Chybělo v koupelně zrcátko pro lidi, co špatně vidí. Velké zrcadlo v koupelně je příliš daleko, abych cokoli viděla (vidím špatně do dálky i do blízka a ještě mám astigmatismus). Ale chápu, že s takovým problémem jsem výjimka.

La colazione non era niente di speciale. Il parcheggio riservato alle moto scomodo e non sufficiente ad ospitare più di due moto di medie dimensioni (infatti era già occupato).

للأسف تجربتي لم تكن بالمستوى المتوقع. واجهت مشاكل في النظافة وجودة الغرفة والخدمة، ولم أشعر أن مستوى الإقامة يتناسب مع السعر المدفوع. كما أن طريقة التعامل مع الملاحظات والمشاكل أثناء الإقامة لم تكن مرضية، وكان من الممكن التعامل معها باهتمام واحترافية أكبر

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026W hotelu pracują kompetentne i bardzo sympatyczne osoby. Zostaliśmy profesjonalnie obsłużeni przez Pana Romana z recepcji. Pokój bardzo czysty, śniadanie bardzo smaczne. Warto skorzystać z restauracji również poza śniadaniami, ponieważ oferuje świetną kuchnię. Dodatkowym atutem jest lokalizacja hotelu i bardzo dobra komunikacja miejska. Polecam w 100%.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026I’ve been coming to St.Moritz for many years, this is my first time staying in hotel Arte, and I loved my stay. The staff is super accommodating and kind (Francesca & Davide), the rooms are nice & clean and the balcony has a wonderful view. Location is perfect (Dorf) surrounded by shops, restaurants and bars. La Stella is a great restaurant located in the first floor, offering a variety of delicious dishes. Great value for money, i will surely return, and highly recommend.
Breakfast should be included for the price.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Fomos muito bem atendidos na chegada ao Hotel, mas como nosso quarto não estava ainda arrumado e para não nos deixarem esperando nos foi oferecido um upgrade gratuito de quarto. O quarto parecia um flat com cozinha, banheiro, quarto grande e sacada. Hotel muito bem localizado no centro de St. Moritz, perto das lojas de luxo, do Lago, da Estação de trem e um supermercado Coop que ajuda quem não quer gastar demais com restaurantes.
Nada, absolutamente nada a reclamar. Fomos muito bem atendidos e ainda conseguimos um upgrade sem pedir. Não há nada a relatar que tenha comprometido a experiência ou tenha me feito me arrepender da escolha do hotel. Certamente voltaria.

Boissons à disposition à la réception. Très beau petit déjeuner buffet. Nous avons mangé au restaurant attenant à l'hôtel, tout-à-fait correct et personnel sympathique.
Il nous a fallu 10 min pour comprendre comment faire fonctionner la douche...
