We were 3 families and came from Abudhabi. This was my 4th pr 5th stay experience in city hotel. Decided not to stay next time, at all.

الفندق نظيف و المكان جدا رائع ولكن ملاحظه على الطاقم. 1. صابون السائل للاستحمام فارغ و لم يتم تعبئته طول فتره اقماتنا يومين. 2. مكواه الملابس سيئه و متسخه جدا. 3. عند قيام عامل النظافه بتنظيف الغرفه لم يوفر أوراق المحارم الا عند الطلب. 4. اليوم الثاني للأقامه لم يتم تحديث بطاقه الدخول الا عند الطلب و كان من المفترض أن يتم تحديثها ليومين. 5. السرير الثالث غير مريح. 6. لم يتم توفير مطافه السجائر الا عند الطلب. 7. المناشف قديمه جدا. 8َ. وجود حشرات في الغرفه. التلفزيون قديم و متهالك و غير حديث مقارنه ببعض الفنادق توفر التلفاز الذكي. 9.لا يوجد سجاده صلاه برغم يوجد علامه للقبله.
