They gave us a handicap room which was ok, but everything was low for us because both my husband and I are tall. The breakfast was great and food was fully stocked. The breakfast room was very clean. I just wish the woman working there would have smiled a little more.

I liked the location, right on the water. Swimming pool was nice. Onsite restaurant was very good. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was ok. The scrambled eggs were over cooked, they were hard had to use a knife to cut them. The location was great and very inviting.

Very nice facilities and very clean. Nice breakfast, a lot of options and fresh food. Nice pool and the resort has a shop, a caffe and a restaurant. The restaurant is also nice with few kids games in the garden that they can play with and a nice view on the springs.

Heerlijke bedden! Vriendelijke staff. Ideaal voor een snorkeltour met manatees. Leuk restaurant aan de overkant.

Ontbijt mag iets uitgebreider, maar was verder wel compleet.

Really close to Crystal River where we had a swim with manatees experience booked. Buffet style breakfast served from 6am so great if like us you have an early start. 24hour check in which worked as we were late arrivals. Also has a pool you can use.

We literally only used this for one night so can't say there was anything we didnt like.

Nous avons trouvé trop juste le fait qu’il n’y ait qu’un seul jeu de shampoing/ gel douche pour 4 personnes. Il n’y a une cafetière dans la chambre mais seule le café est proposé. Le thé est a disposition à l'accueil.

The room was musty and the hallways were littered.

The location alone is a great reason to stay. Dock slips are available steps away from your room, and the tiki bar has great food and drinks. It’s close to wonderful restaurants and cute shops. The rooms have basic furnishings but are perfect for a scalloping or boating trip.

The staff and everyone that work there was very friendly and helpful. Love all the remodeling and upgrades made to the place.

Not much to complaint about. I would say breakfast could be extended to 10am vs 9am. Parking in the place can get a little tight.

This is the premier location if you want to bring your own kayaks or paddle boards and enjoy Kings Bay.

We had a nice stay. The room was clean and updated and the free breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good with several restaurants and activities in easy walking distance. There is also a boat ramp for guests next to the pool. Some of the buildings are near the boat ramp so it could be a little noisy with all the activity, but some of the buildings are farther away and quieter. I would definitely stay there again!

Vårt rum luktade starkt av mögel, det var fuktigt och hade ingen ventilation. Var lokaliserat precis ovanför tvättstugan, vilken kanske kan förklara mögeldoften.

Beautiful setting, room was clean and sufficient. Enjoyed sitting at Tiki Bar watching the boats come back from a day on the water while waiting to meet our friends for dinner at Crackers next door. Fun group at the tiki after dinner and the buffet breakfast was well stocked including make your own waffles. We will be back, would like to do a scalloping trip.

The tiki bar, jacuzzi, having someone there available to shuck our scallops, having Crackers restaurant next door to cook our catch, great breakfast, comfortable lobby, coffee microwave refrigerator in our rooms.

The line for boat launching winds right through the parking lot for the rooms. I was not able to pull out to leave until I asked boat owners to stop the line for me to get out.

Loved this place! Came here for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Room was spacious and very clean. Great water views all over the place. On site tiki bar and also close to other bar/restaurants. Free breakfast was good. Eggs, sausage, waffles and much more. And i must add..the coffee was very good. This was a great place to bring a family. Lots of things to do nearby. We will be back for sure.

*Disappointing stay -- left a day early** We booked the Paddletail Inn based on positive reviews and want to share our experience so others can make an informed decision. Our trip was scheduled for four nights; we left after three. **What went well:** - The front desk staff, restaurant hostess, and maintenance person were all helpful - Great waterfront location **What didn't go well:** Our first room was extremely bare -- two beds on metal frames with no bedspread, one nightstand, one dresser. Despite calling ahead to request a quiet room away from light, we were placed next to the pool, facing the stairwell. We upgraded to a suite, but found ongoing cleanliness issues: floors that weren't properly mopped despite two separate requests, no toiletries provided, a few dead roaches near the sliding door, and a mold smell from the kitchen cabinets. We had to go to housekeeping ourselves (2nd day) to get clean linens and toiletries that should have been there from the start. The room also showed clear wear -- peeling paint, broken tiles, doors that didn't seal -- and the bathroom was very tight on space. We raised the cleanliness issues daily, including at checkout, but didn't see much urgency or follow-through in addressing them. It felt like a disconnect between front desk and the teams actually responsible for housekeeping and maintenance. The pool is quite small for a property this size, and was crowded with kids throughout our stay. Overall, the staff were pleasant, but the experience suggested some gaps in management and coordination. We won't be returning.

