Everything!! The room with pool was amazing, the shared pool and beds were luxury. The staff were the best. So accomodating. We didn’t have a tv in the room so we asked if we could change rooms to get one, and the staff within 30 mins had a tv set up in our room ready to go. We hired bikes and that was super easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more!!!

Le lit est extrêmement confortable et le petit-déjeuner très bon. La suite était vraiment magnifique, à couper le souffle. Un service au top, le ménage est fait deux fois par jour et le personnel de l'accueil est très serviable. Ils font tout ce qu'ils peuvent pour nous aider lors de notre séjour. Le plus qui fait la différence c'était quand même le jacuzzi privé dans la chambre. Exceptionnel. Je recommande.

Le seul défaut de la suite est qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre vers l'extérieur. Ce n'est pas trop dérangeant car il y a plusieurs purificateurs d'air, mais cela peut faire bizarre de n'avoir principalement de la lumière artificielle.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We asked to move rooms as the bathroom smelt badly so that was good and not a problem. The staff were overall lovely and friendly although not very attentive around the pool area…..

The private villa was one of premium experiences in Bali, could not be happier with the stay.

The pool area is gorgeous! Half the property is villas with pools so it isn't too busy there and you always get a lounger. The beds were really comfy and aircon worked well. They supplied mosquitoes plugs which was appreciated. The room was spacious and quiet which is good with a little one.

The shower and bathroom was dirty and smelt. There's built up grime, it needs to be scrubbed and proper cleaning products used. The shower head in the bath was broken so we couldn't bath our toddler properly. We were told we could get an earlier check in and unfortunately that didn't happen so we had a very upset toddler needing a nap.

Lovely resort with huge rooms/suites. 5 minute walk to the beach. Great food at the restaurant. Everything was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked a little more natural light in the room and a fan so we could have fresh air at night rather than air conditioning.

Loved everything about SAGARA. The design, ambience, location and friendly, helpful staff. We had a family reunion and stayed in the double rooms (huge!), 1 and 2-bed villas. All beautifully appointed and private, but with the hotel service at hand for anything we needed. Lots of spas and restaurants at our doorstep, including the highly rated Costa, Seja and Jungle Tree. 5-mins walk to the beach, and €2 taxi ride to Icon mall. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed in and we look forward to returning.

The rooms are huge and beautiful - honestly, big enough to have a dance party in! The bed is very comfortable, robes are provided, and all the essential toiletries are included. Breakfast is ok.

I found a bed bug on the mattress, and unfortunately, due to limited room availability, they weren’t able to move me. The team did their best to resolve the situation - they thoroughly cleaned, vacuumed and treated the mattress, and replaced all the bedding and pillows, so it was okay in the end. However, it was still quite unsettling. Given the climate, I think management should ensure rooms are regularly and thoroughly checked for bed bugs to prevent this from happening.

This was a great place to stay, beautiful resort with a lovely pool. Very quiet and peaceful but handy to everything. Hanoi restaurant right out the front where we ate several times because it was so good. Shuttle runs past the front to head up to Icon and markets or just to explore further north.Easy walk to the beach. Nothing to find fault in at all. And all the staff were lovely.There was even a bobtail cat and her kittens that we enjoyed watching. Also great shower and air-con and the spa bath on the verandah was great for a bubble bath.

There was nothing we didn’t like-it was perfect.

This facility should. be reported for being callous in maintaining the property and compromising the safety of their guests. My daughter got an electric shock while removing one of her chargers. We were flying out immediately, so besides quickly reporting it to the reception, nothing more could have been done. She is young and continued to feel unwell from the shock during our travel back home. We had two rooms and both rooms had stinky bathrooms. Smelled like pee at all times. We ordered dinner one of the days and the food was quite bad. The pizza was like cardboard. The most expensive of all the three hotels we booked for our one week trip and the most underwhelming experience.

