There is nothing I like

Even though I rented from the app, they asked me for 10 times more money and did not let me into the hotel I want to complain, it is ridiculous that they demand high money, I demand that you do what is necessary as booking.com

The staff are very helpful and can speak english well the place is generally clean.

Great location, in walking distance to many sights. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The room was clean, spacious and modern. I was very happy that the hotel was able to accommodate my request for a late checkout.

The Room was spacious and clean.

Air conditioner on one side of bed and it is not possible to sleap without it... blowing cold on bed all night. Breakfast selection very limited. 2 days before arriving, the hotel informed me that they cannot provide booked room and ask cancel it. Since I was on road already and have no chance to search other hotel, only option was to take room upgrade and double the price for it, but gain for that only 2 m2.. Definatelly on pictures hotel looks better than in life. If you like comfort and standards - choose some branch hotel. If you want to get touch of some local exotic - it is ok place for short stay.

Good Experience Review of Boutique Stayed here in murch for seven days. They us to check in Extremely accommodating and allowed early at like 3em. We got to hotel super early and dienort wanna wait. So this was a big ples plus Room was very. Clean, water was hot, and explained fully the working of the interactive TV etc. incredibly. helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good Quality - I highly recommend this hotel for eenyone visiting downtown.

It was limited but reasonably sufficient. It was served with lot of care and consideration. One morning, they served us at 6.45 am, since we had to go early to catch a bus for mekong Delta tour.

The AC remote in the room was sometimes behaving erratically.

There were two rooms available right away. They had air conditioning.

The room wasn't very clean there was a condom wrap on the bedside. Couldn't use the blankets it was dirty and finding the condom wrap we couldn't even sleep well on the bed. Lucky me and my daughter had our own blanket and sheet to put on top. Room looks better on the pictures. Internet not good. TV was not good. Channel you can't even watch anything it use internet and their internet slow.

The room size is good and hotel location is peaceful. The staff is graceful and helping. The rooms are very clean and well lit. A big mall nearby with lots of eateries around

The location is far from main city, so traveling takes 30mins one way. The breakfast is limited

Room interior, the neighborhood is quiet.

The room, and maybe the hotel itself needs renovation. The room was not clean. Black hair on the floor. A "good breakfast" is now two toast and a slice of bacon or an omelet or... (only a few 5-6 options without any prompting such as not putting half a kilo of onions in an omelet) plus tea/coffee. This is not a breakfast for 3 * as the hotel calls itself.

Overall, this hotel is nice. The only thing is it's a little bit far away from the centre of the city. So if you have business somewhere nearby this location, this hotel worth a try.

프론트직원이 매우 불친절함

1~2시간의 late check out이 가능한지 문의했으나 단번에 거절당했고, 아침 식사하러 갔는데 직원이 아무도 없어서 외부로 샌드위치를 사서 해결, 낮 12시 체크 아웃을 알고 있는데 11시 30분에 확인 전화가 와서 불편했고, 미니바에 처음부터 생수가 없었는데 체크아웃시 사용했는지 다시 물어봐서 처음부터 없다고 했습니다. 호텔은 조용하고 쉬기 편했으며, 직원들의 정위치 근무가 필요해 보입니다.

Perfect for a short stay. The old part of Phu My Hung is very interesting with shops and eating places close by. Could be improved by having a different breakfast selection although they may not be aiming at Western visitors.

Dissapointed in the check in part. The hotel did not received our booking confirmation and we had to wait for them to finally gave us a room.

This hotel is well situated in District 7, which is nearly 50% Korean, as well as having many other nationalities. Although there isn't much in the way of tourist sites in District 7, staying here means that you are away from the heavy traffic, smog and noise of District 1. Rather than regular taxis, we took Uber or GRAB each day down into District 1, where we saw the sites. Two days, we stayed in District 7. There are several huge shopping malls and hundreds of restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean, and efficient.

