I stayed in room 314 and the mattress on bed closest to the bathroom had a vey soft drop on its right side so I had to sleep on the left side closest to the wall. That mattress should be looked at.

of your visitors had their dog barking in the hallways. Maybe keep families with pets in a section of their own.

Hotel well located on the way to Nova Scotia, it was also good to discover the little town of Woodstock.

I'm running out of positive adjectives for this very pleasant facility right off of the Trans-Canada Highway, without the usual associated traffic noise.

If you're planned arrival will be after 7pm on a Thursday, ensure to bring your own take-out food... it appears that Woodstock restaurants don't fancy making food-deliveries to hotels, and eimply refuse to do so on a Summer evening! Deplorable, but unfortunately beyond the Hotel's control.

Le seul poste de télé qui ne marchait pas pas était le poste français. A la réception, il y a eu vérification et le problème concernait le serveur.

The room organization. The bathroom is too big but the space is not well used. i booked a room for 4 persons, the sofa bed was so uncomfortable even for one night.

There was a lot of disposable waste. Plastic and paper cups in the room and plastic cutlery and plates at breakfast.

Le personnel était vraiment sympathique, pour ceux qui s’inquiète sur le service en français , il y avait quelqu’un à l’accueil qui pouvait le faire. Nous n’avons rien à dire de négatif sur l’établissement, bien situé, chambres spacieuses.

Nous avons trouvé que les matelas étaient un peu plus durs que ce que nous avons à la maison, mais c’est vraiment une question de préférence, sinon la structure semblait un peu plus résonnante, nous n’avons pas eu de problème du tout mais nous étions au dernier étage, probablement qu’un étage en dessous aurait été un peu plus bruyant.

I really love this location for a night of rest from Boston to continue to Prince Edward Island in the morning. The breakfast is great and so are the ladies running it! I also like that it's off the road a bit and quiet with chairs to catch the sunset and nice view. This is my 4th time and will keep this as my go to on my way home.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Woodstock, New Brunswick, over the past 4 years on my way to NFLD from Ontario and have to say that the staff is the friendliest, most professional, and funniest I have come across. They are helpful in every way possible, especially Cody at the front desk!!! The rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable, and it is very quiet. The place is easy to find, and there are other amenities such as a Walmart, a liquor store (my favourite), a gas station and take-out in the nearby vicinity. This is a definite stopover. Make sure you book in advance. They fill up pretty quickly. The price is very reasonable compared to some of the Best Westerns I have stayed at. Make sure you book directly with the hotel.

When we arrived we were greeted as if we were family. I had asked that a room with access to either an elevator or on the first floor, to which they gave us an accessibility room which filled the bill to every note. The bed was at a height which allowed my wife ease of access without assistance. The shower was a plus as well as it was a true accessibility shower with adjustable head and a seat for the occupant. Two thumbs up Best Western you nailed it with you staff and your furnishings of the accommodations.

Although, there was a man that came in with 2 huge take-out containers that helped himself to enough breakfast that would feed at least 10 people! And I'm not even sure that he was actually staying at the hotel.

HVAC system was noisy and thermostat settings were limited. No -fan only. It was either too cool or too warm

The staff was so welcoming and friendly. If you weren’t in a good mood when you got there, they would certainly do their best to change that by the end of your check in. As always, Best Western has the comfiest beds and the sofa bed in the suite was ACTUALLY comfortable

Entrance has automated entry doors, which is much appreciated! Room itself is okay, plain. Work desk - only 2 plugs and one is taken up by their coffee pot. There are 2 other outlets to plug in phones, etc but they are at the other end of the dresser unit. No makeup mirror in bathroom and impossible to get close enough to the mirror. Gym has a nice variety of equipment and amenities and nicely set up. The included breakfast is minimal - scrambled eggs, lukewarm flavorless breakfast sausage, french fries masquerading as home fries. Breakfast starts late on weekends (7 a.m.,which would be too late for a lot of guests depending on their plans for the day). Only fruit was apples, did have yogurt and cereals. Nice selection of tea, including NB brands. Staff were very helpful in the hotel, and wonderfully friendly. Hotel also has a pool. Bit overpriced for the area, but would stay here again.

I was involved in an event that was hosted in the Prescott Room. It was the perfect, intimate venue for the small gathering. But what made the experience ever better was the staff. They were fantastic - the event coordinator was so easy to work with and every staff member that you encountered was so kind and helpful. Even the ladies whose break I unintentionally interrupted were happy to help! Great staff, great hotel.

It was pricy. Breakfast was lovely overall. Im a coffee lover would love to see nespresso coffe machines in the breakfast room.

Staff were really friendly, room was clean. Free parking, free espresso machine in the lobby, & was allowed to plug my EV into an outlet in the back parking lot. Starbucks across the road was nice to have too.

This hotel is outstanding! The staff are always friendly and accommodating. The location can’t be beat for traveling to the US. I arrived early last night from a 7 hour drive, and had made an incorrect reservation at a different Best Western-Casey ignored my rudeness and frustration-she was patient and helpful-as was the other Best Western. I can’t rave enough about this location and other members of this chain-always great!

The staff when you first walk in was very welcoming and helpful! The lady working in the breakfast area was also very sweet and professional.

There wasn’t enough blankets on the bed. Just one and it’s tucked in so much that you couldn’t even have the blanket over your whole body. We ended up untucking it but still wish there was more blanket options.

Breakfast - Included, I agree but... Everything seemed thawed and processed (Sausages, "egg bites") Tasteless. Rock hard hard boiled eggs from dubious origin. Waffles I have seen in many other places. Stopped at Tim Hortons for a bagel and coffee upon departure. Usual cereal dispensers. Much better breakfast at the Windham in Fredericton. (Freshly cooked scrambled, from liquid of course, but nevertheless Important when your hotel caters to clients passing through...)
