Die Poolanlage war erstklassig. Etwas ausserhalb des Ballermanns weshalb es im Hotel angenehm ruhig war aber dennoch fußläufig in paar Minuten am Megapark & Co.

Property was exceptional. The staff couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. We upgraded to a private pool suite and it was unreal. Really nice to have the private pool yet could walk out to the main pool in seconds as well. Facilities were great, breakfast unreal. So lovely to sit out on a terrace in the sun and eat. Playa de palma is just ok but the facilities were that good in the hotel we made the most of them.

Only negative is that all double rooms had 2 single beds pushed together instead of giving a super king bed

Ho trascorso un soggiorno assolutamente indimenticabile in questo splendido hotel a 4 stelle Superior. Fin dal momento del check-in si respira un'atmosfera magica: la struttura è semplicemente da favola, curata nei minimi dettagli, elegante e con un design che incanta. Il vero fiore all'occhiello dell'hotel è la sua SPA: un'oasi di pace e benessere straordinaria, pulitissima, moderna e dotata di ogni comfort per un relax totale, senza contare le tre piscine all' aperto veramente fantastiche. In generale, tutti i servizi della struttura si sono rivelati impeccabili, grazie a un personale straordinariamente professionale, accogliente e sempre attento a ogni esigenza. Anche la cucina di è rivelata fantastica: il buffet della colazione e della cena ricco di pietanze buonissime tra cui scegliere. Comfort ai massimi livelli e un'esperienza che ha superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno perfetto tra buon cibo e relax!

Breakfast & Evening Meal was very good, plenty to choose from. The spa was good just one day steam room was not working everything else was great.

We had to check out at 12 noon, our plane was not until late that night. Would have liked to have a later check out time even if it meant an additional payment.

Dinge die defekt waren sind nicht gleich repariert worden. Die Bedienungen waren nicht aufmerksam, es wurde übersehen was auf dem gedeckten Tisch fehlt. Zum Kaffee wurden oftmals keine unterteller gebracht.

Die Hotelanlage bietet alles was das Herz begehrt. Im Bereich Only Adults genießt man die Ruhe . Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich . Das Skyrestaurant ist einfach wunderschön- der Blick über die Dächer zum Wasser. Das Angebot zum Frühstück und Abendessen ist hervorragend. Die Zimmer sind großzügig.

Einmal kein Wasser, da anscheinend alle geduscht haben.

The hotel layout was spacious and well thought out. Different restaurants for breakfast and dinner were nice and the pool bar area was lovely. The spa was excellent with plenty of pools, jacuzzi’s, steam and sauna’s.

The location in Playa de Palma is not the best at nights with young party scene although the hotel was a 15 minute walk from that area so it could not be seen or heard.

I only stayed at this place for 2 nights so I didn’t use all the amenities but they offer plenty! Very welcoming staff, they go out of your way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Room was a good size with a balcony. Air con was in good shape. Good size bathroom and very comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast had a nice variety of choices. The hotel itself is very close to the beach, walking distance but also a little out of the hustle and bustle. Also you have 3 supermarkets nearby. I would stay here again.

There was some noise from the hotel next door like loud music but it didn’t bother me too much. Ear plugs would be a nice addition to the room, I had to use my own.

Very good hotel. I especially appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of the staff, the quality of the facilities, and the excellent cleanliness throughout the property. The food was varied and of very good quality, with plenty of choice. I booked during a quieter period, which made the value for money excellent. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

The only small downside is that the hotel is a little far from the beach. It takes about 10 minutes to walk there, but this was not really a problem for me.

This is a hotel we would definitely return to! The beach is close by, and the staff are very friendly, professional and helpful. The food is excellent, there are several pools, a lovely spa and a spacious suite. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Ονειρεμένο ξενοδοχείο με εκπληκτικές παροχές. Σαν ένα μικρό χωριουδάκι που όλοι γνωρίζονται κι αλληλοβοηθούνται όταν χρειαστεί κάτι κάποιος. Μου έκανε εντύπωση που οι πελάτες το έχουν σαν σταθερή αξία. Μάλιστα συναντήσαμε κόσμο που κάθε δύο μήνες το επισκέπτεται.

