Santasport Resort vs Similar Hotels

Rooms were spacious but some furnishings seemed outdated.

Apartments are described as spacious, modern and comfortable with large balconies and private saunas. Negatives include firm beds for some guests, cold floors, occasional missing small fittings (towel hook) and lack of AC in warm months.

The hostel was very lovely and comfortable.

Room size was adequate, but the lack of sheets in cold weather was problematic.

The rooms were clean, but some areas showed signs of wear and dated furniture.

Generally praised as clean and tidy in many reviews (rooms/apartments described as 'siisti', 'clean'), but recurring mentions of sandy corridors, lack of visible cleaning during a week and missing trash bins lowered this slightly.

The bathroom had a lot of hairs everywhere which is understandable as it is shared.

Underwhelming cleanliness, as noted issues with dirty areas and laundry.

Central location and proximity to attractions were appreciated.

Excellent location for activities and resorts (close to sport/activities, good views including reindeer, near shopping and nature paths). A few guests noted it is a little outside central town or a few kilometres from Santa's Village, but overall location is a strong positive for the target audience.

La ubicación es muy buena; Was clean and great location.

Excellent location; close to transport, supermarket, and city center.

Friendly and helpful staff noted in multiple reviews.

Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful; reception assistance mentioned positively. Some service issues (late check-in, unanswered phone calls, little apology/explanation) were reported but overall service sentiment is strong.

Process was very easy for check-in, standard quality for a hotel of this rating.

Owner was very supportive, responsive, and attentive to guests' needs.

Mixed feedback on food quality, with suggestions for improvement.

Breakfast is repeatedly called excellent ('super super super colazione', 'toll') and many guests praised the selection. A minority mentioned a canteen-like feeling or lack of breakfast inclusion; overall F&B is a standout positive.

El desayuno está bien.

Kitchen was adequately stocked for guest needs.

Great pool and spa facilities, play areas for kids.

In-room saunas, on-site activities and family-friendly amenities are repeatedly praised. However, several guests reported the pool/spa was closed or under renovation and not always communicated in advance, which reduced this score slightly.

Nos dejaron dejar el equipaje en el locker.

Facilities were basic but met expectations for the price.

Some reviewers felt prices were not justified for the services received.

Many find the property good value (free parking, well-equipped apartments) but some consider it pricey especially when breakfast is not included or when facilities (spa/pool) are unavailable.

The price is quite high for a 10 bed shared room.

Great value considering the location and price of the accommodation.
