Offre de vous chercher et vous amener au terminal de ferry. Il faut juste convenir d'un lieu de pick up a l'avance ou pouvoir l'appeler car il n'a pas whatsapp. 10 mins de marche pour le centre mais c'est ok.

Reviewed Jan 17, 2026It was handy having a bathroom attached to our room. The manager was friendly and helpful. The location was handy for a stop over before our ferry in the morning.
Our son is 6.3 and ended up pulling the matress onto the ground so he could sleep as the beds all had metal frames which his feet hung over. The bathroom had been frieshly mopped but still felt unclean due to the age of the amentities. It wasn't unclean, it just probably needs some new lino and a revamp as its getting very old.

Great kitchen all equipment and pleasant lounge rooms and outside area. Lovely owner very friendly and helpful. Would also be a good base for exploring Picton/ Marlborough sounds. Had a family room with private bathroom for us and 3 older teens, ideal for overnight and early ferry:) would stay again
On main square/ roundabout so traffic started rolling early morning but that was ok as we were also going to ferry and getting up :) Quiet overnight though!

Reviewed Jan 13, 2026If you want something cheap and close to the ferry for an early sailing then this place works.
Place felt very run down and dilapidated, like it was a cool backpackers lodge 20 years ago but hasn't been maintained since. Some of the permanent residents were a bit unsettling to be around - the alcoholic, the schizophrenic man, etc (though they were not threatening or aggressive please note). Bathrooms were unisex which made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. We stayed in a private room and the linen was not particularly clean. In the morning we were not the only guests who checked out asap and ran to the ferry.