Είναι αρκετά μακριά από πολλά σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Η κοντινή παραλία δε λέει και τίποτα ενώ η Playa όπου συχνάζουν μεθυσμένοι Γερμανοί χαμηλού επιπέδου δε με ενθουσίασε.

O Restante fecha cedo,(21:30 hs) Frigobar pequeno e gela pouco, um defeito que o Hotel não pode ter.

Die Lage: Flughafen, Palma und Strand in der Nähe. Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen ins Umland. Das Hotel: Bietet alles, was wir benötigten (wie Fitness/Wellness/ausreichenden Frühstücksbuffet). Daneben Pool und Bars. Hotel ist weitläufig und für die Nähe zum Balneario echt ruhig.

Leider sind die Zimmer - wie so häufig - etwas hellhörig.

Lage am Strand wäre natürlich noch besser, aber das wussten wir ja.

Super schönes Hotel mit mehreren Poollandschaften und einer Sky-Lounge. Personal, Zimmer, Bars und Restaurant waren wirklich sehr gut. Hervorzuheben ist das Personal, das wirklich aufs Detail achtet und sehr zuvorkommend ist.

Die Lage hat uns tatsächlich nicht so gut gefallen, war jetzt aber auch nicht dramatisch schlecht.

This hotel completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was great. But the part that I loved the most is the location. It's roughly 7-10 minutes away from the beach, 15 minutes from the airport by car, and away from the party areas. That means that your evenings are calm and without additional tourists. There are also several great restaurants around, so everything is ready for a great vacation.

There were a couple of things I didn't like, but they weren't dealbreakers. One was noise between the rooms: the bedrooms are adjacent, so if the person in another room is speaking loudly, you can hear them pretty well. One night, my neighbours were from the US and had a call with someone at midnight. Another minor thing is that, unlike in most hotels, there were no coffee machines, but a dedicated barista. Given the scale of the hotel and the number of guests at breakfast, it takes roughly 10-15 minutes between your coffee order and the cup. If you're up to it, you can always ask for a filter coffee, which will be brought in under a minute.

Amazing hotel with everything you could wish for! The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a great view. There are so many facilities and activities available that you never get bored during your stay. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of food — they even serve caviar! The pools were great, and the wellness area was one of the highlights, with many different temperature pools and an incredible selection of saunas. But the biggest praise goes to the hotel staff. Everyone was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. They really do an amazing job of maintaining such a high level of service throughout the entire hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience and definitely a hotel I would highly recommend!

Property was how I expected and staff was very professional , the property is quiet big so you would probably get lost at the beginning but eventually you would find your way and also staff would instruct you how to get to you room so it would help a lot but property was perfect. Only thing they should extend the food service so you would have more food availability

Die Zimmer im gehobeneren Teil der Anlage sind top. Es gibt eine kostenlose Garage, was den Ausschlag für diese Unterkunft gegeben hat. Die Anlage ist insgesamt sehr groß . An unserem Pool gabs immer genug Liegen, das Frühstück war mit Aussicht. Sehr feines Hotel an der Playa

Sehr freundliches Personal. Es ist überall sehr sauber. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr Professionell und sehr schön aufgebaut.

Die "älteren" Zimmer müssten nach und nach auch etwas neuer gestaltet werden, die Zimmer sind immernoch sehr sauber und Komfortabel aber halt auch schon älter.

The room was wonderful. It had a kitchenette - sink, kettle, fridge and microwave. It was wonderfully air conditioned which was good as it was 35 degree outside! The balcony was large enough to seat 4 people. Breakfast was very good. From fruit and yogurt to freshly made omlettes and fizz to boost.

My friends had a room a few doors away however, their air conditioning wasn't as good. They didn't mention this to the reception so I have no idea if that could have been rectified.