장단기출장목적이나 체류하기에 무난한 호텔입니다. 가족여행이나 커플여행으로는 그리 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.객실이 조금 노후된 느낌이 듭니다.일반적인 베트남 로컬호텔에 보다는 조금 시설이 좋습니다. 특히,화장실이 넓은 편입니다.스카이 가든 아파트와 가까와서 주변에 식당들이 많고, 특히 한국식당들이 많습니다. 에어컨이 방별로 개별 설치되어 있어서, 외출후에 객실에 들어오면 방안이 좀 덥고 습하다는 느낌을 좀 받았네요.조식은 뷔페식이 아니라 테이블에서 쌀국수 종류와 음료를 주문하는 시스템입니다. 수건에서 평소와는 다른 특이한 향의 섬유유연제 냄새가 났는데, 사용하기가 좀 힘들었습니다.3성급이라 되어 있었는데, 호텔입구에 별이 1개밖에 없습니다. 결론적으로 한국음식을 자주 드셔야 하고 푸미흥에 머무르며 저렴한 호텔을 원하신다면 가격대비 무난한 호텔이라 생각합니다.

김치볶음밥에 김치가 없고, 창문열면 옆건물 보입니다. 상태도 안좋고 별로네요. 다시는 여기 안감

출장때문에 처음 베트남에 가게되었습니다. 홈페이지에 나온주소와 실제주소가 달라 찾기가 쉽지않았지만 찾고나니 위치가 좋은곳이었어요. 바로 옆에 마사지샵있고 쌀국수집 마트등 다있었어요. 룸컨디션도 굉장히 좋았어요. 수압도 세고 뜨거운물이 잘나와서 편리했습니다. 크고 깨끗한침대도 좋았어요. 조식은 날마다 현지식과 서양식 두가지 메뉴중 선택할 수 있는데 맛은 나쁘지않았고 여유롭게 아침을 먹을수있었습니다. 아쉬운건 룸카드가 하나밖에 없어서 나갔다오면 방이 좀 덥다는정도네요. 기억에 남는건, 공항 도착했을때쯤 외투를 옷장에 두고왔다는걸 알고 바로 연락했는데 깨끗하게 포장해서 보내주었습니다. 친절한 직원들덕에 다음에도 또 가고싶네요^^

This hotel is listed online as a 3.5 star or a 3 star hotel, but it's actually a 1-Star hotel. There's a government issued 1-Star plaque on the front of the building. The Deluxe Double Room is 20 square meters, so expect the Superior Room to be smaller than that. The balcony is 12 square meters. However, the balcony is pretty much useless and is a waste of space. They should get rid of the balcony and increase the size of the actual room. The balcony's walls are too high you can't see down when sitting down. Then you can't see the sky because there's a white structure blocking your view. The breakfast was a la carte and was decent. If you are going to book here, go for the suite room because the Deluxe rooms and Superior rooms are a bit too small. Much of the space is wasted on the balcony. Room Tip: Deluxe Double Room's actual room size is 20 m2. (not including balcony)

部屋数はおそらく10部屋前後とこじんまりしたホテル。フロントでは英語が通じるので、ベトナム語が話せなくてもOK。私の場合、ホテルに着くのが24時を回るので、事前にメール（英語）でその旨を伝えると、すぐ返信が返ってきて、レスポンスは良好。ちゃんとフロントを開けて待っていてくれていた。

Having lived in this area before, I knew there were a number of very moderately priced hotels available in an area that is easy for a non-Vietnamese to negotiate. Needed a trip for some world class dental work and decided to try this hotel.

But breakfast was awful. I will recommend other hotels to my friends due to the breakfast.

A little difficult to locate for a driver who is not familiar with D7 in HCM as hotel is a small property right in the middle of a lane - can't see the building from the main road at all! But its a very quiet neighborhood so its great for anyone looking at quiet n peaceful nights! Rooms were decent...clean with good wifi (except maybe for basement room). A little tight on common spaces but its a small boutique hotel so that's expected...but at least the noise isolation between rooms were effective! Hotel manager speaks very good english and pro-active in solving problems!
