El minibar era gratis, habitaciones muy grandes, muchos amenities y piscina privada muy bien

Colchón de muelles muy duro, el baño no tenía mampara en la ducha y no hicieron la habitación después de la primera noche

Stary telewizor; brak możliwości zamknięcia okna w łazience ponieważ w oknie zrobione było gniazdo ptaka; bardzo głośna klimatyzacja; bardzo słabe i monotonne śniadania.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel à Koh Phi Phi. La chambre était très spacieuse, confortable et parfaitement adaptée à un séjour en famille. L’emplacement est idéal : à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre, tout en étant suffisamment éloigné pour profiter du calme et de la tranquillité. L’hôtel est très silencieux, ce qui est vraiment appréciable après une journée d’excursion. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et toujours à l’écoute. Une très bonne adresse à Koh Phi Phi que nous recommandons vivement, notamment pour les familles !

La propreté de la chambre, mobilier un peu usé, porte fenêtre en mauvais état et aussi le petit dejeuner pas top !

The room was reasonable for 4 people with a small private pool and patio area. And the location was good - at the quiet end of Phi Phi Bay.

The pool and grounds were in severe need of maintenance and upkeep. The gardens were a barren wasteland and the pool area was unfinished; no poolside bar or service, very few sunbeds. The breakfast area was very basic and service was slow and a bit surly. The restaurant only opened for boat loads of day trippers and closed again as soon as they left and the beach side cafe was slow to serve and often had a limited menu. Overall it felt like they were at the end of season and in need of a good renovation project.

Downside was the boat trips coming in to use restaurant and pool at lunchtime, very noisy and crowded.

Helt nydelig beliggenhet, booket rom med eget basseng som også var digg med barn. Ellers var hotellets basseng også fint.

Hotellet ligger virkeligt godt i den pæne og polerede del af Phi Phi. Tæt på spisesteder, messagesteder og butikker. Vi boede på hotellet i fire dage med vores to teenagere. Vi kom fra et 5 stjernet hotel på Koh Yao Yai og var derfor virkelig bekymret over at skulle videre til dette hotel. Anmeldelserne var jo rigtig dårlige! Vi blev meget positivt overraskede- værelserne lå i en ret ny bygning, og der var ingen dårlig lugt eller mug. Poolområdet lå smukt lige ned til stranden, og vanden var rent og klart i modsætning til andre steder i Thailand. Sødt personale. Stedet er uden tvivl dyrt, men det er rimeligt, når man sammenligner med andre hoteller på øen.

Sengene er til den hårde side, vandtryk dårligt, og morgenmaden er kedelig, så den skal man ikke tilkøbe. Der er nogle små hyggelige cafeer tæt på, så dem benyttede vi. Hotellets restaurant blev brugt af turbådene til frokost, men det generede ikke os. De må bruge nogle vilde kemikalier for at holde poolen så ren. Vi fik orange aflejringer ved neglerødderne, i tørre hårspidser og på noget af badetøjet. På trods af disse ting, så syntes alle i familien at de fire dage her var mindst lige så gode som på det 5 stjernede hotel, vi kom fra.

The location is really good and the general feel of the property is that you are at a decent resort. A couple of the reception staff are super helpful.

The rooms, despite modern are already in disrepair. The pool has super high chemical levels and the breakfast was clearly leftovers from the night before. It is a shame as this could be a really nice resort, but they have now set their business model on providing set meals and accommodation for large Russian tour groups and as such the high turnover results in impersonal standardised service, poor quality food and constantly surrounded by rude customers.

Pool to warm, tiles missing and dirt accumulated in the corners. Food cold because people left containers open, no attempts made by staff to close them and flies everywhere.

It was a good hotel! Rooms were clean and modern. I genuinely don’t understand the bad reviews here. Pool was great, right next to the beach and in a quiet area but still not far away from the main bits

La chambre était bien entretenue, l’eau de la salle de bain chaude, la chambre était propre à notre arrivée, il est un peu à l’écart du centre ce qui est pas mal pour ne pas avoir de nuisance sonore

The internet worked perfectly everywhere. The view from the room was beautiful.

Séjour exceptionnel cadre idyllique villa tres calme

Very peaceful. Room spotless. Floors cleaned everyday. The beach is so quiet and one of the best I’ve ever been to. New toothbrushes and toiletries were provided when room was cleaned. even when asked to not be disturbed, staff Would leave new bottles of water and toilet roll in plastic bag on our door. Perfect service .

Location was perfect, quiet and away from the busy nightlife. Private trip arranged through hotel was perfect.

Pool area is in need of a refurb, fake grass torn up, some beds uncomfortable and tiles missing but still lovely and peaceful. Our room had a terrible sewage smell, other rooms didn't. Staff said they would look into it but we were only there for 2 days. Have to understand that this is an island and sewage system is not perfect. Breakfast options poor but lots of places to go to away from hotel.

despite the rooms are new and clean, the other spaces in the property are not, you can see trash around the place, in the middle of the way. pool was not clean and furniture was or old or broke.

