Dirty shower, and shower not very powerful

The front desk lady allowed us extra time in the pool due to some unruly teens causing havoc in the pool. She was very kind and made it up to my little guy!

Location was good very close to the highway.

We stayed in room 107. The carpet in our room felt very damp on bare feet. We compared it to the carpet in the hallway and it was dry. It was reported to the lady at reception and there was no manager on duty. The cost of staying in this room was more than it was worth and we weren't offered any discounted rate. Very disappointing. The beds were too soft and woke up with a terrible back ache.

From check in to check out all was very good. The breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and tidy. Employees very friendly. Good value for money.

Very clean and well-maintained. Helpful staff and good value. For our large family, connecting rooms are a HUGH help!

My only concern was that the hot water was REALLY hot. Families with small children should be sure they don’t turn it on by accident.

There was never anyone at the front desk. When I wanted to check out, I had to wait almost 10 mins.

Bien situé près de restaurant, magasins, autoroute, etc Le complexe semble avoir été rénové récemment et est bien entretenu. Notre chambre avait une petite banquette à la fenêtre. Le mobilier était bien optimisé pour le rangement.

J’aurais aimé avoir une 2e table de chevet et prise électrique de l’autre côté du lit. Le reste était parfait.

Breakfast had a good variety, quiet location and pool area was perfect for my daughter with autism. She really enjoyed her stay. Staff were very friendly and I was impressed with the cleanliness. I would go again, just with my own pillows.

The AC was very loud, pillows were way too small which made it super uncomfortable to sleep on and bed was okay.

From arriving to check out , the experience was comforting and relaxed. Plan on making it a regular thing to do.

The location. Although Best Westerns are favorite brand to stay with, you're out in the middle of nowhere there's no where to walk to literally no restaurants to walk to

The lady at the front desk, short blonde hair. She was extremely short with her conversation, explained absolutely nothing when questioned and was most ignorant to both me and my father. She has no manners towards people that need to be accommodated in time after calling weeks in advance, nor does she care about anybody’s needs. The hotel was beautiful and extremely comfortable and clean. but I will never return back because of the manager and her ignorant ways. She also proceeded to tell me how one of her employees was pregnant and had baby brain and was useless. Maybe she should choose her words wisely instead of insulting people that she works to people / customers that are travelling for a wedding that she already failed. She’s horrible!

Nice staff , breakfast was good

The property was nice. The rooms were clean.

The rugs are a bit outdated and our fridge made a horrible whining, high-pitched sound so we had to unplug it, it was the end of the day so they couldn’t do anything about it to the following day After we checked out.

The staff made the stay memorable

Enjoyed the breakfast very much... better than most.

Outside garden areas were not very well maintained. They had more weeds than plants / flowers. Just didn't set a good first impression.

The breakfast was good! I like that it was slightly different on the second day, to provide variety. The room was good, it was clean and comfortable. We were able to check into our room half an hour early, which was very convenient. The staff was lovely! Having temperature control in our room was very nice because my partner and I like it a bit cold. The blackout screen on the window was nice for added privacy. Location was convenient. Overall an excellent experience.

The tap water was undrinkably bad. Tasted bad and was slimy, suggesting very hard water.

Felt the door locked well. Hallways were clean. Room itself was clean

Bed was very uncomfortable. Very little hygiene items provided for use. Breakfast was lacking options when we went, missing cups for coffee.

Great location..easy access to major highway and to destination in the city.. Reservation made meant sign in was quick and easy. The lobby was spacious and set up for groups or individuals needing internet access. We'd stay here again

The location is quite close to the highway and many shops. the hospital and many restaurants as well. Everything you need can be reached in a two to six block distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The price is extremely reasonable.

I found the room was a bit cool at night and there was no extra bedding in the room. The thermostat in the room did raise the temperature to a comfortable level but I would have preferred to have an option to add a blanket for warmth instead.

We had some really noisy neighbours above us. We couldn’t sleep properly because they were stomping and running and making a lot of noise until 1am in the morning and started again at 6:15 in the morning. I would suggest that hotels should put families or parents with young children on the main floor instead of higher floors. We did ask the receptionist to knock on their door and ask for them to quiet down but they didn’t listen because the noise continued. Again this is no reflection on the staff. The staff were really great. The noisy neighbours were the ones that ruined our stay.

The hotel is close by to dining and shopping options. The beds were comfortable, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Amanda at the front desk was absolutely the BEST! There was an issue with how we chose to pay but she remedied the situation quickly and easily and was so pleasant. The hotel was great but the staff truly made our stay!

Such friendly, helpful staff! YMMV but I had the pool and fitness area to myself during my stay. The room had electric outlets right where I needed them and having a microwave and a fridge makes all the difference for me. A great stay!

Plenty of parking, staff very freindly, lots of shopping nearby, and breakfast is one of the best free ones I have had at a hotel.

the motel was close to the 401 highway. There was a traffic light at the main intersection, so it was easy to go to the motel and leave it. It was also very close to restaurants and shopping.

The lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind and knowledgeable. You could tell she genuinely cared about us and our stay! We were not rushed, it was a calm relaxing atmosphere, just the way I like it. Cheers?

Don’t like it

The front desk staff were brilliant, attentive and easy to talk too. Jane an her staff had our room very clean, an tons of towels which is a huge win for us. Highly recommended
