The front staff was incredible, all so knowledgeable and made sure my friend and I were not getting scammed. Arranged a car for us for the day and helped us plan our trip.

Am avut un sejur plăcut. Camera a fost foarte spațioasă și avea vedere la grădină. Micul dejun tip bufet a fost variat și bine aprovizionat. Hotelul este situat într-o zonă animată, cu multe opțiuni în apropiere. Per total, am fost mulțumiți de alegerea făcută.

El trato del personal fue excelente. Se notaba la atención que daban incluso cuando se comunicaban entre ellos y no había ningún cliente cerca. Muy bien ubicado, agradecimos tener agua gratis toda la estancia. Incluso nos dejaron una sombrilla para la playa cuando la necesitamos.

The hotel is in a great location for access to the sea. We had a seaview room with excellent views. It was spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice and had some variety each day. The restaurant has lovely outdoor seating and has a good range of food and drinks. (The mocktails were very good!) Only 20 mins to airport/Palma.

The pool area needs more development - there aren't enough parasols for the number of guests and it gets very hot in the direct sunlight. It would also be great to have more sun loungers and tables. The hotel is on a German strip so there aren't loads of traditional Spanish restaurants if you wanted something more authentic locally. The noise wasn't too bad though considering the location. The beach is public and you have to pay 30 euros to hire two sun loungers and a parasol (including a safe) for the day. The sun loungers are pretty much taken by 9:30.

Great location at Ballermann. While close to the action by foot, beach on the other side of the road and mini-markets within 30sec to either side of the hotel, still very quietly situated. Great view on the bay of Palma and friendly staff

Wifi on laptop doesnt seem to work if your company has strict firewalls (popup with sign-on instead of simple password). Never understand why the extra difficulty... other than that and as others already commented before, the toilets are really suboptimally designed. You can hear everything as it is just a milky glass door that doesnt even close properly.

Die Gestaltung der Badezimmer- und Toiletteneinrichtung (Lavabo im Schlafzimmer anstatt im WC-Raum) ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig

It is right next to the beach

It wasn’t very welcoming. I arrived one night late as my flight got cancelled and the FO staff didn’t even ask me about my experience. There was a confusion whether breakfast was included or not (I thought it was as I communicated my diary requirements prior to my arrival). They could have offered my complimentary breakfast anyway, given that I was only one person and that a lot of food is thrown away from the buffet). They whole stay felt rigged and it is all business without seeing the guest.

Es ist sehr sauber das Personal freundlich. Die Lage ist super.

Bett ist sehr unbequem. In unserem Zimmer war das Duschen unangenehm weil die Temperatur nicht reguliert werden kann.

Toen wij aangaven dat het bed voor ons te hard was, is er meteen een matrastopper geregeld zodat we comfortabeler konden slapen. De kamer was van alle faciliteiten voorzien. Het zit midden in het Duitse uitgaansgebied.

De rand van het zwembad is aan de smerige kant.

Bon petit déjeuner, proximité de la plage et de magasin.

Zimmer super modern und sauber. Es gibt auf dem Flur einen Wasserspender.

Im Frühstücksraum hatte es keine Klimaanlage. Es hatte gefühlt 40°C. Auswahl beim Frühstück für die Hotellkategorie und den Preis leider sehr mangelhaft. Brötchen haben nach Pappe geschmeckt.

L’emplacement

Fitnessraum wäre ausbaufähig und sollte nicht in einem engen Kellerraum sein. Hantelbank war nicht vorhanden auch kein Wasserspender!

Die Lage war wirklich sehr schön und das Hotel insgesamt sehr angenehm. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Sauberkeit war völlig in Ordnung und das Frühstück war sehr lecker und ordentlich. Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Alberto and Carlos are fantastic. They are like your family here. 10/10!

Beliggenheden tæt til stranden.

Man kan ikke sidde ved stolen udenfor Hotellet og nyder udsigten i dejligt solskinsvejr når man har egen Sodavand, DÅRLIGT oplevelse ved opholdet i hotellet. Meget meget ubehageligt oplevelse at bliv bedt om at går ind til hotellet’s opholdstue. 🙁🙁🙁

J’ai été un peu déçu de constater que la bouteille d’eau au restaurant était payante, alors que j’avais déjà payé pour le petit-déjeuner et le dîner. Je trouve dommage que l’eau ne soit pas incluse dans les repas, surtout au regard du prix du séjour. Cela mériterait d’être amélioré.

Lage top, direkt am Strand und nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Megapark entfernt. Trotzdem ist es nachts ruhig, sodass man gut schlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön, die Betten bequem und vom Balkon hatten wir einen tollen Blick aufs Meer. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt würde ich das Hotel definitiv empfehlen.

