Снимали 3 номера в Westin, останавливались на 8 ночей. В общем и целом довольны. Территория красивая, ухоженная, много растений, глаз радуется. Отель красивый, из номеров до моря нужно идти прилично. Можно конечно подъехать на электрокаре, но это лишняя суета. Пляж отличный, даже купались в загоне. На пляже есть отличный пляжный клуб, там нужно что-то купить из напитков (коктейли так себе, лучше брать кокос. Если берете кофе горячий, то надо сказать об этом, иначе принесут со льдом). Лежаки/кровати/диваны отличные, музыка так себе. И есть бесплатные лежаки с полотенцами, иногда с водой. Есть душ. Несколько бассейнов, у бассейна с баром невозможно было сделать заказ онлайн, не оформлялся, приходилось ходить к бару. Но выбор отличный, напитки по очень гуманной цене. Нам понравилось чиллить у бассейна на кроватях. Уборка номеров хорошая, сервис дважды в день, халаты меняют каждый день. Рум сервис разнообразный, цены хорошие. Масло лаванды прекрасно. В отеле есть магазин украшений, пляжной одежды, сувениров.

Завтрак нас не впечатлил, хотя не плохой. Не было чего-то действительно вкусного, маленький выбор вкусной китайской еды, практически всегда одно и тоже. В интерконтинентале в Сяодунхай гораздо круче завтрак, скучали по нему. Да и в Мандарин Ориентан получше завтрак. Один раз заказали кофе через qr-код на столе – принесли. На следующий день заказали – не принесли. После 9 ч большая очередь на вход. Номер Делюкс с видом на море не плохой, но несколько подуставший, не радовал. Зачем-то поставили еще и круглую кровать – она просто лишняя. Поставьте диван или кресло. На балконе не очень удобно находиться, диван не удобный. Лучше поставить столик и 2 кресла. Поэтому практически не пользовались балконом, что для нас не было удобно. Ну и традиционно не хватает крючков в ванной. При регистрации в отеле нам никто не рассказал про отель, что есть, куда идти. Мы пытались позавтракать в японском ресторане, записались, пришли на следующий день, но нам отказали. Сказали идти на 1 этаж. В баре на 9 этаже взяли апероль – пустая трата денег, это просто водичка с ароматом. Насчет хваленой Хлои – она появилась менее чем за сутки до нашего отъезда. Предложила организовать трансфер в аэропорт, обещала написать в вичат. Но лишь прислала карту отеля, хотя к тому моменту мы сами могли проводить экскурсии по территории. Про трансфер была тишина (сами вызвали такси). Зато когда мы уже вернулись домой, прислала сообщение с просьбой написать хороший отзыв и упомянуть ее имя. Мне хоть стало понятно, откуда столько отзывов про нее, хотя на нашу долю ее внимания не хватило. Хотя я ждала ее появление для помощи, даже искала через сотрудников ресепшн. Ну и с днем рождения меня не поздравили. Это конечно странно. Над сервисом надо работать.

Viele Mitarbeiter, auch an der Rezeption konnten kein Englisch - ein no-go für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel, die Zimmer waren oberflächlich sehr sauber - in den Ecken und auf dem Teppich wurde schon länger nicht mehr gründlich gereinigt

Территория отеля большая: есть несколько бассейнов и теннисный корт, а также проводятся различные мероприятия, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Несколько вариантов завтраков, еда разнообразная. Персонал был очень дружелюбен и приветлив, пытаясь разрешить любые возникающие вопросы. С момента бронирования с нами связалась менеджер - Хлоя, которая помогла нам с планированием приезда и дальнейшим проживанием. Хочется отметить высокое стремление персонала сделать наше пребывание наиболее комфортным. Планируем повторное посещение данного отеля.

I do not normally post reviews but am compelled to this time to emphasise the wonderful stay and holiday we had at Westin Sanya, from facilities to staff and location. A special mention of Chloe who was proactive and great help throughout our stay, making contact prior to our arrival to discuss requirements such as airport pick up and individual preferences.

All was great.

