The reception was friendly

This was my first time staying at the hotel, and unfortunately, it was a very disturbing experience. When we entered the room, we immediately noticed yellow stains on both the bedsheets and pillows, which gave a very poor first impression. The hotel also seemed poorly staffed, with only one staff member available. Later that night, around 11 p.m. or midnight, I went to sleep. After a while, I felt as if someone was pulling my bedsheet down. At first, I thought I was just imagining it. Then the TV started turning on and off by itself, so I unplugged it from the power outlet. After I went back to bed, I again felt my bedsheet being pulled. Shortly afterward, the bathroom door began repeatedly opening and slamming shut. And I thought I heard a baby crying from inside the bathroom. When I opened the bathroom door, there was nobody inside. The hotel was completely dark, with almost no lights or signs of life, which made the atmosphere even more unsettling. The main entrance door also sounded as if someone was trying to open it. So I got up and checked that it was locked. Even after returning to bed, I couldn’t shake the feeling that someone was watching me. It was One of the most frightening hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and I would not stay at this hotel again.

Les équipements étaient très usagés voir cassés. La chambre n’était pas propres Les photos mettent en valeur un hôtel vieillissant dont beaucoup de choses sont déjà hors d’usage (comme la majorité des lumières de la piscine.

THE BUGS, that were everywhere!!! The broken sink, the stained toilet, the gap around the door frame (allowing cockroaches in), the bed that felt like a cardboard box.

Nice swimming pool and help taking our bags to the pier. Quiet area

No pool bar, noisy aircon. Quite a far walk from the main part of town.

La piscina estaba bien, te iban a buscar al puerto, y el personal era amable.

En nuestra habitación no funcionaba la cisterna del baño.

La atención del personal de recepción. La piscina. Las instalaciones.

Se puede mejorar la puerta de la habitación, los días de viento fuerte golpea, al igual que la ventana. Al estar en la naturaleza teníamos algunas hormigas por el mobiliario.

Breakfast was very poor, but clean rooms and nice pool.

La zona no estaba tan mal

La habitación estaba sucia, llena de bichos. En un momento se nos desbordó el water y se inundó todo, la ayuda fue escasa. Nos enviaron a otra habitación que estaba en las mismas malas condiciones.

La gente es muy amable. Todo cumplió con mis expectativas. Muchas gracias a la gente d Gypsy! Seguramente volveré sin dudarlo. Phi Phi es un lugar genial!

Shower could be better

It was a good location, only like a 10 minute walk from all the restaurants and things which was good! It was quite clean in the room too.

The swimming pool wasn’t the cleanest and was boiling hot the whole time so was cooler out of the pool to be honest. the sun chairs were awful plastic and hard to lay on, the room was outdated could do with a refurb.

Nice big rooms and very clean. Swimming pool is also a decent size, friendly staff.

Below average breakfast, a bit further out from main restaurants etc. High price for the quality but I guess this is the whole island problem at this time.

Séjour très décevant dans cet établissement. À notre arrivée, nous avons constaté plusieurs problèmes d’hygiène importants : la piscine était verte et clairement pas entretenue. Dans la chambre, la propreté laissait fortement à désirer : traces sur les miroirs, calcaire, cheveux et poils visibles dans la literie. Les sanitaires étaient également dans un état inacceptable, avec des toilettes bouchées et des remontées très désagréables. Nous avons même trouvé des cafards dans la chambre ainsi que plusieurs insectes qui circulaient dans la pièce, ce qui a rendu le séjour très difficile, voire insupportable. Le rideau était également cassé. Nous n’avons pas réussi à dormir correctement pendant deux nuits à cause de ces conditions. Le seul point positif reste le personnel, globalement aimable malgré la barrière de la langue, ainsi que l’emplacement de l’hôtel qui est pratique. Cependant, au vu de l’état général des lieux, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel, surtout aux personnes sensibles à la propreté ou aux insectes. C’est une très mauvaise expérience.

Дуже гарна територія! Басейн, види, все супер! Багато котиків, персонал супер зі всім допомагає! Завжди дають водичку, рушники, всім рекомендую!

The main hotel appears to be clean and very inviting.

The hut I stayed in was very small. Away from the main hotel with no phone in the room , Isolated incase of emergency. From my bed I can smell the toilet. The whole entire hut was so substandard. Not worth the money paid

The pool was nice.

The bathroom was dirty, there was sand in the bed, the sink didn't drain quickly and was blocked. The dispenser in the showers didnt work.

