The housekeeping was horrible. There was no linen change despite our request to have the same changed, there was water in the room despite our request every day. The comforters were not changed at any one time

Le lit était un peu mou à mon goût. La température de la pièce un peu trop haute. Nous avons ouvert les fenêtres, le bruit ne gêne pas.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Excellent location. Room was spacious, clean, with all what was needed. Views were amazing and staff was beyond kind and friendly as well as efficient in the check in process. The kids received a small plush toy which was a lovely touch. Breakfast was really complete and delicious. Nothing at all to fault.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Personnel toujours aussi agréable, le restaurant est un vrai plus : c'est bon (la brioche perdue est une thérapie qui guérit tous les tracas), c'est rapide et il est possible de réserver au check-in. Les parties communes sont propres, les équipements de sécurité dans les escaliers sont en bon état, la chmbre est propre, la salle de bain est propre et tout fonctionne. J'ai profité d'avoir mon matériel d'inspection sanitaire avec moi pour faire une vérification complete, tout est propre. Remarquable.

L'accueil et le manque d'écoute. Devoir déposer une garantie. Devoir répéter pour ne pas avoir le stationnement facturé alors que j'ai été moins de 5 minutes sur le parking pour déposer mes affaires. Le lavabo était bouché dans ma chambre.

Chambre Il n’y avait pas de clim dans la chambre, on nous a dit que c’était un système de refroidissement mais il ne fonctionnait pas, on a dormi dans la chaleur, des ventilateurs sont à disposition, ils font un bruit monstrueux, il n’y a pas de frigo, il n’y a pas de bouilloire. pas de fer à repasser dans les chambres. pas de bouteille d’eau chaque jour, pas de crème et produits de beauté chaque jour également. Petit déjeuner Selon le personnel sur qui vous tombez, vous pouvez vivre un véritable cauchemar matinal Les chaises sont retournées jeté par terre pour enlever les miettes de pain. Ça a duré littéralement une demi-heure le temps du petit déjeuner. Spa Il ne fonctionnait pas pendant notre séjour quelle déception Salle de sport La salle est ouverte trop tard et ferme trop tôt

Die Klimaanlage hat kaum gekühlt, es war sehr warm im Raum und die Parkgebühr von 18 CHF war gesalzen

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026De junior suite inclusief de badkamer is heel ruim, netjes en proper. Het kinderbedje stond al klaar bij aankomst. Zowel het kuispersoneel alsook de bedienden aan de receptie waren zeer vriendelijk. In bijzonder 'Kouter' die behulpzaam is om de knuffel van onze dochter te willen terugvinden.
Er is geen koelkast in de kamer. Moeilijk om melk voor de kindjes te bewaren. De parking voor de auto is duur.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026La chambre est confortable, le parking tout proche, le restaurant. Un merci à la serveuse du bar qui était très gentille à difference de sa manager qui a une manière très froide de traiter la clientèle.
La réceptionniste a été très malpolie à notre arrivée. On est arrivé un petit moment avant une autre couple mais on a leur cedé la place. Après un minute la réceptionniste nous a mal parlé et a été tout le long arrogante, pas de sourire! L’accueil normalement est la façade de l’établissement et une personne pareille n’a pas sa place… quand on choisi un travail avec la clientèle on apprend communiquer et le savoir-etre, sinon on reste dans un bureau. C’est vraiment dommage d’avoir eu à faire à cette personne. Je serais ravi de vous en dire plus si necessaire!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Lage und Preis Leistung war sehr gut. super für einen Zwischenstopp und mit Aquarium Ausflug. Und eigentlich 2 Zimmer mit Flügeltüre für eine Familie.
Das Frühstücksbuffet war für den Preis etwas lieblos. Es hatte zwar alles aber Pancakes oder Crepes waren kalt serviert, ebenfalls die gekochten Eier. Milch gab es nur aus dem Kaffeeautomaten, was für das Müsli etwas umständlich war zu warten, wenn andere ihren Kaffee holen. Ausserdem ist die Frühstückszeit etwas kurz bis halb 10, am Wochenende könnte es länger ausfallen, da ja dann auch viele Familien mit Kindern wegen dem Aquarium zu Besuch sind.

Riesen Suite, optimal für uns mit unserem 17jährigen Sohn. Von hier aus ist Lausanne komplett schnell und gut erreichbar! Das Aquarium ist bestimmt auch super, aber wir hatten leider keine Zeit mehr… Insgesamt ist das Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!!!!!!!!

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und übersichtlich. Die Tische sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Zimmer war schön gross und aufgeräumt. Die Aufteilung für ein Familienzimmer war ganz gut. Das Abendessen ist zu empfehlen, war wirklich sehr gut. Freundliches Personal.
Der Teppich im Gang kann einmal wieder eine Reinigung vertragen. Auch wurden die Handtücher im Zimmer bei uns nicht richtig gereinigt. Wir hatten dreckige darunter. Eine Minibar wäre nicht schlecht bei so heissen Tagen.

Maybe a small kid's playground would have been nice. Just because if you travel all the way to the Aquarium, no energy left to look for a playground for a toddler. A swing and slide would have been enough.