La verdad que a la llegada el personal de recepción muy bien,las camareras de piso y spa genial ,menos el planchista del buffet muy despota y un socorrista igual.

Hotel con buenas instalaciones, excelente desayuno y bien ubicado cerca de la playa de Palma de Mallorca. Tiene buenas piscinas y está cerca de la playa de Palma de Mallorca. El staff habla alemán e inglés con fluidez, además de castellano y mallorquí.

Es muy caro para los servicios que ofrece; además, parece que, como era la fecha del eclipse, los precios estaban súper altos. ¡Igual Palma de Mallorca es cara!

Concernant les demandes liées au spa, le fonctionnement n’est pas très pratique. Lorsque nous passons par la réception, on nous demande de nous déplacer physiquement au spa pour effectuer la demande, alors qu’il devrait être possible de simplement transmettre celle-ci à la réception. La réception étant le point de contact principal des clients, elle devrait normalement pouvoir prendre en charge les demandes des clients et les transmettre au service concerné, sans obliger ces derniers à se déplacer. Ce fonctionnement manque de souplesse et donne l’impression que les demandes des clients ne sont pas suffisamment prises en charge par la réception.

Les chambres sont fonctionnelles avec leur kitchenette et confortable. Le spa est très agréable et les piscines ne sont pas bondées malgré la haute saison. Hôtel très bien et très agréable

Superbe hôtel, plusieurs piscines ce qui fait que nous ne sommes pas les uns sur les autres. Le spa est grandiose. Nous avons apprécié la demi-pension (petit-déjeuner et dîner), toujours variée et excellente.

Les cafés en mode barista par contre le thé devrait être en libre service (erreurs sur les commandes) Le piano le soir était parfait, mais les groupes jusqu’à 23h étaient trop bruyants.

L'hotel bien équipé et très beau

J'ai fait ma réservation en novembre 2025 pour être sure d'avoir les 2 chambres côte à côte, je ne les ai pas eu, étant en famille cela aurait été plus simple pour nous plutôt que de traverser tout le couloir (les 2 chambres étant à l'opposé). Nous avions pris la demi pension petit déjeuner très correct avec du choix mais le repas du soir n'était pas à la hauteur des 4 étoiles plats insipides, Dommage. Aquagym inexistant et animation du soir sans interêt. Et que dire lorsque nous avons demandé le check out tardif avec supplément que propose l'hôtel, le réceptionniste nous annonce sèchement que l'hôtel est complet et que ce n'est pas possible, alors nous leur montrons qu'il reste encore des chambres à louer sur booking. Mauvaise foi.

- Rooms are really clean and even have a little kitchen as well as a salon. - The bathroom was very spacious and modern and the beds were very comfortable. - The prices as well as the quality of the cocktails and dishes were great. - The pools were clean and we were always able to get 6 loungers near the pool. - The Staff was super sweet, they even washed the dishes, made the bed and after just one day they already knew what drink everyone wanted for breakfast (thanks Junior) - The Fitness was well equipped. - You can go on foot to a Mercado and the parking spots in front are free. - the breakfast was wow!!!!

Sounds stupid but their toilet paper could have multiple layers as the rest of the equipment is such high quality.

Personalul de nota 10+, curatenie impecabila, totul foarte bine dotat si pus la punct. Organizare, curatenie, premium! Daca sunteti nehotarati dintre aceasta cazare si alta, mergeti cu incredere ca nu o sa regretati! O sa ma reintorc in acest hotel desi eu nu am obiceiul sa aleg a2a oara acelasi hotel. Mi a placut foarte mult! Camerele spatioase, doamnele de la curatenie vin si fac curat zilnic chair daca nu ai serviciu de all inclusive. Parcare in fata hotelului fara griji. Aveti wifi foarte bun. Zona este una premium, nu in agitatie si zgomot, dar totusi o zona centrala. Am facut pana la aeroport 10 minute si nu m-a deranjat niciodata niciun zgomot. Nu sunt insecte, protejati va de soare si vacanta frumoasa! Multumiri echipei Grupotel si in mod special managerului acestui hotel care este de nota 10!