1、我们一家人每年都会来三亚海棠湾度假，连续好几次选择入住了威斯汀，感觉房间大小合适，地理位置合适。2、去年和今年年初从威斯汀入住之后都分别给酒店提了建议，认为早餐种类比较单调，希望能够考虑改善。这次暑假再去感觉确实有了一些改善，我觉得挺不错的，希望酒店可以继续加油。3、早餐每日提供到11：00，非常人性化。

1、希望中餐厅是否可以考虑价格调整，味道是非常不错的，但是感觉价格很贵。2、最近酒店附近有施工，有时候晚上比较吵，希望酒店能努力和工地沟通好。3、另外，泳池边的台球桌等，作为游客我们感觉它就像泳池一样，是提供给入住客人娱乐使用的，是房费的一部分，客人可以选择使用或者不使用，而不要再单独收费了。真心希望酒店能够考虑我们这些回头客的建议。再次感谢。4、泳池边的沙滩自助晚餐感觉没有以前好。

We spent four days at the Westin Sanya after two days at the much busier and more hectic Atlantis, and the contrast was amazing. The Westin felt like a little piece of paradise. The resort is huge, beautifully designed and very well maintained. It is surrounded by lush greenery and beautifully landscaped gardens, with plants and green spaces everywhere. Everything feels carefully thought out and perfectly maintained, which creates a very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Despite the size of the resort, it never felt crowded. There are plenty of spaces and little corners where you can relax and enjoy some privacy without feeling surrounded by other guests. The pool area is excellent and very well laid out. There is even a small artificial lazy river, which was great fun for the kids. They could play and enjoy themselves freely and safely while we could actually relax. The whole pool area is beautifully designed and very family-friendly. The beach area is also very clean and well maintained, with plenty of toys available for children to play with. Westin also offers a great range of complimentary activities for kids throughout the day. Our son absolutely loved them and was always excited to see what activity was coming next. Another highlight is the rooftop restaurant with its own pool. The cocktails, the atmosphere and the views create a truly amazing experience — definitely one of our favorite spots at the resort. And finally, a special mention to our assistant, Chloé. She was absolutely wonderful: extremely available, helpful and attentive to every little detail. She went out of her way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible, and her service really made a difference. After the energy and crowds of Atlantis, the Westin was exactly what we needed: peaceful, spacious, beautiful and relaxing. A fantastic family resort, and somewhere we would happily come back to.

- 早餐、位置 - 预定的威斯汀家庭海景房，实际入住时关于孩子用品缺失、房间隔音差、衣服无法晾晒等问题，都经由管家及时沟通解决并给予了一定的补偿。

- 对于2500+一晚的威斯汀家庭海景房，在办理入住时前台有说划浆板赠送，结果到了地方，工作人员非要收费，让其联系前台确认，一副爱答不理的样子。在与管家电话沟通的过程中，对方像“赏赐”似的让直接使用浆板（对方不想和管家确定，也不说收费了），完全不是这个价位五星级酒店该有的服务态度！本来应该是该酒店特色的娱乐项目，结果搞得很不愉快。

We were met by Chloe who really was a fantastic help nothing was too much trouble. The pool was good especially where you could go paddle boarding, breakfast had plenty of options and was good quality. We also had a great meal in the Japanese restaurant where all the staff were friendly and attentive including the head chef

the spa bath in the room and the outside one didn't work, and the ones around the pool also didn't work. The greenery around the hotel is well maintained but lots of the property is starting to show signs of wear and really needs to be better maintained

英語が通じないことが多かったが、ホテルの外国人担当のエクスパートのクロエ(Chloe)さんがチェックイン、食事、アトラクション等のアテンドをしてくださり、また不明な点を質問すればいつでも答えてくれた（直接、またはWe Chatというアプリで）。プールが広く、４か所あり、プライベートビーチもある（海に毎日入れました。アジ系の地味な魚が少しいますが、シュノーケルスポットはない）。ベッドとパラソルは至る所にあり、いつでも寝ころべますが、メインプールとビーチサイドだけは空いていない時が多い。とにかく熱帯の島の高級ホテルで心ゆくまでゆったりできる。【アクセス】三亜市内から距離があるが、三亜鳳凰国際空港からホテルの無料の送迎バスがある。空港発11：00、14：30、16：00、19：00（時刻は要確認・要予約）。６番出口の道路を挟んだ北側の建物の１階がバスのパーキングロットになっており、そこにWESTINと書かれたバスが停まっていたが、案内はなく、運転士を含め英語が通じないので、注意が必要。【食事】朝食ビュフェはバラエティに富んでいる。ココナツミルクが蛇口から出る（飲み放題）。ホテルの隣が巨大なショッピングモールになっており、レストランも多い（ラーメンや寿司まである）。ショッピングモールにはホテルのバスも利用できるが、近道を通れば徒歩で５分もかからない。【海南島に行った理由】毎年、海外のビーチに行っていたが、円安で非常に高くなった。三亜には高級ホテルブランドが多く、宿泊費はハワイ同種ホテルの半額以下の感覚。私たちの支払った金額は沖縄の中堅リゾートホテル程度だった。大きな出費なしに海南島の高級ホテルで休暇をゆっくり過ごすのはありだと思う。

