Large rooms and well kept large pool

Slightly older property, but still well maintained.

This place is well-maintained and very clean for its age. The staff are incredibly friendly. It’s in a great location, a short walk to the main area with plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. The beach is also just a short walk away and easy to reach.

Great location, close to shopping and reaturants. It was a very large apartment, which was unexpected. A bonus was there was little to no outside noise once I was in the apartment

I really enjoyed my stay and felt I got more than what I paid for, so no complaints from me.

We love this property and have returned several times. The location is great and the villa itself is spacious and luxurious. Staff are excellent.

It needs a refresh. Some of the draws were broken and cupboards need repair.

We liked the close walking proximity to restaurants and shops

The villa was very worn and needs a bit of updating and money spent on it. Lounge suite furniture was old and well worn. Kitchen area drab. This is definitely NOT a 5 star villa. We had a bat most nights in the lounge area ceiling, which made a mess on the floor and furniture that we were to sit on. Staff were informed, but nothing was changed. All lights were kept on from dusk thru to late at night. We had two sml children as well which we had to watch around the urine etc mess

The hosts were super helpful prior to arrival in organising activities for the celebration we were having. The location was excellent and the facilities were cleaned daily, the staff were friendly and unobtrusive. Daily washing was an unexpected bonus!

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ketut was very easy to chat with and the lady who cleaned our room was lovely. Rota was also very helpful. Location was excellent. Bed, bedding and pillows were the best we’ve had in Bali

Shower could do with refitting and a good clean of the mould. Hot water took 5 minutes to reach our room. Pool area was dirty and not so nice to sit around. Pool beds were old and uncomfortable

Quiet and private. Own pool . Spacious accommodation with full kitchen facilities . Our housekeeper was lovely. Just a beautiful relaxing stay.

Centrally located and easy beach access . Very clean and comfortable . Staff are amazing. Lots of cafes, warungs and eating places nearby . Highly recommend Sala Massimo and Anna Warung

The pool area is a bit sad and as other people have said , a little cool. If you can afford it, I’d upgrade to a Villa . The apartments themselves are really nice. We were upstairs in apartment 4 . No balcony . Downstairs rooms looked quite dark.

Beautiful design. Nice pool. Great location.

Does not have a laundry. There is a house keeper to help with laundry but I’ll feel more comfortable with a washing machine and dryer.

The receptionist was welcoming and showed us to the room and the facilities and how it all worked. Answered any questions thoroughly. The bed was very comfortable, linen clean and towels changed daily.

The actual accommodation exceeded our expectations. We had two separate rooms. Bedroom and lounge area with a kitchenette and well stocked cooking appliances. Proved to be very useful. The only fault is that we had to have our curtains pulled closed for the duration of our stay for privacy. The pool was very small and the outside area was very limiting. There was no enjoyable place to sit outside.

The pool was good but unfortunately was in the shade most of the time so was a bit chilly. Also they need a rail at the steps to assist in getting in and out of the pool.

we had some problems with the aircon, but they cleaned it after we requested. There was a plumbing problem and water from the bathroom went into the lounge (flooding, we had to seek assistance). The rooms were set out in a inconvenient way (entrances through the bedroom, bathroom in the middle, to the lounge area).

Very good location and apt #6 was most economical for a solo traveller- always felt safe and staff were welcoming. If you can upgrade to a villa, they are more luxurious with private rather than a shared pool.

2 Bedroom + Living room Villa was fully airconditioned, pool was private and Villa was a short walk to beachfront (roughly 5 minutes). Central to all attractions at Sanur.

Toilet in room next to pool never worked properly, and after maintainence fixing it twice, kept playing up. Ended up pulling lid to cistern off and flushing it manually for remainder of stay. Also beds where pretty hard.

I stayed in Apt 1 it was okay. The location is good and the staff were great.

We had access to a small pool next to the apartment. The area was the designated smoking area, so if you are a smoker, it will be great, but lots of overflowing ashtrays people coming to smoke and permanent smell. Smokers in the courtyard around the other apartments also, despite it being a non-smoking area. So, smokers paradise.

Second time we have stayed here we love it . Close to everything we need. The villa it’s self is just fantastic

Only a couple of things . Just a few little things like the sink and tap in the kitchen could be upgraded and same with the toilet.

What a great place to relax and unwind! The villa had everything! Our house keeper Thitra was amazing she looked after us all ! Will certainly be coming back !

Great location. Good to have induction stove to make brewed coffee in the morning. Dining table and kitchen was great to have. Lots of power points to use. Staff delightful and, plenty of parking for our car. It is in a REALLY good location. Central to everything we needed.