Avis mitigé sur cet hôtel 😕 Malheureusement, notre séjour n’a pas été à la hauteur. La propreté laisse clairement à désirer : nous avons trouvé un énorme cafard dans les toilettes, ce qui est franchement inacceptable 😬. Il y avait également de la moisissure dans le lavabo ainsi que dans les toilettes, ce qui donne une très mauvaise impression générale. Côté confort, ce n’était pas mieux. Le matelas était très dur et peu confortable, ce qui n’a pas permis de bien se reposer. En résumé, entre le manque de propreté et le confort insuffisant, l’expérience n’a pas été satisfaisante. Dommage, car avec un meilleur entretien, cet hôtel pourrait être bien plus agréable.

La piscine

Les chambres sont sale, le frigo rempli de boisson des personnes qui ont logé avant. Le pommeau de douche défectueux et très peu d’eau qui sort, très médiocre pour le prix. Les WC bouché aucune initiative du personnel pour résoudre cela. Des chats qui monte et restent sur les table au petit déjeuner. Sachant que là-bas les chats sont dehors, pas hygiénique du tout. La dame qui nettoie les tables avec une petite balayeuse pas très hygiénique.

A acomodação é simples, mas não é isso, colchão ruim, chuveiro não sai água, limpeza média e localização bem distante da vila.

The fact that it kinda is far away from the pier which makes arriving and departure a bit of a hassle

Hotel pas très propre, a notre arrivée notre chambre y avait plein de cheveux des clients précédents, le sol était grasse, au point de faire de la patinoire. Mais le gros problème le bruit entre les chambres, impossible de dormir. Et l’entretien de la piscine nous n’avons pas mis les pieds dedans tellement elle etait non entretenue

Nous avions 3 chambre et tous pareille ,Les chambre étais degueulasse , plein de poussière partout , cheveux araignée morte , salle de bain très salle tuyeau de lavage toilette plein de merde tv qui ne fonctionne pas ,le matela vraiment inconfortable comme ci nous dormions sur des ressort , les chambre son faite à la va vite ne fond pas la salle de bain , ne remette pas de bouteille d eau , le déjeuner vraiment le strict minimum

The staff was Great. The rooms very clean and specious. The hotel felt premium. Only far from the port . We had to walk for 15 mins from port. And there are no Elevator.

Overall Great Experience. They had a drop on facility. The staff transferred my luggage to rooms.

Location was very quiet, and yet still close enough to walk to the man areas. Very close to the back (sloped) walk to the viewpoints.

Staff were unhelpful. Luggage took an hour to arrive. Rooms weren’t ready on time. Pool was full of slime and needs a clean. Rooms FULL of mosquitos. Breakfast was very much lacking.

We mentioned there was one of the guests that had the birthday during the stay, there could have been an attention to that, at least during the check-in

Tolles Hotel mit schöner Grünanlage. Das Personal sehr freundlich, man fühlt sich wohl.

Einziges Manko, das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas mager von der Auswahl & das Badezimmer schon etwas Sanierungsbedürftig. Ansonsten alles Top

Limpiaron solo 1 día en toda nuestra estadía, la limpieza no es buena. Las sábanas estaban con algunas manchas. El desayuno poco variado.

Purtroppo è stato davvero terribile peccato perché la struttura è bella e potrebbe essere un bel albergo, siamo stati 4 giorni la pulizia delle stanze fa letteralmente a desiderare non vuotano la spazzatura non puliscono i bagni non rifanno i letti pulizia livello 0, per farti una doccia devi riempire il secchio della spazzatura di acqua perché non c'è nessuna pressione di acqua, l acqua della piscina è verde davvero un disastro , allego alcune foto

אהבנו את החדר מרווח נוח. הבריכה טובה.

סבלנו מאוד מנפילות מתח ארוכות שבעקבותיהן לא היו מים הץבברזים. גולת הכותרת היא שגם שיש מים קשה מאוד להתקלח כי אין זרם בכלל. המקום די רחוק מהמרכז. הליכה של 20 דק' לפחות.

Las instalaciones se tienen que renovar , para el siglo en el que estamos esta todo muy anticuado. Destacar que si tienes miedo a los bichos no es un hotel para ti , hay mucha vegetación y muy bichos ( mosquitos cucarachas..)) Destacar también la ubicación te hace pasar por calles sin iluminación , llenas de suciedad y mal olientas . El person muy agradable , la última noche entro una cucaracha en mi habitación la cual les tengo panico y nos cambio de habitación sin problema.
