Confortable bon petit déjeuner personnel agréable

Está en una zona céntrica bien ubicado y no se oía mucho ruido. Pudimos dormir bien con horarios bastante flexibles para check in y checkout. La habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos y el aire acondicionado funcionaba bien.

El hotel fue decorado en los 2000 y se quedó así. Los apliques y molduras están viejos o reparados chapuceramente. A una lámpara le faltaba el regulador, las bombillas led eran de mala calidad puesto que nunca se apagan del todo. La cama crujía. El desayuno estaba arrasado a las 8 cuando está abierto hasta las 10.

ブイビエンから近く、ベンタインの市場や地下鉄駅まで少し歩けば行けるロケーションは便利。近くにコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあるので困らない。部屋は古いが、清潔で申し分ない。電源は日本タイプのもので十分使えるのでアダプターも必要なし。 早朝着で荷物を預けようとしたらスタッフから有料でのアーリーチェックインが可能という申し出がありとても助かった。 朝食はとてもおいしく、景色の良い階上での食事が良かった。

予約していた部屋とは違う下グレードの部屋になった。後でBooking.comに報告して一部返金となったが、ホテル側の対応が全く無く誠意が無かった。フロントスタッフの対応が良いだけに残念。（この件は、後にBooking.comが最後まで手配して解決した）ホテル側の対応の改善が必要。 バスタブの水栓が緩く（？）お湯が抜けてしまう（お湯は十分出た）。

Hotel posizionato a pochi minuti dal centro, nonostante la via dei locali molto vicina non si sono sentiti rumori. Personale cortese con possibilità per chi deve andare via presto in mattinata di avere là box colazione. Ottima vista dallo skybar.

The property is walking distance to the restaurant, the Gold Jewellry shop and the Ben than market the places i wanted to visit in Ho Chi Minh. The room is decent and clean.

とにかくコンセントが多く、枕元にもある点が非常に使いやすかった。また部屋の電気のスイッチも枕元に集約されている点も便利である。加えて、シャワーとトイレの間はガラスのドアがあるため、トイレの床は濡れずに済む点も良い。朝食ビュッフェも美味しかった。

That staff were friendly, they went out of their way to help. Rooms were clean, breakfast was amazing. Great view

Pillows were too hard for those who like a soft pillow, the water hose for shower was in a strange place and water ran under the bath making floor mat very wet

Location, good breakfast

The location for me is superb. Everything you need is just nearby the hotel. Food, pharmacy, spa, bar, and even courier services. It's the location that I like the most. Behind the hotel is the Bui Vien street.

1. The hotel looks old and not properly maintained even though it has many people working around. The reception area has no enough lighting even each floor or maybe the design itself is kinda dark for a hotel. Kinda creepy vibe. Not ventilated also. 2. Some reception staff cannot speak English really and not even trying to communicate. Some have attitudes while the guards are friendly and helpful and the housekeeping staff are always smiling and greetful. However, when I asked for help to buy me balloon pump online, someone from reception assisted me. 3. Breakfast served each day are the same food you will see every morning. Don't expect too much. Coffee was incredibly good though and fruits were served fresh always. 4. My first booked room has no window as that is the only available when i booked here but I tried my luck and requested for an upgrade. Luckily, I was moved to another room with window the following day but of course I had to pay extra. Rooms are small. If you have many luggages, it's hard to move around. 5. Towels are dirty white already even the bed covers and pillows. Couch and the chair are stained and actually itchy on skin already if you dare to sit on it. 6. They don't give 2 card keys. You have to make a cash deposit if you want extra card but refundable upon check out. 7. There are two elevators but the other one is most of the time out of order. It's always smelly , if not smoke, strong human smell. No air humidifier inside. 8. The most upsetting part for me was no "FLAT IRON" or "STEAMER"!!! So during my entire stay, I was wearing wrinkled clothes. 9. Avoid the room 605, without window as much as possible. Smelly and no proper ventilation. It smells like dirty toilet. 10. If you will be assigned to Room 604, you're not alone there.

This was my 2nd visit within a month Great selection at breakfast. Nice rooftop restaurant Lily was an amazing receptionist and helped me book tours The doorman looked after my bags after checkout, was always smiling and courteous. 24 hour check-in.

First night of 3, i arrived late and in-between the beds sheets were dirty with grit. No change of room and no clean sheets were available even after i offered to make my own bed - the man on reception was useless. I had no choice but to sleep in a dirty bed. No refund they eventually gave me a drink voucher. Air-con was a bit noisy and not very cold at times. Shower head points out of the bath.

Het personeel bij het ontbijt is erg vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is top en je hebt een mooi uitzicht op het park

De kamers zijn erg gehorig. Tijdens ons verblijf hoorden we een vrouw heel hard "stoppen" schreeuwen. Toen we hier melding van maakten, vroegen ze eerst of we een tour wilden boeken. Daarna werd de melding afgewimpeld en werd er laconiek een andere kamer aangeboden. Het baliepersoneel vonden wij niet goed. Bij het inchecken keek de jongeman ons schaapachtig aan alsof we helemaal geen kamer hadden geboekt. Bij het uitchecken moesten we verplicht wachten en onze spullen neerzetten omdat de kamer gecontroleerd moest worden. Dit vonden we heel vreemd, aangezien er niet eens een minibar aanwezig is.

Je me demande si les murs ont été fait avec du papier tellement on entend tout Le petit déjeuner, le choix est assez copieux au niveau du salé, mais alors au niveau du sucré c’est la débandade.. et en plus ce qu’il y a n’est pas très bon Le personnel à l’accueil pourrait être un peu plus aimable Le lit est petit et les chambres sont assez vieillote et petite pour le prix qu’on paye c’est un peu abusé

Always found the staff eager to assist and the service was excellent , the food has a very good arrangement to suit both Asian and Western taste .

I feel the hotel is in need of a refurbishment , wall paper is peeling , water damage to bathrooms , just a lot of wear and Tear so the property management needs to be increased.

Great location. Very friendly and helpful staff - a fault with the safety box was fixed within minutes of reporting. Large variety of choices for breakfast.

The bed was comfortable and i enjoyed the variety of food at breakfast. The staff were lovely. Was close to attractions and day 2 i discovered the best little restaurants in the alleys near by

Only minor but i could hear the phone ringing in other rooms and although there is a television there are no movie channel subscriptions such as netflix

C'est un hotel où j'ai séjourné à 4 reprises. Propre, buffet petit déjeuner au top. Personnels très aimables et serviables.

Ne pas les solliciter pour des déplacements ou excursions : tarifs énormes.