日本語はもちろん、英語が通じないのはストレス。クロエさんがアテンドしてくれて良かった。三亜では日本のクレジットカードが、ホテルを除き、使えなかった。中国の銀行に紐づいたカードでないと例えＶｉｓａやＭａｓｔｅｒでも使えないことが多い。

Помогала нам во всем с самого заезда, постоянно была на связи через Wechat, бронировала ужины, фотосессию, трансферы и тд. большой профессионал и очень приятная девушка. С удовольствием вернемся

By far the best asset for the Westin Sanya is Chloe's customer service. As one of the few English speaking staff members she was our savior on a daily basis. She made contact with us a week before arrival and was our go to for any and every need we had throughout our stay, including meal and activity bookings. Without her our stay would not nearly be any where close to as enjoyable. The restaurants/ food options were quite good, both the japanese and Chinese restaurants were really nice, buffet breakfast had everything western and Chinese you could ask for, however the coffee was terrible with long life milk. High Tea at the rooftop bar was (expensive but) worth the one off experience. We took a tennis lesson and had a lot of fun, were we motivated to get up earlier and join the run club I'm sure we would have enjoyed that too. There's a 3rd party photography company at the resort that offer a free photo shoot with 5 free photos (pay for any additional). We got some great family photos done and was a nice touch to our stay.

The main pool area is quite fantastic, unfortunately it was closed for maintenance for 3/5 days of our stay, the pool bar was only open for our last day, which I understand needs to happen, but there was no communication about that when booking, you cant tell me they don't schedule these things in 3-6 months in advance. They have a second pool to use down by the beach (about 200-300m away from the building), however there were no food or drink/ bar options nearby which was quite frustrating and disappointing. The WIFI only worked in our room, anywhere else around the resort, even 20m down the corridor it dropped out, which is REALLY frustrating when in another country without roaming and we couldn't use our translate app with staff members who don't speak English. Lets be clear on that, this is a Chinese holiday resort. Of the 100+ staff, we met maybe 5 spoke a level of English we could communicate with, however they all made an effort to use a translate app to communicate as best as possible. The kids club was a major selling point for us with 2 kids, lots of activities and a great setup. Only one of the staff in there spoke English and parents must stay with the children unless you hire a babysitter at an extra cost. This was probably our biggest disappointment, our kids ended up doing one activity there on the first day but didn't want to go back due to the language barrier. We were looking forward to having a couple hours a day of mum/ dad time by the pool but never really got that in the end.

Location is great if you want to shop, the beach bar / lounge area was very nice even after the rain, need to get there early though if you want a lounger.

Two of the pools were closed for maintenance, but it didn't really matter as it rained most of the weekend. Unfortunately as I was passing through the lobby there was dog feces ( I hope) being cleaned up, how this could happen I don't know. My room wasn't cleaned due to housekeeping misunderstanding the clean up room green light for do not disturb (one is green, one is red) My final disappointment is why, with such an amazing garden space, would you put the gym in B2 with no windows, natural daylight or view, it felt damp and the lighting colour temp was really low (2500K). Not appealing at all.

It was an exceptionally great vacation. Special thanks to all the staff and especially to Chloe who is taking care of all the guests outside of China. Any question or request you have will be treated with care and attention. My wife had her birthday and Chloe helped with decorating our room, getting flowers and dinner reservation. As for the hotel, the rooms were huge (based on EU standards) and clean. We always had fresh linens and towels and also daily refresh of bottled water. The hotel territory huge and perfectly maintained, we never had any issue to find a spot near the pool or at the beach. But really, the service was superb and it is what really made our stay perfect.

It’s not a new hotel and you can notice some wear in certain places. But it didn’t bugged us at all, it is well maintained.