Убрались , оставили полотенец. Пришли. Попросили на ресепшене. Нам сказали. Конечно принесем. Но нет. Полотенец не было. Все ушли. Завтраки не очень.

Shocking hotel, shocking service, very neglected, not clean and certainly not like in the pictures, very far from the ferry, do not recommend the hotel at all, the room we got was full of flies, outside the room there were animals that are not pleasant to meet and see on a daily basis, we arrived and were there for exactly an hour and immediately realized that we would leave and move to another hotel and that is what we did

Bathroom smelled bad, old fixtures, water pressure very bad. Staff was treating you like groceries rather than guests. For 250 Euro plus per night we would at least expect not being questioned when asking for more drinking water or a late check out.

Breakfast offering very poor except on the first day where it was acceptable. Would be good to have a decent coffee nearby. The nearest cafe is about 10 mins walk away from the property towards the pier.

Not as good as what we expected. We payed quite a bit for it so we expected better accommodation. The pool literally ruined our bikinis with some sort of orange stain.

The cost of the hotel lead us to have higher expectations even though it was rated three sta. the room had no mini bar, iron and they ran out of beach towels. The air conditioning could not be adjusted and consequently I feel ill. The shower was cold there was no warm or hot water .

No hot water for showering, air conditioning couldn’t be adjusted. The kettle was over heating and did not switch off so high risk of burn. No iron , no mini bar . No towels . Highly disappointing especially in regards to the high cost of the hotel. We booked hotels in Singapore, Bangkok and Urip was the most expensive and the least comfortable

About a 1 km walk from the pier, would make recommend staying closer but when you arrive and depart staff help to bring luggage to and from pier Pool facilities is dated and pool tiles missing or broken as well as deck chairs

Très dangereux sur tout si vous avez des enfants. - matelas dur comme de la pierre. Quasiment impossible de dormir. - pas vraiment de plage elle est accaparée par les bateaux - photos trompeuses - rapport qualité prix décevante

Breakfast wasnt great and the beds weren't very comfortable.

Location was nice and out of the way from the main loud parts of town.

The staff were very flippant on arrival, very much "here's your key off you go". The room was clean but smelled very strongly of mould or as though there was something wet that had been sitting in there for a long while. The mattress was very hard. We only had one key so couldn't leave the air-conditioning on when we left the room and with the smell we wanted to try and flush it out while we weren't there. Overall not worth the price at all.

Das Hotel war nicht richtig ausgeschildert. Anscheinend sind es 2 Hotels die sich den Pool teilen und auch das Frühstücksbuffet. Das erste Zimmer war alt, Möbel waren abgenutzt, es hat muffig gerochen, Das Fenster war nicht dicht und konnte nicht verschlossen werden. Das Bett war hart und unbequem. Nach Beschwerden wurde uns ein neues Zimmer gegeben. Dies war in Ordnung bzw. Das Gebäude war Neu. Allerdings hat es immer noch muffig gerochen, es gab keinen Safe und kein Telefon am Zimmer. wir haben keine Handtücher bekommen nur auf Nachfrage. Strand Handtücher auch Fehlanzeige. Mann kann auch nicht behaupten, dass Das personal sehr empfangsfreundlich war eher unmotiviert.

S’il faut trouver un point positif je dirais que c’est récent et qu’il y a deux piscines

- la douche qui passe de petite pression à plus de pression du tout donc un filet d’eau - la clim orientée sur le lit direct et non orientable ( le froid sur vous même en la réglant pas froide ) - pas d’isolation entre les chambres on entendait les gens se doucher à 2h du matin - petit déjeuner pas de choix et franchement pas bon

The staff, however, were friendly and polite.

The room had very little light, high humidity, and poor sound insulation. There are hotels nearby that cost half the price and offer much better conditions. The water in the pool was cloudy, so I didn’t even try to swim. I booked another hotel next door instead.

Rooms were freshly renovated, very clean and easy to stay in. Location was also excellent with being away from the main strip was a bit quieter than other places you would think.

Hot water system barely provided hot water. The cold tap was not used once with small bursts of only lukewarm water coming through every thirty seconds. We tried to ask the staff to solve this but came to no conclusion, furthermore was restricted to 2 bottles of water a day - I asked for some more water on one of the days as I was not feeling well and was denied anymore.

Location was great, I stayed in the pool villa so having a private pool was great.

I would have liked an additional bathroom in the 2 bedroom villa.

Locatie is top, gratis minibar met chips en frisdrank/water. Ook het zwembad was super! En de bagage haal- en breng service was top!

Éloigné du cœur de l'île. Beaucoup trop de marché (1/4 d'heure) Chambre perchée en haut d'une colline sans vue sur mer. Trop basique. Quand tu es à Phi Phi tu dois te sentir à Phi Phi. Là ce ne fut pas le cas. Personnel inexistant. Petit déjeuner minable vraiment minable. Trop de monde donc tout le monde s'en fiche.
