Reviewed Sep 4, 2026One of the best resorts I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are exceptionally friendly and accommodating, taking care of all your needs. You literally don’t have to step a foot out of the property during your stay because there’s so much to see and do. The rooms are extraordinarily spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is outstanding. The pool and gym facilities are excellent. And there are various add-ons like sound therapy, spa, photoshoots, and Chinese traditional medicine sessions. Sara, our personal assistant during our stay was exceptional, making sure that every moment of our time spent at the resort was filled with fun activities and all our requirements addressed promptly. Will definitely love to come to this beautiful and plush resort again.

Мне не понравилось что здесь очень большие волны, сразу скажу на море купаться не получится. Я когда за 2 дня ранние был в другом отеле и там на нашем пляжу встретил людей который приехали на наш пляж купаться и сказали что они с отели Атлантис и там не возможно купаться за волны, а Атлантис прямо рядом с Мэрриот. Но когда я приехал и увидел что это действительно так что не возможно купаться там очень большие волны. Только будете купаться в бассейне. Я не знаю это всегда так или нет но октябрь такой.

1. view of the rooms are terrible. no such thing as sea view even when you book them. claimed the hotel opened in 2019 but were merely taken over from an old hotel thus slightly dated furniture. 2. room has a very strong mouldy smell and has caused us respiratory issues. 3. the check out stuff was extremely rude to us as if we were not welcomed. failed to issue receipt as she does not know how to do so overall terrible experience, not even comparable with other hotels in the region

Reviewed Mar 26, 2021此酒店2014年就已经开业，2019年部分重新装修，升级品牌为jw万豪，但实际的硬件，特别是服务，完全不能达到万豪的水平，更别说jw万豪. 酒店的位置还是比较安静的，可能因为房间比较少的原因，所以整个酒店人比较少。游泳池比较宽敞，而且有一个25米的准标准池，不过游泳池里有很多树枝、杂物，显然没人清洁。入住时给安排的房间只能看到一点点海，在强烈要求下，才在第二天给更换了一间。入住时保险柜不能打开，足足等了一个半小时，才有人过来解锁。mini吧免费，矿泉水供应充足。洗澡水水流小，不热。房间内湿度非常大，虽然每个房间配备了抽湿机，但是噪音很大而且抽湿机吸风口全都是灰尘。早餐整体品种和菜品还算新鲜，不过不论是早餐还是正餐，餐厅管理非常混乱，无论是布置餐桌，撤盘子都需要多次提醒，有时依然没人应和。在健身房的卫生间里居然发现了几只尚有一些气息存在的大蟑螂。 整体上来讲，这家酒店的服务简直也就是一个如家的水平，管理非常的差。真不知道这9点多的平均分是怎么得来的，大家一定慎重选择，如果稍微加一点钱完全可以考虑去住艾迪逊或者亚特兰蒂斯。

Reviewed Aug 26, 2019가족 여행으로 2박을 했는데 너무 좋았습니다. 건물이나 조경, 방 상태, 서비스 뭐하나 빠지는것 없이, 베고니아 이후에 아틀란티스에서도 숙박했지만 아틀란티스보다 베고니아가 훨씬 좋았습니다. 특히, 수영장 시설 이용은 더할나위없이 휼륭했습니다. 넓기도 엄청 넓고 사람도 별로없어서 전체를 대여한 느낌으로 너무 즐겁게 쉬다가 왔네요. 다음에도 싼야를 간다면 더로얄 베고니아에서만 지낼 생각입니다. 추천해요

We stayed at a Renaissance here four years ago and overall I felt the service and attention to detail there was much better than the Begonia, even though the Begonia is more expensive and considered more luxury. Don’t get me wrong, we had a nice time but the property is not that old yet has several areas that are deteriorating visibly and lack of staffs attention to details (eg after our room was cleaned no one removed dirty glasses or replaced them with clean ones...) was disappointing.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2016十分糟糕的住宿体验。给了一间貌似很久没住过人，墙壁满是斑驳补漆，一阵潮湿发霉味道的房间。打电话向前台反应，前台说马上送空气清新喷雾和抽湿机过来（什么鬼东西）。好吧，我忍，等了两个小时后，情况没有改善，想想小孩两个晚上都要睡在这么恐怖的环境下，忍无可忍，再打电话反应，要求换房，居然回复帮我们换被子。这刻，毫不犹豫跑到前台质问，前台回复房满了，说海边的房子都是这么潮湿，要加1000多换别墅，后来看声音越来越大，才给我们换了高一层，开阳点的房间。晚上特意看了一下原来房间那一层的阳台，根本就没有房间开灯入住，说房间满了根本就是酒店前台说谎，肯定知道是那一层的房间都存在同一问题，这些有缺陷的房间根本就不应该推出市场，就因为我们不是会员，是通过第三方平台而把我们当白老鼠，当人肉烘干机。实在太气愤了，这种级别的酒店，居然是这样的服务态度，浪费了一个下午的时间，还要通过几乎吵架的方式维权，大大影响了出游心情。
