Très chère

A localização é boa. Relativamente perto do Metro. Camas muito confortáveis. Talvez, a única coisa boa do quarto.

The hotel offers good value for money, and the location is very convenient, especially as it is just a short walk from the train station. The room was a good size and spacious enough for a comfortable stay. Both check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. Overall, a good choice considering the price, location and quality.

The surroundings could be improved, as there is an abandoned and deteriorated building right next to the hotel, which can make the area feel a little unsettling, especially at night. Room cleanliness could also be better, as well as the overall quality of some of the materials and finishes. The in-room technology, particularly the TV, feels very outdated and would benefit from an upgrade. Finally, the selection of amenities is quite limited for a hotel of this size and category.

The staff was okay

Location not good, strange building near the hotel… old rooms, without mini-bar or coffee or tea in the room, breakfast was poor, not good for this price …

Just the location and the parking

Really old building a lot of damage in to the room

Colazione

Big rooms, clean with friendly staff. Great for commuting to Milan center via train or metro.

The value in f money was good , clean , very good stuff, location was good

Non

We only like the reception staff

It was not clean , the cleaner left the rubbish in our room for 2 days , and we have a lots of bugs in the floor that was not good at wall , the recipient where all the was presented for breakfast was looking unwashed, we were very disappointed for a 4 star hotel

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE – A SEVERE HEALTH AND HYGIENE HAZARD Rating: 1/5 Stars (0/5 if possible) I recently stayed at Hotel Da Vinci Milan with my daughter, checking in on September 3rd for a scheduled 6-night stay, but the experience was so appalling that we forfeited what we paid for our remaining nights and checked out 2 days early. Paying to relocate to another hotel was a necessary sacrifice to protect our health and well-being. The Room and Unsanitary Conditions Upon arrival, the bathroom was filthy, featuring a thick layer of yellow grime around the toilet and sink. Facilities maintenance is nonexistent—tiles are chipped and broken, exposing raw cement surfaces covered in black and brown mold. The room was so unsanitary that I had to personally buy chemical cleaning products (WC Net Candeggina Gel) just to disinfect the surfaces myself. Bed Bug Infestation & Health Risks Far worse was the pest situation. We endured two consecutive sleepless nights after sustaining extensive, severely inflamed, itchy bite marks all over our bodies while sleeping in closed pajamas. My daughter, who has a pre-existing skin condition, suffered severe flare-ups, forcing us to visit a local pharmacy to purchase prescription-strength ointments (equivalents to Protopic and Fucidin). Insulting Management Response When I raised this at reception, staff dismissively acknowledged that "management is aware" of the bedbug complaints. After raising the issue formally in writing, management sent a staggering response deflecting accountability—insisting these were "mosquito bites from outdoors" due to nearby park humidity. This deflection is insulting. We wore repellant, kept windows closed, and the bite patterns were distinctly bed bug bites, not mosquitoes. Management showed zero accountability, zero empathy, and attempted to downplay a genuine health risk.

Very spacious room Car parking behind the hotel Perfect breakfast Good and tasty dinners in the hotel restaurant Fast elevators

The bathroom could have been cleaner and brighter The restaurant prices are quite high considering that the hotel itself is relatively inexpensive and located far from the city centre

Easy access to Main attractions as only few minutes walk to train station. Hotel staff was very supportive. Have explain how to go to main central location by train.

Property is a little outdated. Not as cleas as expected and the bed sheet has holes of cigarette ashes. Also many lights that is shown from TV sides not working. I had 2 rooms both same issues. Entry from front security guide need to be trained to guide people for chargeable Hotel parking location which is at back.

Sehr hellhörig

Struttura molto bella.

Accommodation

Things inside: soap and other

The staff were very friendly and helpful

The parking place was difficult to reach especially you have luggage. The room was spacious, but the bedding and bathroom were old and in need of renovation.

Hotel and the Staff was Good in General

Bathroom door was stucking half way to the floor, Table that attached to the wall wasn't straight, it was bending and leaning down.

A szobàk és àgyak mérete hatalmas!

A bàrhűtő nem hűt! A klímaberendezés kültéri egységének zaja beszűrődött a szobába!

Large room

Breakfast ridiculous price. No atmosphere. Stayed in far nicer 4 star hotels

Terrible Experience – Hotel Da Vinci Milan Unfortunately, our stay at Hotel Da Vinci in Milan was a very disappointing experience. My daughter is a travel blogger and we have travelled all around the world. Disappointing thing is developing countries provided more customers service then this hotel. Our bedroom was not cleaned for four days, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard. The hotel itself is in serious need of renovation, with various areas feeling tired and outdated. Bathroom has mould and bed and bedbugs. My husband got bit by them and had a terrible rash. The front desk staff were also extremely rude and unhelpful. There seemed to be extra charges for almost everything, yet the level of customer service was very poor. To make matters worse, the hotel phone lines never worked properly, and our room key repeatedly got jammed, causing even more inconvenience. Overall, we expected a much better experience and were very disappointed. The hotel needs significant improvements in both maintenance and customer service. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.I will advise everyone to stay away. Even our premier inn in the uk is better than this hotel by far. The room phones don’t work for any room service, so if you want to be going up and down the elevator this is the best hotel for it 😬

Hotelli oli ok, perussiisti pääosin( kph saunat homeessa). Aamupala oli hyvä. Baari/ravintola toimiva.
