El olor a frito cuando llegamos. El bufet del desayuno es patético (los huevos duros ya están pelados, de los fritos habían 4 bandejas hechas, se acaban las bandejas y no reponen), en fin un despropósito de los grandes. Pedimos habitación con cama doble y nos la dieron con dos camas. Solicitamos que el baño tuviera mampara y nos la dieron con cortina y sus pelos correspondientes. La puerta del baño está hinchada y roza en el suelo, con lo que no se puede abrir correctamente. Solo hay un enchufe en el cabecero de una cama. Hay dos lamparitas al lado de cada cama y la luz de la habitación es otra lamparita en el escritorio, con lo que no se ve bien. Las colchas estaban manchadas y así varias cosas más. En fin un desastre y nada recomendable

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival because we were upgraded from a twin room to a large family room. The accommodation was huge, featuring extremely comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space, and an intuitive, easy-to-use room safe. The bathroom was also massive, complete with both a bathtub and a bidet, as well as nice complimentary soap and shower gel. The room opened up to a long balcony, which was lovely to sit on in the evening before bed (though a bit too hot during the day). While you can tell that the furniture and decor are a bit dated, everything was spotlessly clean and in perfect working order. The property also features a small pool, though at under 10 meters, it is more for dipping than actual swimming.
Our experience with the breakfast was quite disappointing. We had two breakfasts here: one in the dining area and one to-go. For the sit-down breakfast, we arrived at 10:15 AM since reception told us that as long as we entered by 10:30 AM, we could eat. However, precisely at 10:30 AM, the staff rushed to clear away the few remaining scraps of food and shut off the water, juice, and coffee machines. They kept coming over to tell us they needed to clean up and that we had to leave, which felt very unwelcoming. As for the breakfast-to-go for our early departure, it was underwhelming to say the least: just a sandwich made of two slices of toast with thin slices of cheese and cold cuts, a 200 ml juice box, and an apple. They didn't even include a single piece of pastry or a muffin.

The room was overlooking the back of the building, not a great view.

Habían algunas cosas descuidadas como una tapa de enchufe arreglada con cinta adhesiva y cosas similares en los muebles. Nada serio. No me gustó encontrar una uña de otro cliente en el suelo.... Pero, aunque perfectible, cosas que pasan.

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026У меня был включен завтрак , в целом не плохо , но яйца не вкусные ( переваренные и пережаренные , как резина ) если прийти первым то на все блюда успеешь , а вот если придешь как тебе комфортно , например после 9 утра , тогда часть еды тебе не достанется , в первый завтрак мне очень понравился сок , но на втором завтраке я с ребенком очень расстроились , мы пришли сразу к открытию дверей на завтрак , к сожалению сок с яблоком был как вода, как по цвету так и по вкусу , вода и чуть-чуть слышно сок

No mirrors in the room Except in the bathroom. No options to balcony to be locked up specially when you could hear people from the next door balcony!! It’ sacred me ! Safe in the room is great and I used it always ! Bath towels and bed lines were clean and bed was comfy enough! I would have loved a few more pillows!! A/ C was excellent relief except that I have not found a remote, would have been helpful. Mini fridge very handy to have . Location excellent to Barcelona centres and to the castle defeals beach!

Reviewed Aug 30, 2026Dormimos 6 pessoas no hotel, em 2 quartos. Funcionários muito simpáticos. Contatos por telefone e e-mail rápidos e eficazes. Quartos grandes, limpos e confortáveis. Objetivo foi apenas dormir uma noite, para no dia seguinte apanhar o cruzeiro, e para esse efeito o hotel corresponde às expectativas.
Pequeno almoço poderia ser melhor. Considerando já o nível esperado para um 3 estrelas. Parque de estacionamento apertado, não podemos estacionar a nossa carrinha, e tivemos de ir estacionar a uns 5 minutos a pé. Mas existe estacionamento gratuito perto.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026The location is great — everything is close and easily accessible. The staff are absolutely lovely. I actually feel sorry for such friendly and helpful people having to work in a hotel like this. They deserve much better.
The hotel is seriously run-down and worn out. And the breakfast… what a disaster! It was simply inedible. I honestly felt sorry for the girl from the staff who was there watching guests leave most of their breakfast untouched. We had paid for a stay with breakfast included, but honestly, it was impossible to eat. As for cleanliness, the beds and bedding look like they have seen better days, a lot of better days. The hotel desperately needs a renovation. Until that happens, I would rate it at 20% and that 20% is entirely thanks to the location and the staff.

Na szczególne uznanie zasługuje miła, pomocna i profesjonalna obsługa. Doceniłem także smaczne, urozmaicone śniadania oraz dogodną lokalizację hotelu. Panowała tam przyjemna, spokojna atmosfera, dlatego z chęcią wróciłbym do tego miejsca.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026I liked available breakfast and localisation as hotel is close to Barcelona with good public transport connections day and night train and buses also close to the beach by foot or by bus. 24h reception and very helpful staff at the reception (informative). Rooms are cleaned every day. Air conditioning and fridge in the room.
One of the lamps switch did not always work. No rubbish bin in the room ( there was only one in the bathroom) was sometimes annoying when you have to go to the bathroom every time you have some trash. The fact that if you did not come early enough for breakfast you had to eat what's left there was a few things always available.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Tágas szoba,fürdőszoba,kedves személyzet. Minden nap takarítottak,és minden nap kaptunk tiszta törülközőt. A reggeli bőséges volt,és finom. A buszmegálló két-három perc sétára volt. Kellemesen behűtött szoba várt bennünket.

На двуспальной кровати одна длинная подушка на двоих. Удобнее было бы отдельные подушки для каждого

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Hotel przywyższył moje oczekiwania, pokój czyściutki, wysprzątany każdy kąt. Łazienka również nieskazitelnie czysta. Posciel pachnąca, łózka wygodne, jestem wymagająca jeśli chodzi o higienę i czułam się w tym pokoju bardzo komfortowo. Panie sprzątały codziennie. Śniadania przyzwoite, natomiast napoje z automatu kiepskie. Kawa też nic specjalnego ale da się przeżyć :) jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu.
basen i otoczenie nie sprawiało dobrego wrażenia, połamane leżaki, ale to nie był nasz priorytet bo od świtu do nocy nas nie było

Jakość śniadań do skandal. Najgorsze i najtańsze produkty sprawialy że wszystko mi w gardle stawalo. Nawet moj 8letni syn nie chcial tego jeść. Jesen rodzaj pieczywa, takiego jak najgorsze bułki z marketu, zdechla sałatka, awokado rozmrażane, niedojrzale pomidory, jednym z dań była wsypana kukurydza z puszki. Słaby wybór serów i wędlin. Szynka zwykła konserwowa, obślizgła.

L’hôtel est vétuste, les lits ne sont pas confortables, la piscine est toute petite et il y a très peu d’aménagements autours, l’hôtel est resté avec des prestations de 1990…j’avais pris deux nuits et finalement je suis partit au bout d’une nuit, abandonnant l’idée de rester plus dans cet établissement. Il n’y a aucun investissement en décoration ou amélioration dans cet hôtel.