אנשים מאוד נחמדים, ארוחת בוקר לא רעה, מיקום ממש טוב על האגם, יש אטרקציות שיוצאות מהמלון, בריכה כיפית, אוכל בבר של הבריכה גם טוב. בחדר יש מקרר ומקפיא קטן ומיקרוגל. תמורה טובה למחיר.

הדבר היחיד שהיה אכזבה הוא החדר, מאוד לא נקי, הרצפה הייתה שחורה, אי אפשר היה ללכת יחפים בחדר

Location was perfect, pool was nice and breakfast buffet included a nice variety.

It took us three tries to find a room that was ready for guests. There was no made service and we were there 3 nights. No change of towels were provided.

O quarto do hotel é simples, porém espaçoso. O hotel tem um bom espaço para café da manhã e o deck com vista para o lago é um diferencial. Tem a comodidade de ter piscina, restaurante e uma loja com passeios turísticos no próprio hotel.

A recepção tem um decoração bonita, mas os quartos parecem quartos de motel de estrada. Uma decoração deixaria o local mais aconchegante.

First morning around 8:30 there was not enough food for everyone. There was guest that went somewhere else for breakfast. The second morning around I was there earlier than before and there were plenty of choice foods to eat.

The location is great. The breakfast was very good. Th pool and Tiki bar were great.

A Happy surprise!!!! My daughter and I were on the last leg of a road trip and hadn’t booked the last stop yet! Aka the day before we had to check out of the last place. It was a quick booking no mess no fuss. When we arrived tired and sun drunk we were welcomed by the kindest smiles and happy personalities. It’s a big compound but well organized!!!! The pool was clean and refreshing! The tiki bar is just what this tired momma needed!

The staff was very accommodating, husband is in a wheelchair and they made sure we had a very accommodating room and easy access to get in and out.

Great place and location. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water. Clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and next to the Tiki restaurant and bar.. You can also walk to the downtown area and explore the artsy stores.This area had everything you would need. Also, kayaking rentals,tours etc out your back door. Peaceful and relaxing at night.

perfect for short trip to Crystal Creek from Tampa. Easy to find, perfect location, great rooms, great for Waterfront adventures. Spend the afternoon Kayaking.

Location is great, right on the water.....loved the restaurant Crackers nearby and tiki...overall nice place. Breakfast was good

.I came into Crystal River to spend time with family and was told they could not use pool with us if they were not guests...also did not know we would have to pay an extra $20 a day to use their boat ramp even though we were quests staying at their hotel...that was very disappointing.

The facilities are up to date and new and very nice. The rooms are neat and clean and presentable. Bathrooms are needing clean, free of mold or any signs of water damage. This place is top notch and might I add location? Location location right on Kings Bay? Awesome! Dive shop highly recommended

A lot of fees for the use of the boat ramp and for for overnight boat slip $70 just for that $20 for the boat ramp $50 for the boat slip. But hey that's the only downside it will not detour me from staying here and using our boat for sure

Waited Two hours for check in and rooms not clean lot of dirt and hair left in bathroom ,stains on sheets .. Lady on the Desk was very apologetic and was writing down a lot of complaints from other guests .......

Waiting 2 hours for a room check in at 4pm didn't get room until after 6pm

This older property has been given a face lift. The lobby is nicely furnished and attractive. They offer a hot buffet breakfast which is included in your stay (egg and cheese omelets, sausage, bisquits & gravy, grits, DIY waffles, etc). None of the rooms face the water as the buildings are all perpendicular to the river- no porches. Parking is adequate and convenient to the guest rooms. Although the building is two story there is no elevator. The pool area is nice as is the pool and hot tub. A good amount of loungers and some umbrellas. Pool towels are available in the office or from housekeeping. The rooms are very clean and have a mini fridge, microwave and Keurig type coffee maker. The mattresses were comfortable but the pillows are all too thick and hard for neck issues! The property is nicely maintained and all staff were very, very nice. An extra perk was the onsite tiki bar which was open from 11 a.m. until around 10 p.m. or so. The drinks and food there was very large portioned and tasty- recommend. There is an onsite tour operator with kayaks, manatee tours, etc. I would stay here again (but remember to bring my own pillow !!).

The rooms were super clean with a refrigerator and a microwave. The pool and hot tub were awesome and crystal River swimming With The Manatees was an unbelievable . Captain steve and tour guide Reggie for the absolute best! We will be back.

The view from our balcony was amazing. The pool temp was perfect. The live music set a fun vibe the first night we stayed. The extras like fishing poles and umbrella for beach were very helpful...we would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!!!
