Reviewed Sep 8, 2026Това е бутиков хотел, обзаведен с вкус и внимание към детайлите, който създава усещане за лукс и комфорт. Ползвах за две нощувки двойна стая с изглед към езерото и съм много доволен от престоя си. Стаята беше добре обзаведена, комфортна и тиха. Леглото беше много удобно. Закуската е много добра. Препоръчвам хотела!
Единствената ми забележка е, че душ кабината е много тясна и неудобна.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Unsere ganze Familie war von diesem Aufenthalt absolut begeistert! Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das aus zwei separaten Räumen bestand – in einem haben wir Eltern geschlafen, und in dem anderen unsere beiden Töchter. Das war für uns alle sehr praktisch und komfortabel. Alles war außergewöhnlich sauber und gepflegt. Obwohl sich das Hotel direkt im Stadtzentrum unweit des Bahnhofs befindet, ist die Lage wunderbar ruhig. Das Gebäude selbst ist sowohl von innen als auch von außen wunderschön anzusehen. Ein großes Lob geht an das überaus höfliche Personal, das unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war unser Zimmer: Es war äußerst komfortabel und angenehm kühl, und das, obwohl die Außentemperatur draußen bei heißen 34 Grad lag. Das Frühstück war einfach fantastisch und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zum Hotel gehört außerdem ein hauseigenes Restaurant, in dem wir auch sehr lecker zu Mittag gegessen haben. Auch dort war das Personal sehr erfahren, aufmerksam und überaus sympathisch. Wir können dieses Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Dusche in der Badewanne oder auch Duschvorhang ist für ein Hotel was 4 Sterne an der Tür hat und sich bezahlen lässt nicht angemessen.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Somewhat out of the centre of Lausanne between the lake and the old town. Impressive decor and comfortable rooms with air con. Limited Host tray so take your own teabags etc. Spotlessly clean. A little soulless and staff not engaging, save for young man in the bar who chatted to us. Very quiet, good lifts. Breakfast was buffet with a good selection. Food in the restaurant was disappointing. 4 of us received meals that were almost cold. The food and drinks were very expensive too. There is a bus service to the old town almost outside of the hotel and a bit further down one to the lake. The service is regular which is a bonus. Feels more like a business hotel than a visitors hotel.

Very comfortable bed and with the curtains pulled I was able to obtain some much needed and best of the trip sleep. I really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and dining outside. Easy walk downhill to the train station.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Quaint hotel in the heart of Lausanne, we were welcomed by Charlotte, a beautiful lady with the sweetest smile. We had booked 3 rooms and were happily surprised when one of them was upgraded with the lake view🤩 We asked for phone chargers as our adapters weren't working. The next day when we were paying for the city tax, another surprise! We didn't know that we were charged for these (many don't return them) and the lady at reception informed us that she's refunding us the charge. Loved the honesty🙌 we'll definitely be back🥰

Der Teppichboden im Hotelzimmer ist unhygienisch und beim Frühstück waren die Esswaren bei diesen heissen Temperaturen wie Joghurt, Müesli und Lachs nicht gekühlt und haben Magendarmprobleme verursacht.

O banheiro era muito bonito e confortável. Também jantamos uma noite no restaurante do hotel no jardim e além de muito agradável, fomos muito bem atendidos
A localização é boa, perto de um ponto de ônibus, mas um pouco distante da praia e Lausanne é uma cidade de ladeiras íngremes

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026מלון יפה במיקום מעולה - באמצע הדרך בין הקתדרלה לנהר. 5 דקות מתחנת הרכבת ומהמטרו (שנמצאים אחד מול השני). חדר יפה, ארוחת בוקר טובה ושירות מעולה. בדיוק היה גל חום והמיזוג בחדר היה מצוין. מיטה נוחה ומקלחת נוחה. מהמרפסת הקטנה בחדר אפשר לראות את האגם (מרחוק). מומלץ ביותר.
כדאי לעשות מיזוג גם בחדר האוכל (במרפסת שלו נעים לשבת גם בעיצומו של גל חום, אבל כדאי לשים מיזוג גם באיזור הפנימי).

My god the location and how hard it was to get to it walking of course by bus is easy. Yet I didn’t like one bit how the staff during the day shift talked with me one bit. Instead of being helpful understanding she kept being vague and talking from an entitled position which I didn’t like at all. When someone is asking you what the guarantee is for dont just say oh yea it’s for all other expenses ( I suppose the price of the building is also a case here) and you should know that?!!! These kinds of conversations and more importantly way of talking to your clients will definitely not make them want to come back! Otherwise there was a gentleman at the night shift very calm very respectful and he helped me to open the door of my room.