It would have been good to have block-out curtains. And a more comfy mattress. The couch was really uncomfortable to sit on. Could do with a refresh of the peeling paint etc.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, we loved it. The 2 AC units worked very well. Check in was easy. Late check was a fabulous bonus, thank you. Reception staff were very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could possibly need. The fridge was full size. The water dispensers in the hallways were great. The large smart TV was the biggest I've experienced in Bali accommodation. The housekeeping lady was lovely and did such a fantastic job! The lounge was clean and very comfortable. Plenty of storage space in the living area, bathroom and bedroom. The towels were so soft and fresh and smelled delightful. The pool was sparkling clean and we had it to ourselves mostly. It was the perfect place to spend Nyepi day. Thanks to Lawrence and the staff, we will return! 😊

Only one thing: Reception hours were limited, opening from 8am til 4pm only, if you had any queries outside these hours the only other staff available was the security at the gates who had limited english, we managed though. Two suggestions, not complaints, for management: ~A shelf in the shower would be fantastic so that everything doesn't have to be on the floor. ~A small coffee table in front of the lounge would be so handy for guests. Somewhere to put your drinks, glasses, remotes etc. That's it! 😊

Vi har boet i både denne og andre af stedets villaer. Beliggenheden er perfekt for os, tæt på alt og alligevel nogenlunde fredeligt. Meget privat, dejlig have og skøn privat pool. Dejligt, at der er mulighed for selv at bestemme, om man vil have besøg af housekeeping, gartner og pool-manden hver dag eller bare et par gange om ugen. Herligt, at der er begyndt at køre en elektrisk shuttlebus fra den ene ende af byen til den anden!

I netop denne villa, er der åbenbart lidt problemer med vand og afløb. Det var der denne gang og også for et par år siden. Der mangler gode siddemuligheder på terrasserne. Der er et højt bord og barstole, ikke passende for mennesker i vores alder. Udsmykningen på fællesrummets vægge er ret kliché-agtige, hvor der kunne have været valgt noget traditionelt og lokalt. Det hele trænger til ‘en kærlig hånd’, både ude og inde.

It required a lot of maintenance. There were daily plumbing issues, and the house keeper only cared for the foreign guests not the local guests.

Excellent Villa`s with large rooms. All with Ensuites. Pool cleaned daily as well as great house keeper. Bonus was clothes washed for us daily.

Everything was extremely clean and comfortable-great little kitchen, very small pool for a quick refresh! Great for our 2 night stay. Close to plenty of food options and a quick walk down to the beach. Firm but comfortable bed.

We had booked a One bedroom with pool view but we had no view of the pool-we were tucked away behind.

Staff and owner were so welcoming and accommodating, great location and place!😊

Great position. Great privacy with a 4 & 3 bed villa. Very friendly staff.

The villas are showing their age and are in need of an update. The beds were reported across our group in general to be too hard. The villas show signs of flooding and bathrooms need quite a bit of maintenence. A fresh coat of paint externally wouldn't go astray.

Breakfast was not available however there are plenty of places to eat a very short walk away. Location was fantastic. Close to beach and many restaurants .

There needs to be some maintenance on the apartment i was in as there is a leak in the roof and bad case of rising damp in the toilet area especially near the skylight>. Note to owner that maybe when building these apartments maybe use non slip tiles in the bathroom/shower recesses. That is just a constructive criticism not a complaint.

We had a 4 bedroom and 3 bedroom villas (13 people). Everyone complained of backache from the mattresses which were really hard. For a higher end property the .attresses should be better.(renewed)

いつもはヴィラですが今回初めて夫婦でアパートメントに宿泊しました。必要なものがコンパクトにまとまっていてよかったです。 相変わらずスタッフは笑顔で親切です。 おかげさまでとてもリラックスできましたありがとう。

とても清潔なのに洗面所の匂いがありました。キッチンは全く臭わないので両方のシンク下を見たところ、洗面所の排水管にトラップが無くて、直接臭いが上がってきていたようです。これは清掃の問題ではなくて、工事の問題ですね。

Had a great stay at emerald villas. The villa was amazing, very spacious, large pool. The staff were so helpful and lovely. Would definitely go back!

Great location, 2 minute walk to restaurants, minimart, and laundry. 5min walk to the beach with a low traffic route. Roomy apartment with most of what you need inside.

Ac was a bit old and looks to need service on the indoor units. Plastic is old and a bit broken and you could see directly to the internal area of the indoor unit in the bedroom and it needs a service. The room smelled a little bit moldy(not much and very livable), and they have compensated with automaric airfreshener that smelled ok, but a bit much at times. Overall no problem staying there but don't expect it to be perfect.. price also reflects that.
