Reviewed Oct 23, 2026La ubicación es excelente para el que se mueve entre pueblos cercanos también tienes autobús que te lleva directamente a Barcelona enfrente al hotel.
la limpieza no es muy buena.
Los vasos que nos dejaron estaban mal lavados, habían chiripas, el sofá si duerme un niño pequeño bien si no pues no es muy cómodo para más de dos días.
La cocina también le faltaba limpieza y habían pelos en la ducha.
La mampara deja salir el agua.
Para salir del paso una noche o dos bien de precio tiene cerca supermercado y puedes calentar en microondas

no oyde alojarme por ni ponerme de acuerdo con la recepcion quie no aparecio para recibirme pidiendo un monton de bdatos que en la calle yo no tenia la posibilidad de enviar telefonicamente o por lo que decidin ir a otro hotel mucho mejor y mas barato. quien me atendio al llamado del timbre de la puwertA DE ENTRda me parecio una centroamericana que en nyngun momento facilito la gestinon

Reviewed Oct 18, 2026Arrivée avec bcp d’appréhension au vu de certains commentaires. Mais agréablement surpris! Séjour d’une nuit avant de prendre un vol. Appartement proche de l’aéroport. Plutôt bien équipé. Propre. Draps et serviettes fournis. Pas de parking mais des places gratuites le week end, partout autour de l’appartement. Centre ville vivant. Facilité pour trouver un endroit où se restaurer sans avoir à prendre la voiture. Connexion wifi très bien. Contact whatsapp facile. Nous n’avons pas eu à utiliser la partie cuisine.
Matelas un peu dur. Mauvaise isolation : bruits de circulation permanent, on entend également le moindre bruit aux étages supérieurs, on entend les gens parler à travers les murs, on entend claquer les portes (mais l’hôtel n’y peut rien, plutôt un manque des respect des gens). Ce bruit est vraiment le gros point négatif des appartements.
Double caution pour la location de deux appartements sur la même réservation.

Але був великий мінус- у апартаментах жили інші мешканці ТАРАКАНИ!!! НЕ ДУЖЕ ПРИЄМНО КОЛИ І В ПОСТЕЛІ І В ПОСУДІ І НЕ ЗНАЄШ КОЛИ І ДЕ ПОЯВИТЬСЯ! світ має великі технології і розробки то можна якось винищувати! А загалом дуже комфортно!

La reserva que pague fue el estudio con terraza, y cuando llegamos teniamos la estadar, ni el establecimiento(que por cierto recepcion virtual), vamos alli no hay ni el tato, ni bokking de momento se han hecho cargo, despues limpieza muy justa, instalaciones bajas, no puedes ofertar un estudio para 4 con cocina, con dos sillas solo, 3 vasos, vamos todo incompleto, el baño perdia agua, estuvimos los 4 dias con la puerta de la calle de par en par. NO VOLVERE SEGURO. PESIMO PESIMO

Buena ubicación en el centro de Casteldefels próximo a paradas de bus y estación de tren, supermercado y restaurantes. Buena comunicación con el anfitrión pero pocas soluciones.
Falta limpieza, piso sucio, cerámicas con moho,el secador de pelo no funcionaba la cafetera tampoco, no había frazadas la primer noche me tapé con mis abrigos y al día siguiente ante mi reclamo dejaron un acolchado, el sillón manchado y los almohadones con roce, las rolers abrían a medias, la ducha con cortina oscura y nos duchabamos a lo oscuro, no hay donde colgar toallas en el baño ni donde dejar el jabón y champú en la ducha. En los placares de la cocina había huellas digitales con grasa. Ahí dejo fotos de las medias el día que llegué como me quedaron en 10 minutos. Todas estas fotos se las envié al anfitrión para que mejore el alojamiento.
Great location, simple to get in, very close to the train station, quite calm, a lot of stores nearby. Sea is in ~20 minutes walk.

Poco cómodo para pasar varias noches. El apartamento puede ser de 4 (cama doble + sofá cama doble) pero solo hay 3 sillas, 3 vasos.

