رائحة كريهه ومرافق قديمه وأصوات فالمكيف وسواد فالأرضية غرفة مقززة بمعنى الكلمة لا انصح فيه من باب التجربة

Staff was very helpful and professional, room was spacious and with a beautiful view of coastline and mountains. It was great experience.

Not much options for coffee.

Location and value for the money

The staff are friendly & approachable especially in the restaurant. They will offer anything aside from display of food.

The door of room needs to repair.

The welcoming of the receptionist staff was warm with early check in. The pool was well clean and comfortable with a very nice view to the sea.

- The breakfast was very bad and not varied for 4 nights we spent. - Overall, The restaurant was extremely poor for a four star ⭐️ hotel with no variety of international food. Only Indian cuisine was offered which frustrated me and my family. It’s a waste of money to pay every day so much for a dinner that isn’t even good. This must be improved! - The WiFi was so bad that barely works in all rooms we booked. - No international channels was available on TVs, not even Etisalat basics channels. - The TV was so slow that kids could not enjoy any entertaining programme.

FLAT SIZE WAS OKAY IN SIZE 2BHK, SUPPLY OF ITEMS TO ROOM, FRIENDLY RECEPTIONIST WHO TOOK OUR BOOKING.

THE SWIMMING POOL WAS AS DIRTY AS SEWAGE WATER NO HYGIENE NO CLEANING. EXTREMELY BAD SMELL. RESTAURANT FOOD AND STAFF WAS GOOD. THE FEMALE STAFF (i don’t remember the name) AT 7 am WAS VERY SUPPORTIVE. Restaurant manager was great. FOOD CAN BE MORE VARIETY.

اعجبنى فقط الفيو و موظفة الاستقبال المحجبه كانت محترمه

اولا لا يوجد شىء اسمه ادفع تامين ثانيت الغرفه قديمه جدا و لا يوجد اى خدمات .نتتظر اكثر من 5دقاءق حتى ياتى مصعد .لا يوجد فرش فى الارضيه و كانه سكن موظفين شيرنج حقا هذا الفندق لا يستاهل اكثر من نجمتين و 50 درهم فى الليله .

العفش قديم موظفين الاستقبال غير متعاونين وخاصة الراجل منهم يميلون للتوفير دائما مغلقين التكييف ac فتجد درجة حرارة الغرفة 40 .حتى تبرد تحتاج ممكن يوم كامل لتبرد الارضيات والفراش قديم المكوى جميعهم خربان تم تبديل عدة انواع وكلهم خربان ممكن تقعد يوم كامل تتصل على الاستقبال وخدمة نظافة الغرف ماحد يرد عليك

I have stayed several times and location wise it’s perfect and specious rooms value wise .

Day by day services getting worse. Sower gel , shampoo , hand wash were same liquid and bottles were almost empty . No trash box in washroom . Refrigerator was not working.