It was in a lovely location, the pool and garden setting was very peaceful, the staff so friendly and accomodating ,great breakfast, the food was excellent , close proximity to many restaurants , I would defiantly stay again .

Great location lovely staff

This was our second stay. The staff are wonderful and it is in a good position to access the restaurants and the beach. As I have some mobility issues so we selected the ground floor Suite. The rooms are very spacious but the groung floor rooms are minus any natural light. I was told the suites up stairs do and also a balcony. Breakfast was plentful and well presented.

The darkness in the lower suites, although that is to the design of the building and not something easy to resolve.

The property is slightly far from the beach, but the hotel has made arrangements to book beach beds - Which is a big relief.

Très belle villa, spacieuse avec tout le confort nécessaire. Bon petit déjeuner. Personnel très agréable. Nous devions avoir une suite avec jacuzzi mais l’odeur de moisi était insupportable. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre et nous avons été installés dans une magnifique villa avec piscine privé.Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce geste de leur part. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour par la suite.

La salle de bain sent le renfermé et il y a parfois des odeurs de remontées d’égout. J’ai vu un cafard dans la salle de bain.

pool area and the villa area full of slippery tiles not so bad if you're under 40 but more dangerous if you are older. this issue will not be addressed by the owners because they do not care, if you slip and break something, it is your responsibility to be insured not their responsibility to build a safer environment

Everything was amazing, location is 5min walk to Massimo Italian/Gelato.7min walk to the beach,massages every where. The stuff and the manager are more then amazing to help in any way they can. Specially we received high tea or coffee with baked banana at afternoon to the villa and also we could asked breakfast to bring to the villa. I had problem with my glasses the manager couldn't help and on the same day afternoon the reception nock on our door to bring new pair that the manager bought and they refused to take money . Special thank to the amazing manager. See you next time I both of your locations

The separate bedrooms and ensuites sharing the living, kitchen and pool areas was perfect for our extended family. Breakfasts (included in the deal) were great with lots of variation. Having the larger pool in the common area was an added bonus with the toddlers pool. Staff were very friendly and looked after us exceptionally well. The inclusion of the Vietnamese restaurant in the complex was another major bonus.

We stayed in a room not a villa. The room was huge, bathroom great, only down side no window to outside, but soon got used to it

Staying at Sagara was an absolute pleasure. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, and the restaurant, pool, and spa were all excellent. A wide selection of breakfast dishes with delicious coffee There are also great restaurants and shops nearby, so you have everything you need within easy reach and at a reasonable price. I highly recommend it. Special thanks for Rika, who was in contact with us and arranged the additional services for our anniversary that made our stay an unforgettable experience

Very friendly staff, great location, good food/drink, rooms were clean and comfortable.

If you are in a single room (not a villa), you face the main road. There is a live music venue directly opposite that plays loud music until 11pm 7 nights a week.

In the room, the toilet sewage does give out a smell. I won’t want to stay in the room again. After we move to the villa, it was fantastic!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sagara. Our suite was large and modern and the bed was comfortable. The turn down service was a nice touch.All the staff were exceptional, really friendly and very welcoming. The service was excellent. The location was great with quite a few quality restaurants nearby, or you could eat on site for a very reasonable cost. The pool was a decent size. We would definitely stay here again

Das Hotel liegt in einer Nebenstraße und deswegen ist es in den Villen relativ ruhig für Sanur. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Das Frühstück und Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut. Es ist ein kleines schöne Anlage.

Als wir in unsere Villla kamen kam uns ein sehr chemischer Geruch entgegen es wurde zwar durch ständiges lüften etwas besser aber ganz ging der Geruch nicht weg. Wir mussten immer bei offen Türen schlafen. Da das Hotel voll war könnten wir leider nicht die Villa wechseln. Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns trotzdem wohlgefühlt.

Wir waren rundum begeistert. Die Villa mit Pool war wundervoll. Der Service war klasse und das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bisher dir beste Unterkunft für uns in Bali. Große Auswahl am Frühstück und es war immer sehr lecker.
