heel afgelegen en bij aankomst wordt je helemaal geen optie tot vervoer of dergelijke waarmee je als je op stap kan aangeboden en dat heb je daar wel echt nodig. Grab ect. Is heel schaars dus als je boekt voor dit hotel kan je beter vanaf de haven een scooter huren en als je met zijn 2e bent met koffers kan beter 1 iemand achter de grab aanrijden met scooter alvast. We kwamen om 11:00 aan en er waren heel weinig mensen op het resort en werd heel koud gezegd dat we konden wachten met inchecken tot 14:00 met een kind.. we hebben dat in Azië niet eerder gehad. Ook kregen we 2 ontbijt terwijl we met 1 kind waren en belachelijk duren prijzen in hun restaurant. Met uitchecken waren we om 11:45 nog bezig met inpakken en lopen ze de hele tijd langs en kijken naar binnen. Vond het geen fijne plek en we waren blij dat we weg gingen. Gelukkig voor 1 dag geboekt.

Pas de frigo dans la chambre, pour un hôtel de ce standing ça fait radin ! Le papier toilette il faut en demander pas un rouleau d'avance. On nous a fait attendre notre chambre jusqu'à 14 h alors qu'elle était prête ( nous étions arrivés vers midi) et ça ...!!!!

The hotel was impecable, the rooms are as in the photoes, the staff is very friendly! It was great that the hotel had its own restaurant, because there was nothing else in the close area where we could have had lunch/dinner.

It is a bit remote, so unless you rent a bike, you cannot really move around freely.

La salle de bain pas à la hauteur du reste des prestations.. Nous avons eu un problème avec notre premier repas du soir, nous l'avons payé en cash je n'ai pas. demandé de reçu et oh surprise le lendemain soir on nous présente les 2 factures , ça n'a pas été facile d'avoir gain de cause . La pauvre fille mise en cause nous a fait la tête tout le reste de notre séjour.. Par la suite même pour un verre pris au bar je demandais un reçu

The stuff was really kind and meal was tasty. Inside of the hotel area it looks nice (garden with pool).

The room 113 needs some repairing works… In the bathroom was smell, because it wasn’t possible to refresh the air after taking the shower… It wasn’t possible to close the door properly, so for few nights we have inside the room a lizard. :-) Outside of the hotel area is a little bit weird neighbourhood, so we went somewhere only by scooter/by car.

La gentillesse et la réactivité du personnel. La boulloite, me cafe et lz thé dans la chambre, la piscine, le restaurant et le jardin.

Nous aurions apprécié un drap, car la couette n'était pas propre (traces de rouge à lèvres et autres...)

Très bon endroit pour rayonner sur le nord de Lombok, chambre agréable et confortable, personnel aux petits soins, jardin splendide.

Les plages aux alentours sont belles mais sales.

The surroundings are beautiful. The hotel is new.

All the rooms are damp and smell. All the walls are wet. The walking pad around is even dangerous. Maintatainance is zero. It could be a wonderful place but it is not. Only the restaurant and the food is good.

The hotel was immaculate in all places. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and great temperature. The food in the restaurant was so delicious.

The property itself is amazing, luscious grass, cool outdoorsy restaurant on the beach and a huge pool. The hotel faces the ocean where the sun sets and we had the most beautiful sunset the night we stayed. The food here was amazing!

The area is not as nice as some parts of Bali, and the port had quite a lot of pushy taxi drivers. The hotel did however offer a car service which we got one, and got a grab as we were in a group that couldn’t fit into the car. This was super helpful and affordable!

The resort is very well maintained and has a tropical setting with all the palm trees and plants. The restaurant is right on the ocean and the food is very good.

The location isn't very walkable to shops or other restaurants.

Aangename kamer en badkamer. Heel groot zwembad en mooie tuin en omgeving. Perfecte locatie aan zee voor mooie zonsopgang en -ondergang.

Soms lang wachten op eten of ontbijt.

Die Hotelanlage ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und kann für normale Zwecke genug English, das war wirklich kein Problem. Unser Zimmer war direkt am Pool, ein Träumchen und es war nicht laut. Das Hotel bittet auch verschiedene Ausflüge: Sie haben einen tollen Chauffeur, der uns als Reiseleiter durch die Insel begleitet hat! Das Restaurant direkt am Meer fanden wir sehr nett und daneben ist auch eine gemütliche Bar am Strand.

Alles hat für uns gepasst.

Restaurangen var i toppklass. Poolområdet var jättefint. Personalen väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam.

Der Garten und die Poolanlage sahen nett und gepflegt aus.

Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war allerdings alles andere als das. Es hat extrem gestunken im Zimmer, es wurde zwar versucht mit Duftspray zu übertünchen, ist aber nicht gelungen. Es war Schimmel an den Wänden, einige Dinge waren kaputt und es war dreckig. Wir sind nach 2 von 4 Nächten abgereist weil wir eher das Gefühl hatten das Zimmer macht uns krank als einen schönen Aufenthalt zu haben. Zudem war es in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einer Moschee von der morgens um 04:20 Uhr ein Lärm ausging der uns nicht mehr schlafen hat lassen. Das Personal war auch nicht hilfsbereit, Rollermietung mehr als doppelt so teuer wie sonst obwohl man darauf angewiesen ist um irgendwo hinzukommen.

The location was great for the start of our trip around lombok. The garden was very well maintained and picturesque. There’s also a nice hangout spot with beach chairs overlooking the water. The staff was very friendly and food very good for what it was.

We had booked the Deluxe Double Room and sadly it was just old. The mattress was past its prime and the bedsheets had stains. Despite there being an aircon, it was very humid and the bathroom somewhat moldy as it had almost no ventilation. I think the deluxe rooms are due for a proper renovation, not just a paint job. However, the garden bungalows seem to be very nice, would have probably given the hotel a much higher rating if we would’ve stayed in one of those. Definitely worth the extra bit of money.

Las instalaciones del hotel en general, el hotel está bonito rodeado de espacios abiertos con césped y vegetación en general. La piscina es grande y bien ubicada con bonitas vistas al mar al igual que el restaurante que se encuentra bien ubicado. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Habitación grandes y con varios complementos para el baño.