Здесь идеально сошлось всё: невероятно красивая зеленая территория, шикарное питание (вкуснейший шведский стол и приятная возможность завтракать в японском ресторане) и отличное расположение прямо рядом с ТЦ беспошлинной торговли. Отдельный восторг — крутые бонусы за длительное проживание: бесплатный час серфинга, урок тенниса и фотосессия сделали наш отдых еще ярче и насыщеннее! Из нюансов: при заезде нужно внести возвратный депозит (50% от суммы проживания). Однозначно рекомендуем этот отель для отличного отдыха!

Только вернулись с Хайнаня, и хочется поделиться впечатлениями, пока они еще свежие. Отель Westin в Хайтан Бэй оставил отличное послевкусие — это был один из тех случаев, когда реальность полностью оправдала ожидания. Сам отель очень достойный: большая зеленая территория, просторные номера и приятная атмосфера. В номере очень чисто, есть всё необходимое включая капсульную кофемашину. Были чай, дрипы с кофе, базовая косметика, сланцы, халаты, тапочки и т.д. Что касается моря — купаться можно в специальной огражденной зоне. По питанию всё на высоте: на завтраках огромный выбор и азиатской, и европейской кухни, есть свежевыжатые соки и много спелых фруктов. Мы чаще ходили в японский ресторан на втором этаже — выбор там скромнее, чем в основном ресторане, но обстановка гораздо более спокойная и уютная. Отдельно хочу сказать про сервис, который нас просто покорил. Огромная благодарность сотруднице Chloe. Это профессионал с большой буквы. Она связалась с нами еще до вылета, прислала всю информацию по трансферу, меню ресторанов и деталям заселения. На протяжении всего отпуска Chloe окружала нас вниманием: всегда была на связи, давала отличные рекомендации по интересным местам и помогала в любой ситуации. Благодаря ей отдых получился по-настоящему персональным и запоминающимся. Супруга посетила СПА и осталась в полном восторге от мастера Ming. Сказала, что у неё золотые руки, очень рекомендует. В стоимость проживания включена 30-минутная фотосессия (5 фотографий и 15 секунд видео бесплатно, остальное за доплату). Это было очень весело, быстро и легко. Ребята (Bang и его коллега) сработали как часы. Фотографии получились отличные. Через дорогу — cdf mall: если захочется сменить обстановку, классное место для шопинга плюс дополнительные ресторанчики в непосредственной близости от отеля. Спасибо всей команде отеля за тепло и профессионализм! Рекомендуем всем, кто ценит комфорт.

Staff are very friendly. Facilities are great.

1. Service Standards Service is not consistent across the hotel. Some staff greet guests, but others just walk away. When talking to guests, please put work aside and solve the issue first before continuing with other tasks. 2. Language To be truly international, English standards need improvement. Start with the easy stuff – check menus and signboards for spelling and grammatical errors. 3. Personalization If guests are booking with children, the staff should prepare kids amenities like toothbrush, slippers, shower gel automatically. It shows attention to details. 4. Restaurant Service Staff are very friendly, but need training on how to serve. Don't just put all plates on the table for guests to sort out. Please place the food correctly in front of the respective person, especially for the kids.

We stayed with our 2 daughters and we all loved it. The personal attention from the staff really gave us the feeling that we were the only ones in the hotel. Chloe was very attentative and went the extra mile to make us feel at ease during our stay. Breakfast was very extensive and theres quite some facilities and activities on hotel grounds for children which the kids loved.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at the hotel. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The beach is stunning, the pool areas are beautifully maintained, and the breakfast spread was a daily highlight with a great variety of delicious food. A very special thank you to Chloe, who truly made our trip unforgettable. She was extremely helpful throughout our entire stay, going above and beyond to help us organise amazing day trips, find great spots for dinner and book hotel facilities. We can’t recommend this hotel enough!

The hotel and rooms look quite new, there is a variety of food to choose from both in the hotel restaurants and in the nearby huge duty-free mall, which is a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel offers two breakfast options: the main restaurant and the MAI Japanese restaurant. We chose the Japanese restaurant and didn't regret it—in my extensive travel experience, it turned out to be one of the best breakfasts. Good selection, excellent service, and a space not overcrowded with guests. Although most of the hotel staff do not speak English, special mention must be made of Chloe, who really takes care of the guests and is very helpful in quickly finding out information or getting assistance if needed.

The Wi-Fi is quite weak throughout the hotel public places and not always has good bandwidth in the rooms.