Die Klotür ist aus Glas. Uns hat es nicht besonders gestört, aber man sieht halt alles, haha. Außerdem gibt es am Pool etwas zu wenige Liegen für alle Gäste, wobei der Strand direkt gegenüber ist und das wieder ausgleicht.

La propreté était top, côté mer la vu étais juste parfaite ! Le personnelle de l’hôtel étais très sympas et compétent.

Chambre mal isolé, la porte du couloir n’est pas isolé (on voit d’ailleurs bien la lumière passer dans les bords) on entends tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, la fenêtre est mal isolé côté mer c’est sympas mais on entend tout dehors, la douche au milieu de la chambre est un concept mais du coup on entend les douche du dessus dans la chambre, le soir en tout cas en terrasse faut être patient même avec seulement une dizaine de clients le service est très long et si on est sur la terrasse du bas faut prier qu’un serveur passe par la..

Have to start with the staff, particularly Llonel. He helped us check in, he was very helpful and thorough, but also super efficient. After that, he was also very attentive, thoughtful about the details, anticipating what we needed, breakfast, spa access, etc. The facility is overall great, probably the best along the Playa. We book the suite, the only suite in the hotel, for the eclipse, and it did not disappoint. The room was large, double the usual room size. The full body shower was amazing, the design was top notch with great touches of small nooks decor, wonderful seating, etc. The only problem w the shower was there was a gap in the shower stall, and full body shower will spray some water out through the gap. Another small gripe was the sitting room of the suite was a bit dark at night. The location is the best amongst the many hotels. This was on the narrower side of the beach, but it is actually great, as it is NOT as busy, although still bustling enough. Most importantly, due to the short beach, the sea was right upfront (just a small pedestrian path and then the sand). All in all, we'd definitely stay here again when we return to the Playa.

The wifi is a bit slower than we'd prefer, only in the single digit mbits. It is sufficient for all purposes but a bit slower for uploading photos and videos.

I loved location of this hotel. It was perfect. Not so far from centre of Mallorca, local bus stop was only few meters from Hotel. Breakfast was really perfect, you had a lot of options. Personal was kind. I enjoyed it there. Thank u.

So clean and fresh. And the pool was so nice. So relaxed and quiet too. We spent so much time by the pool. The beach is a stone throw away right in front of the hotel which made it so handy to go for a sea swim. The nicest hotel I have stayed in abroad in a long time.

The property was clean and modern. Its beach front location was ideal. The staff were friendly and helpful. We opted out of breakfast but did eat there one evening and enjoyed our meal. Great value

Someone got stuck in the lift on our first night which made us very nervous about using it for our stay. There are two lifts but both feel a bit dated. We were on the 5th floor so got a decent leg work out each day.

Im Zimmer könnte ein kleiner Kühlschrank sein, damit man Lebensmittel aufbewahren kann.

Great design and attention to detail in the rooms. Loved the large mirrors - dressing table mirror, magnifying mirror and a full length mirror, proper hanging space and plenty of hangers, lots of sockets and placed close to the bed and dressing table, really comfortable bed, fab air con, brilliant shower and lovely big balcony with hanging space for drying clothes. The restaurant and bar and pool were also lovely and breakfast was great.

Location is stag party central but I was staying due to the proximity to S’Arenal Marina which was perfect.

Borzasztó környék, max 1 éjszaka egy bulihoz illetve az után. Első emelti szobában nem lehetett aludni a sok részegtől akik reggelig üvöltöztek. Egy nappal előbb elhagytuk a szállást. Ezen a szakaszon a víz is piszkos volt a strand is és büdös volt mindenhol. Nem megyünk vissza.

The room was very clean with sea view was amazing very clean and had everything you need , towels for the beach, AC, big tv, and amazing view in the balcony The location was close to bars and nightlife venue but good thing you do not hear it from the room.

At the price we booked it should have included the breakfast.

Kaum Platz für Koffer oder Klamotten

Ich wurde herzlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Bei einem Problem mit meinem Handy wurde mir freundlich geholfen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Zimmer wurden sogar in Ordnung gebracht, wenn es nicht gefordert war. Das ist einem sehr aufmerksames und nicht zu faulen Reinigungspersonal zu verdanken. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, und nicht zu laut.

Huge glass window to balcony on sea view room is amazing and a real high. Is the opposite side of road to a nice beach and clear water so was also great. Rooms were well equipped, always clean.

The location however is in the middle of a big party area for young German party goers, so big groups of young people for stag, hen parties, and just big groups on holidays. That said, everyone was well behaved even if mostly intoxicated. Some of those groups were in the hotel, and occasionally made a lot of noise but were mostly OK.

Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Frühstück

Wir waren mit unserer Gruppe bereits zum dritten Mal im AYA. Bis jetzt sind wir auch immer begeistert gewesen. Nettes Personal, Sauberkeit top, Frühstück sehr lecker mit guter Auswahl. Nun sind wir allerdings bei unserem jüngsten Besuch sehr enttäuscht worden. Bis jetzt war es nie ein Problem, das man sich von der Promenade was zum Essen mit an den Pool bringt und dort verzehrt. Das wurde immer toleriert. Dieses Mal mussten wir aber tatsächlich zum Essen aufs Zimmer wechseln und den Poolbereich verlassen. Im gleichen Atemzug wurde das bei anderen Gästen, die mit nem Stapel Pizzen an der Rezeption vorbei zum Pool gingen, in keinster Weise geahndet. Das auf der Liegewiese geraucht wurde (Hotel für "Adults only") hatte bis jetzt auch nie jemanden interessiert. Genauso verhält es sich mit dem mitgebrachten Bier auf der Liegewiese. Auch das war nie ein Problem. In unseren Augen war das unserer Gruppe gegenüber reine Schikane seitens des Hotels. Für uns war es somit leider der letzte Aufenthalt im Hotel AYA.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ! L’emplacement est idéal pour découvrir Majorque. L’établissement est très agréable, les chambres sont confortables et propres, et le personnel est accueillant et attentionné. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter.

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war mit einem großen Fernseher, einem Kühlschrank und einem Safe gut ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlage hat auch bei hohen Temperaturen zuverlässig und angenehm gekühlt. Besonders praktisch fande ich, dass man sich jederzeit frisches Trinkwasser im Flur holen konnte.

Leider gab es auch einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt etwas beeinträchtigt haben. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern und vom Flur deutlich wahrnimmt. Zudem lässt sich das Zimmer nur unzureichend abdunkeln, was insbesondere morgens störend sein kann. Im Zimmer gibt es lediglich einen sehr kleinen Tisch, der sich kaum zum Arbeiten oder Essen eignet. Außerdem steht nur ein Aufzug zur Verfügung, wodurch es zu Wartezeiten kommen kann.

Splendida posizione direttamente sul mare. Comodissima ai mezzi pubblici sia per andare a Palma de Mallorca e oltre che per il collegamento con l'aeroporto. Colazione ricca ed abbondante sia salata che dolce. Frutta fresca e nel we persino lo champagne. Sala breakfast con spendido affaccio sulla spiaggia. SPA gratuita su prenotazione con servizio sauna idromassaggio e area fitness con attrezzatura Technogym. Piscina molto carina con ampio spazio verde e bar con servizio agli ombrelloni e lettini. Su tutti i piani dispenser per riempire con acqua fresca la caraffa in dotazione alla camera. Letti molto grandi e super comodi. Doccia ampia e confortevole.

Il servizio di pulizia in camera non è accuratissimo. Non spazzano con regolarità il terrazzino ed il cambio asciugamani va sollecitato lasciandoli in terra. Mancano le mollette per stendere costumi e asciugamani. E' previsto bollitore con tazze per tè/caffè. Se non le lasci nel lavandino non le puliscono/sostituiscono.

Das Zimmer war toll und sauber der Pool klasse und die Lage hervorragend für Partyurlaub und trotzdem ruhig und erholsam wenn man will.

Der Eingangsbereich war super neu gestaltet, auch das Gym und der kleine Spa Bereich sind neu und super stylisch. Vom Pool aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Das Hotel ist super zentral, in 2-3 Minuten ist man am Strand.

Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können. Der Kaffe war nichts (es gab aber zusätzlich einen vollautomat) und es gab nicht so viel Belag. Das Abendessen war hingegen einfach aber ganz gut.

Wonderful location, easy access to the beach and public transport. Room with the sea view was stunning, you can enjoy it even from the shower 😉 room design exceeded expectations. People at the reception are very professional. I hope I’ll get back once again!

Colazione eccellente con dolci e salati di prima qualità. Personale molto attento, cortese e professionale. L'Hotel fornisce, oltre ai servizi standard,i teli per il mare e consente, gratuitamente, l'accesso ai servizi di wellness e spa. Inoltre, anche dopo il checkout é possibile lasciare i bagagli in custodia utilizzare docce e servizi per darsi una rinfrescata subito prima di partire e potersi godere la vacanza fino all'ultimo. La struttura é dotata anche di un'area piscina molto curata con angolo bar e del ristorante Canaya, dove abbiamo cenato la sera del nostro arrivo. Posizione eccellente: a 10 minuti dall'aereporto, con fermata trasporto pubblico a circa 100 mt. L'AYA Sea Hotel si affaccia letteralmente sul mare ed é a due passi. Dalla movida festosa del lungomare di S'Arenal!

The bathroom was not good. It is in the middle of the room and it was leaking out in the room. I told the receptionist 3 times but they didn’t foxed it! Whenever we took shower the floor was covered with water! The pool was fairly small.
