Acca Palace - AA Hotels

Clean and good room

Even when you pay by credit card they charge you a 50 euro deposit upfront for potential damages. I never had this done at any other hotel and shows a serious lack of trust in their clients. Also, they should then refund the deposit immediately after checkout which did not happen. This looks like a money making scam to me.

The hotel is well located, close to a metro station with direct access to the Duomo and the city centre. The breakfast was very nice, with plenty of options that I really enjoyed. The room was clean and very spacious, and the shower was excellent, with multiple jets. After a long day of sightseeing, this is so important!

None

a metró közelsége

a tisztaság hiánya, a penész a fürdőben, alapos fertőtlenítéssel kellet kezdenem, ragacsosak voltak a felületek, az erkélyen cigi csikk volt

Pokoje czyste i zadbane, śniadania z bogatym bufetem i smacznymi dodatkami. Bardzo dobre połączenie metrem z całym Mediolanem. W bliskiej okolicy duży supermarket . Bardzo pomocna obsługa hotelowa

Wszystko bez zarzutów

Ljubazno osoblje. Odličan doručak. Komforne sobe. Dobar parking (garaža). Dobra lokacija. Pristojne cijene.

The location of the place was great, close to metro station. The breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable.

It will be good if room service tops up the water every day for kettle not only first day. Also the shower gel wasn't topped up and for last two days was hardly there. Also the shower tray was bit mouldy around.

Polite staff, great buffet breakfast options and lovely garden.

Hidden city tax charge wasn't made aware of at time of booking.

Berbat otel sakın

Her şeyi kötü

Staff very good and clean

location not great and not much to do around the area. No nice bars or restaurants

parfait

Location

Door's key with a heavy logand nowadays refular keys are bit unusual in hotels!

Nada a apontar

Nice room

All

breakfast is the most expensive one offered to me in Europe 80 euro per day per person , old facilities , lift and the cleaning of some old stains in the bath and shower area there are some green mold in the bath head shower

The staff

The value of money

Clean and comfortable rooms, good breakfast, good location

Zona residencial sossegada. Quarto espaçoso. Funcionária prestável e simpática. Fácil estacionamento. Relativamente perto de uma estação de metro.

Nada

Chambre spatieuse, proche métro, propre, supermarché, salle de sport, micro onde cool

Vaut 3 étoiles pas 4

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Pokój codziennie sprzątany. W pokoju klimatyzacja, a w obiekcie winda.

The walls in the main room was dusty and there were also some dirty stains on the floor. Furthermore, the bathroom (shower especially) had a lot of limescale and dark areas of build-up.

Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Place is close to the métro.

Konumu be aile için çok uygun.

Depozito olması

Personalul foarte amabil.

Room was tidy and lovely, great size. Air-conditioning amazing especially with the temperature outside. Beds super comfy. Safe easy to use and gave us peace of mind. Mini fridge was excellent to store our water and stuff. TV was good.

There wasn't much to eat when we arrived. We didn't see any McDonald's or other shop open that was close. But we did manage to order with deliveroo so we didn't end up hungry. Also, the plug for some reason didn't hold a lot of electricity so my battery pack didn't charge properly but it's small things.

Quite decent hotel with very good breakfast, close to public transport

Nothing as such

The best thing about our stay was that they provided a microwave as standard in the room and that means I didn’t need to go to the restaurant or search anywhere to heat up milk or food for my baby.

Location was not ideal but ok.

Pozitia hotelului excelenta, aproape de metrou

Curatenia ….

Kurzer Fußweg zur Metro. Gute Lage mit vielen Restaurants etc. Tiefgarage mit Parkplätzen vorhanden.

Good beds. Aircon. Cot provided for baby. Staff was helpful.Nice garden area.

Amazing room and good location near to big supermarket and metro and then staff so nice

Personalul, curatenia, amplasarea, micul dejun, raportul calitate/preț bun.

A diária é cara.

Niets :-)

Location , good for local restaurants, metro a few minutes away

Tried to give us the worst room in the hotel, then gave us another that didn’t meet the booking then gave us another that doidnt meet the booking we made

Perfect for me! The bed is amazing, the room is clean, you have everything you need there, attention to details. The location is good, close to Stazione Centrale and Duomo with metro. Big balcony

Nothing

Fina rum. Mycket bra personal, som gärna hjälpte till.

Låg lite avsides. Men nära till tunnelbanan.

The staff in the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful

The bathroom was a bit old

Tutto

Schoon. Ruime kamer. Dichtbij het metrostation en de supermarkt. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Wifi viel tegen.

Cisto,uredno,dobar dorucak

We came in earlier than check-in time and we could drop off our luggages and leave which was nice. The receptionist, Naomi was really kind and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast is okay, the rooms were really tidy and the hotel is close to the bus station, a good amount of convenience stores and really nice restaurants which opens only during lunch and dinner. They also helped us with chargers for our phones because ours couldn't fit.

The room was really cold and didn't have heater but the receptionist gave us a portable heater which did the job perfectly. We enjoyed the rest of our stay and ended up staying an extra day.

Fajna lokalizacja, blisko stacji metra. Czysto i fajnie.

Excellent

All are good but breakfast can be a bit more elaborate

Close to metro. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
