We had such a lovely stay at Endican Sultanahmet Hotel that we returned for a second year — and once again, it did not disappoint! The location is absolutely excellent, making it so easy to explore Sultanahmet and all the beautiful sights, restaurants and shops nearby. The facilities are comfortable and well maintained, but what really makes this hotel special is the wonderful staff. They are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, making you feel genuinely at home. We loved our first stay so much that choosing Endican again for our second visit was an easy decision. It’s always reassuring to return to a place you know you can rely on, and we were just as happy this time around. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend Endican Sultanahmet to anyone visiting Istanbul!

It was very clean., evwryday new towels , free water and every trash was clean . The staff was really kind and it fulfilled every wish we had !

Location was was fantastic . The room was perfect for a solo traveller. AC worked 24/7. Room was nice and modern .

Extremely touristy area with many shops selling trinkets etc right outside. The room was a triple room but quite small for 3 people.

Ottima posizione, considerando quanto sia strategica per la vicinanza a tutti i maggiori luoghi di interesse turistico. Relativamente vicino anche il porto con gli attacchi dei traghetti. La stanza un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo! Consigliato.

De airco deed het gedurende mijn 3 dagen daar niet, en dat midden in de zomer. Ze zeiden dat de monteur onderweg was, maar die was dus 3 dagen onderweg.

La excelente atención de la recepción, la limpieza y la ubicación.

Que el aire acondicionado se apagara solo y tener que prenderlo nuevamente debía llamar a recepción.

Sehr zentrale Lage, sehr gutes Personal und sauberes Hotel

Céntrico,limpio y personal muy agradable

Sehr zentral, aber relativ ruhig gelegen. Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Shuttle Service vom / zum Flughafen war sehr gut organisiert und normales Preis/ Leistung Verhältnis. Super Dusche. Wir schätzen es immer sehr, wenn die WC-Dusche ebenfalls funktioniert.

Zimmer sind relativ klein. Aber für ein langes Wochenende immer noch top.

Das Bad war richtig verschimmelt.

Locatie is top! Hotel ligt erg centraal en er is een tram halte op 1 min loopafstand. Er is in omgeving genoeg eetplekken en winkels, je kunt ook prima lopen naar bepaalde hotspots. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Kamers zijn wel ietsjes klein en voor 2 personen misschien net te krap.

Great location - the best part of this hotel. Everything was close by and very convenient. The rooms are not very big, but they have everything you need and are very comfortable. Cleanliness was consistently well maintained with daily housekeeping. Special thanks to the reception team — everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Posizione, pulizia e colazione

Purtroppo abbiamo riscontrato un problema nella gestione dell’ordine relativo alla pulizia della camera. Avevamo segnalato che il servizio non era stato eseguito, ma al nostro rientro in serata abbiamo trovato la camera ancora non rifatta. Comprendiamo che possano verificarsi degli inconvenienti, tuttavia ci saremmo aspettati una maggiore attenzione dopo la segnalazione effettuata.

Location of perfect for a touristy stay for a few days in the heart of Istanbul. The staff was great, so welcoming and helpful, we felt very cared of. The street is lively, but the level of noise during the night was nothing to complain about. The rooms are spacious and are very accurate to the description and have everything you might need. Great value for money!!

I would only say that some appliances need replacement. The hairdryer was OLD and the fridge is barely working.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the front desk was always staffed. The rooms were clean, and the location was excellent. The tram stop and supermarket are right next door!

Perfect location, very clean and nicely furnished hotel with super friendly staff. We could leave our luggage in the lobby for eight hours, which was a great help. Excellent service — we would happily stay here again!

They were attentive to our needs, specially Emra & the General Manager, who happened to be there. The weather was unusually cold during our stay & they went out of their way to turn on the heat, which in May is normally turned off.

🇩🇪 Deutsch Wir hatten einen wirklich großartigen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gepflegt und angenehm – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt: Direkt nebenan gibt es einen Market, und die Tram ist in maximal 30 Sekunden erreichbar. Kein Berg, kein anstrengender Weg – besser geht es nicht! Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Ali Bey – er hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben und die Gespräche am Abend waren immer sehr angenehm. Auch ein großes Dankeschön an den Müdür des Hauses für seine hilfreichen Empfehlungen – unter anderem ein versteckter Spot direkt gegenüber vom Hotel (Treppe hoch), wo man sehr schön shoppen kann. Generell möchten wir uns bei dem gesamten Team bedanken: Alle Mitarbeiter waren äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Kleiner Tipp an zukünftige Gäste: Wenn ihr dem Personal eine Freude machen wollt, bringt doch einen „Aldi Nussbeißer“ aus Deutschland mit – darüber freuen sie sich sehr! 😊 ⸻ 🇹🇷 Türkçe Bu otelde gerçekten harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Yokuş yok, yürüyüş zor değil – gerçekten ideal! Özellikle Ali Bey’e çok teşekkür ederiz – bize çok değerli tavsiyelerde bulundu ve akşam sohbetleri çok keyifliydi. Ayrıca otelin müdürüne de teşekkür ederiz; bize otelin hemen karşısında, merdivenlerden çıkınca ulaşılan güzel ve gizli bir alışveriş noktasını önerdi. Het hotel ligt dicht bij de Metro, Grand Bazar, Blauw Moskee, Haya Sophia en alle andere belangrijke toeristische attracties.

Bij dit hotel is er geen ontbijt mogelijk. Maar in de naaste omgeving voldoende eettentjes met een goed ontbijt.

A bit tight in the room, my room door lock did not work (not a big deal) and it was very warm in the night. I was then informed that only heaters work during the winter, so had to sleep with the window open.

Es un hotel de 10. Todo perfecto, ubicación, limpieza, la habitación super cómoda, camas almohadas. Te ponen todos los dias botellas de agua individuales para cada persona, zapatillas. Hay hervidor con sobres de café y bolsitas de infusiones. Y sobre todo destacar al recepcionista Husnu, nos ayudó con todo, un señor de lo mas amable y servicial. Le agradecemos toda su ayuda que nos ofreció para conocer la ciudad. Gracias por hacernos la estancia tan agradable.

La atención del personal trataban de ser amables

Las imágenes no se parecían en nada al hotel, el cuarto era súper pequeño se supone era para 3 personas pero no había ni espacio para caminar mucho menos para las maletas, la ventana daba hacia una pared de cemento, la temperatura del cuarto no se podía regular, las sábanas y toallas malgastadas.

Hotel carino in posizione eccellente per visitare le principali attrazioni turistiche a Sultanahmet, a pochi passi dalla fermata del tram. Zona vivace, piena di bar e ristoranti attorno, ma comunque molto tranquilla e sicura. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Personale cordiale. Consiglio!

It was on a very convenient location very close to the tram and the people working front desk were very kind and helpful.

The room was tiny, we were 2 people and kept bumping onto each other but if you don’t plan to stay in the room for a lot of hours it was fine. It was pretty clean but I wouldn’t say the cleanest hotel I’ve even been to

Központi helyen található szálloda, a legtöbb látnivalótól sétatávolságra.

Túl kicsi volt a szoba. A fürdőszobában nem volt pakolóhely.

L'hotel è in una posizione centralissima,le camere sono molto carine e pulite, e il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile,in particolare Emrah che ha condiviso con noi ottimi consigli su tutti i particolari della città! Non potevamo trovare hotel migliore!

Ci hanno dato 2 camere interne dove su una terrazza c’erano i motori degli impianti dell’hotel, e la notte non si riusciva a dormire dai rumori