Los muebles estaban en mal estado con múltiples defectos, el agua caliente a media tarde nunca había , la ducha estaba mal y el apartamento estaba preparado para su uso en pareja y no familiar como pedimos

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025The onlie support team is supportive and helpful, especially with my situation.
It was not mentionned in Booking presentation that there were no desk office at the place. Only online check-in possible. Very complicated when you just arrive at destination ! I think then it is more on Booking responsbility to better advertise this place.
Moreover, the entry sliding door was not operationnal when I had to get out at 4h30 AM ....... I fortunately found a way to manually open it at the last minute

Al ser céntrico, era ruidoso. Eché de menos lavadora, aunque había servicio cerca. La ducha podía estar más limpia. Las mamparas y railes.....

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Спасибо, очень всё понравилось. Номер как с картинки, уютно, чисто везде было, мини кухня была, микроволновка, в ней всё готовили. Кофемашина с капсулами, капсулы потом сами покупали в Меркадоне. В отеле тихо, спокойно, дверь кодовая, есть сейф, ванная чистая. Море недалеко по красивым улицам проходились, город очень красивый. Отель на 10 из 10. Кровать большая, есть диван. Сами купили ещё себе плед, это не проблема, рядом с отелем есть магазин с китайскими товарами, там всё есть. Ж/д станция рядом, есть порт для яхт. Море чистое, пляж песочный.

The apartment is located where you can get everything you need. So many supermarkets and stores all around the apartment. Well located
There are no staff on ground but none the less l got value for money

Reviewed Aug 29, 2025Located perfectly, close to trains to Barcelona and within walking distance to the beach. The apartment was specious, nicely decorated. Coffee maker with coffee capsules.
AC worked only one night, lack of basic things in the kitchenette like washing up liquid or salt. Don’t expect tourists to buy full bottles if they are staying just couple of nights. I was surprised initially that the ratings for this property were going down so much lately, especially in terms of cleaning. First look, all looks clean but then you start finding things like dirty floor or mouldy shower curtain.

The communication was not great. We only got the info for getting into the place after we arrived and connected to the WIFI in the main lobby. We were not given any direction about arrival in advance.

La chambre était sale. De la crasse était incrustée dans la douche. On a du se laver avec nos tongues par peurs d’attraper des champignons. Nous avons immédiatement contacté le service client et c’était des messages automatiques qui menait à rien. Aucune femme de ménage n’est venue nettoyer alors que nous sommes rester 10 jours. Ce n’est pas un Aparthotel juste un appartement où nous sommes livré à nous même.
La vmc était tellement sale et pleine de poussière qu’il y avait plein de buée et elle faisait un bruit montrée
Tous les robinets de l’appartement étaient bouchés
Le canapé lit grinçait et le matelas était si fin qu’on sentait les barres en fer dans le dos.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2025La ubicación quizá algo lejos de la playa pero bien ubicada dentro del pueblo con muchos supermercados y restaurantes. Hay autobuses de línea con parada muy cerca del apartahotel que te deja a unos metros de la playa.
Quizá se podrían mejorar los colchones y darle un "retoque" al mobiliario.

Algo mejor de limpieza, arreglar la mampara, se sale agua y dejar alguna toalla mas
L'établissement est super bien positionné car tout est approximité les restaurants, la gare, les arrêts de bus, magasins, pharmacies, alimentation générale, supermarchés, 10 min en voiture de l'aéroport et 30min en bus ligne sans correspondance l’arrêt juste à 2min de l’appartement,
Je réserverai une prochaine fois avec plaisir
Les toilettes bougent un peu en s'asseyant, la salle d'eau les rebords sont à refaire et on n’a pas retrouvé tout l'équipement du balcon visible sur la photo lors de la réservation, pas de tapis dans la chambre comme le montre la photo également le reste c'était ok.
Néanmoins c'était agréable les enfants ont été ravis

Buena ubicación, muy bonito.
Limpieza precaria. Baño con falta de limpieza profunda, utensilios de cocina sucios, toallas "manchada" o sucia. Una pena porque tiene buena decoración, cómoda y muy bonita.
The location is excellent – there’s a train stop nearby, and buses to Barcelona run regularly.
The apartment is clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking.
There are many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The beach is just a 20-minute walk away.
The town itself is charming and welcoming. The air conditioning works perfectly, which made our stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!
The only things we missed were some hooks or hangers for clothes – there wasn’t much space to hang anything.
Also, the street can be a bit noisy at times.