Наша первая поездка в Китай, сравнить не могу, по порядку - завтраки 10/10, меню не слишком разнообразное, но сам ассортимент выше всяких похвал, и китайская кухня, и европейская, много и очень вкусно. На ужин ходили в ресторан на пляже на шведский стол, тоже очень вкусно - много морепродуктов на выбор. Бассейны классные, но неглубокие, есть инвентарь для взрослых, а не только для детей - круги, мячи для игры. Море восторг, после обеда теплое, купающихся почти нет, пологий песчаный вход, буйки идут прям до глубины, плавать отлично! На пляже выдают полотенца и детские игрушки. Ради моря хотим вернуться еще раз. Персонал в основном не говорит на английском, но у всех есть переводчики, проблем с коммуникацией не было. У нас был персональный менеджер Хлоя, говорящая на английском, она встретила нас сразу с трансфера, помогла с заселением, отвечала нам на любые вопросы в вичат сразу же, уделяла много внимания, давала отличные советы, спасибо ей огромное, ее помощь была бесценна! В общем персонал очень дружелюбный и отзывчивый, намного приятнее, чем на курортах многих других стран. Местные туристы целыми днями фотографируются - территория отеля сказка, можно заказать фотосессию от отеля.

Хотелось бы побольше лежаков на пляже, их очень не хватало. Ну и странное решение по размещению ванной для номера с раздельными кроватями.

Pools were very good. Breakfast was good. I'd like to add Salmon gravlax to the menu. Room was excellent. Special thanks to personal assistant Chloe. She's so nice and friendly, detailed oriented, and provided us with an excellent care.

One question - why on the sea beach there was always red flag - no swimming allowed? The weather was good, a bit windy, but waves were not that big?

Overall it’s a great experience staying at Westin Sanya. We can really chill at the resort the whole day. The service is great too, and I like the “butler” service provided. Amy, is responsive and helps to solve the issue faced immediately.

The maintenance can be improved further. There are some loose floorboards, and the small basin in toilet is stained. But this didn’t affect my experience here.

Some pools were not open. The infinity pool is not free to hotel guests. The pools are all pretty shallow. Airport shuttle is a joke/none existent

The hotel and staff are definitely perfect! I would like to say especial “thank you” to Chloe who helps us with all the organisational moments. It was really warm and helpful! We felt in love with the territory of the hotel and grand swimming pool. Despite the fact that there were spring holidays and twice people more than usual we always found sunbeds to relax. I would like to additionally respect the hotel for the bucket of flowers dedicated to our HoneyMoon! It was really great and pleasure! Next to the hotel is a big luxury shopping center and through the bridge some places to eat. Also not miss the Yanoda Park, this place worths each yuan.

The only thing that was not excellent for us (fans of balanced food) is a breakfast’s variety and quality. We prefer more salty food but local chefs don’t use it enough due to local specific of using different souses instead of salt (my assumption). And also not enough meat and protein meals for me. В этом отеле нам понравилось все, чисто, территория ухоженная, красивая, много занятий для посетителей, система каналов для плавания на сапах. Особенно нам понравилась Хлои, менеджер отеля, которая обеспечивала нам не только коммуникацию на английском языке, но и сервис по всем возникающим вопросам. Прекрасные и разнообразные завтраки.

I’d like to share my sincere appreciation for the excellent service Chloe (a French Management Trainee) provided during my recent stay at your Hainan property from April 3 to April 5. I booked a Family Suite through Booking.com, and Chloe truly made our trip more enjoyable and memorable. A few things stood out: Proactive communication: Even before we arrived, Chloe contacted me on WeChat to share practical travel tips for Hainan and key hotel details. Her responses were always quick and genuinely helpful. Warm and thoughtful welcome: When we arrived, Chloe was already waiting for us in the lobby. She arranged our check-in and also helped organize a late check-out for our room, which was a huge help after our journey. Attentive support throughout the stay: Over our 3 days and 2 nights, she provided useful information about the hotel and even helped us coordinate Meituan food delivery, so everything was smooth and easy. Chloe’s professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to making guests feel comfortable are really impressive. She is clearly a real asset to the Marriott Group. Please make sure her feedback is shared with Chloe and her supervisors. We look forward to returning to Westin again in the future because of the great impression she left on us.

We had a really nice stay at The Westin Sanya Haitang Bay. The hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and has a very relaxing atmosphere — great for a short getaway. What stood out most was the service from Chloe. She was very professional, approachable, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. As part of the management team, she handled everything efficiently while still being warm and friendly. She also gave us helpful recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Small details like checking on our departure and making sure everything went smoothly did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Chloe, for your great service — it definitely made our stay more enjoyable. We would be happy to come back again.

Nicht so viel außen drum

I received very warm welcome from the personal assistant Chloe, she was very helpful. She came to meet me on my arrival and when I was leaving, she also came to say bye bye one her day off. During my stay, she was answering all my questions, she also brought my Mum to the Yoga class in one of the morning. I was glad she was my personal assistant. Kids club looks very good too, lots of programs for kids. Hotel had a great location, 2 minutes away from the tax free shopping center. BBQ dinner was also very good, price is very reasonable. Swimming pools are very good too. I definitely will recommend to my friends to stay in Westin hotel. And if I come back to Hainan again, I will stay in Westin hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Sanya hotel in March. We were thoroughly satisfied with everything — the dining, the hotel itself, the staff, the children's facilities, and the pools. Before our check-in, Chloe was kind enough to reach out to us, and from the very first day until the very end, she provided excellent assistance and support. She was especially helpful in accommodating our early arrival on the check-in day. We are truly grateful to her.

It may be that we did not choose the most favorable time, but unfortunately we were unable to swim in the sea at all, as there was a very strong undertow and a red flag was always flying on the beach.

We stayed 5 nights at the Westin and everything was perfect! especially Chloe who made our stay truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she took such great care of us and made everything feel so easy and comfortable. She was always there whenever we needed anything which meant a lot to us. We’ll definitely be back to the Westin, and we hope to see her again! Thanks :)

Прекрасный отель с очень хорошим расположением. До моря метров 300, но они проходят по территории отеля. На ресепшене практически не говорят на английском, но у всех сотрудников были переводчики, поэтому проблем не возникало. Особенно хочу отметить - это помощь сотрудника Хлои. Сразу при заселении нам дали ее контакт. В первый же день, Хлоя сама нас нашла на завтраке и все рассказала, как про отель, так и про места рядом. Хлоя прекрасно говорит на английском. Так же она нам сказала, что ей можно писать в WeChat с вопросами. Мы этим неоднократно пользовались и это было безумно удобно. Хлоя нам помогала по разным вопросам, всегда была на связи и действительно сделала наш отдых намного комфортнее (мы у нее спрашивали где купить (то, что нам нужно было), как найти что-то, где лучше поесть и тп). Огромная благодарность Хлое за ее помощь - это супер. Отель - с хорошим ремонтом. Убирались каждый день и качественно, в т.ч. со сменой всех полотенец и тп. Завтрак - шведский стол с хорошим выбором и работает до 11 (что очень приятно, что не надо рано вставать). В отеле много красивых локаций, на них все фотографируются.

Т.к. мы были в начале марта, что уличная погода уже теплая, а вот бассейны были холодными. Купать крайне прохладно. Единственный подогреваемый бассейн - на крыше. Но он не очень большой (но очень красивый). Хотелось бы более теплую воду в бассейнах, чтобы можно было комфортно купаться. Все дни, что мы были - на море был сильный ветер, поэтому купание было запрещено и за этим следили спасатели

本次入住体验非常满意。我们预订的是双卧海景套房，管家Vick贴心地为我们安排了8楼正海景房，房间可以直接面朝大海，视野非常开阔，整体景观令人印象深刻。 酒店园区维护得很好，设施齐全。泳池很大且干净，浆板项目非常有趣，体验感很好。公共区域空间宽敞，儿童活动安排丰富且质量较高，非常适合亲子出行。 特别感谢管家Vick的周到服务，不仅响应及时、有求必应，在孩子身体不适时还贴心准备了粥品，并主动提醒我们一些容易忽略的细节，让整个入住过程更加安心和温暖。 整体体验非常愉快，值得推荐，也会考虑再次入住。

Замечательный отель и сервис Первый раз были в отеле где уборка номера проходила 2 раза в день :) Персонал приветливый, но не англоговорящий. Зато для всех иностранцев есть свой отельный менеджер Хлое (отдельная благодарность ей за работу!) к которой можно обращаться по всем вопросам! Завтраки шикарные много фруктов и еда на любой вкус: от хлопьев до традиционных китайских блюд. Рядом торговый центр, где тоже можно поесть и уличной еды и в кафешках, удобное положение. От отеля на такси в пределах часа и не очень дорого можно доехать до кучи интересных мест: заповедники, горы, сплавать на остров. Так же хочу отметить, что в отеле есть занятия по йоге и теннису, куда мы ходили. Тренера по английски не говорят, но для спорта это и не обязательно, все было очень профессионально ! При планировании поездки учитывайте, что мы были в марте, и на Хайтанг бей это не сезон для купания в море Погода шикарная +25 (не жарко и не холодно), но в море большие волны и на этой части острова нельзя купаться. Здесь сезон для купания в море, вроде как в июле и декабре

Отличный отель. Большие номера. Прекрасный завтрак. Большая ухоженная территория, много зелени. Комфортные бассейны. Теннисный клуб супер. Помощь персонала на высоте. Близость Центра беспошлинной торговли. Большая пляжная зона. Набережная - ЭкоПарк для прогулок. Отсутствие суеты и толп туристов, как на территории так и за его пределами. Свежие фрукты в номере и вообще румсервис.

Не обнаружил

Отличный выбор завтраков, можно позавтракать в основном ресторане либо в японском, где показалось чуть больше европейской еды. Не нашла на сайте информацию про подогреваемые бассейны, они тут есть, но слегка теплые в +25 +26 в облачную погоду прохладно. В баре наверху с бассейном, можно купаться с оговорками (если покупаешь напиток, а днем с 14 до 17-18 если покупаешь чайный сет). Персонал очень доброжетелательный, отдельно спасибо Хлое

Все понравилось, но что можно улучшить? Было бы здорово, если бы можно взять в аренду велосипеды - детские и взрослые. Напротив чудесный парк для прогулок, в том числе велопрогулок.

The hotel is nice but a bit worn down and could use some renovation. The breakfasts were good. Chloe was a huge help – she made everything much easier!

Although breakfast choice is ample , but the taste is very Chinese oriented and may not match foreign guest preference.

Уборка в номере производилась дважды в день (незаметно, только когда мы уходили). Максимальный набор принадлежностей и полотенец. На территории отеля 3 ресторана, есть из чего выбрать. Бассейны открыты с раннего утра (с 7:30) все лежаки обеспечены полотенцами и бутилированной водой. На пляже также есть лежаки с матрасами и с полотенцами. Завтрак хороший, мне персонально готовили рыбу каждое утро 5 дней т.к. ее не было в меню шведского стола. Просторный тренажерный зал (есть тренажер Смита, что редкость). Нас сопровождала персональный англоговорящий менеджер Хлоя, все что необходимо можно было у нее узнать и в целом все сотрудники приветливы и были готовы помочь. Я думаю это один из лучших в этом ценовом сегменте отелей в этой районе, я бы вернулась.

We had an amazing stay at The Westin. As Europeans, we felt very comfortable and truly welcomed. After staying at two other 5-star hotels on the island, this was by far our best experience. The staff is extremely service-oriented, and the resort offers a wide range of high-quality, clean, and well-maintained facilities. A special thanks to Chloe, the guest relations host and main point of contact for English-speaking guests. She supports you throughout your stay in every possible way and is always there when needed. Especially in Sanya, where English is still limited, this was incredibly valuable. The beach is directly accessible from the resort and includes a lovely beach club with beautiful sea views. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I met Chloe the trainee manager on arrival and I found her exceptional. She was extremely helpful and courteous always prepared to go that little bit further to ensure a great stay. The hotel is very fortunate to have her.

The layout of the rooms was confusing given the size of the hotel. Also I was asked twice to pay at the beach bar before getting my drinks even though I was a guest

We had an amazing stay at The Westin Sanya. The resort is beautiful, very relaxing, and our room was comfortable and well maintained. What really made our experience outstanding was the service from Chloe, the French concierge. She consistently went above and beyond to help us with all our needs, from practical arrangements to local recommendations, which was especially helpful as not all staff speak English. She was always friendly, professional, and proactive in making sure everything was taken care of for us. Chloe even surprised us with small treats on a couple of occasions, which made our stay feel extra special and personal. Thanks to her, our trip was incredibly smooth and memorable, and we would gladly return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

The swimming pool is clean and breakfast is well organized. The room cleaning staffs are very kind and our housekeeper Damon Chen is helpful.

It would be good if you could provide dinner beside the swimming pool.