Techniczne mankamenty jak latający uchwyt w drzwiach szklanych toalety, do tego wypadające uszczelki. Pani zapomniała uzupełnić kawę, herbatę.

Wahr sehr schön bei euch, hat alles gepasst. Danke auch für das frühe Frühstück vor dem Transfer zum Flughafen.

Wir konnten im Wellness abschalten und verstehen das es pro Gast & Tag 1x Badetuch sowie 1x Bademantel gibt. Jedoch trocknen draussen auf dem Balkon vom Zimmer die Sachen sehr schlecht und drinnen auch nicht... Wir mussten leider mehrmals mit nassen sachen ins Wellness oder an den Pool. Wir konnten es ab und zu an der heissen Sonne am Pool trocknen. Villeicht währe eine trocknungs- schleuder Maschine, nach dem baden im Wellnes eine gute Lösung...

Chambre propre et fonctionnelle. Petit-déjeuner varié, même si les produits sont un peu "industriels". Parking facile devant l'hôtel. Majorité du personnel sympathique. Piscines agréables.

Diner du soir de type buffet sans beaucoup de goût. Nourriture un peu "industrielle". Contrairement à ce qui est mentionné dans le règlement intérieur, il y a beaucoup de réservations de transats à la piscine bien avant l'heure officielle d'accès. En période d'affluence, si on n'a pas réservé son siège avant 10h30, il devient difficile voire impossible d'en trouver un. On "profite" de l'animation musicale au bar jusqu'à 23h tous les jours, même si on essaie de se reposer dans sa chambre.

We had an absolutely amazing holiday at Grupotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, and the rooms were comfortable and spotless. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious choices every day. Our daughter especially had an amazing time in the pool and enjoyed every minute of our stay. There is honestly absolutely nothing negative to say. We loved every moment and would happily come back again. Highly recommended! ❤️

While our stay had highlights, a few policy and facility changes would greatly improve the experience. With four pools on-site, only one is available for families, leaving the other three as adults-only. For a half-board booking, it was disappointing that not even water is included with dinner; I highly suggest slightly increasing the nightly rate to include basic beverages like water. Finally, while the rooms are comfortable and spacious, a bit of modernization would significantly boost overall comfort.

Les seuls points positifs sont le petit-déjeuner, de bonne qualité, ainsi que la piscine.Le personnel bienveillant . C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement présente un réel potentiel.

Très déçu par cet établissement. La chambre était sale et manifestement mal entretenue. Les fenêtres étaient mal isolées, laissant entrer de nombreux insectes dans la chambre, ce qui était particulièrement désagréable. Le ménage était clairement insuffisant et ne correspondait pas au standing annoncé. L’isolation acoustique était également très insuffisante. Nous entendions clairement les conversations, les passages et les bruits provenant du couloir ainsi que des chambres voisines, notamment la nuit. Ces nuisances ont rendu le sommeil particulièrement difficile et ont fortement affecté la qualité de notre séjour. En revanche, l’eau était excessivement chlorée, au point de provoquer des irritations aux yeux. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’établissement présente un réel potentiel. Malheureusement, le manque de propreté, d’entretien et d’isolation a fortement gâché notre séjour. En l’état, je ne peux pas recommander cet établissement.

Επιλέξαμε το Grupotel στη Μαγιόρκα με πολύ υψηλές προσδοκίες, κυρίως λόγω των εξαιρετικών κριτικών που είχαμε διαβάσει. Δυστυχώς, η πραγματικότητα άρχισε να μας απογοητεύει κυριολεκτικά από τα πρώτα λεπτά της άφιξής μας. Οι κριτικές που είχαμε διαβάσει αποδείχθηκαν, κατά την προσωπική μας εμπειρία, άκρως παραπλανητικές. Το σημαντικότερο πρόβλημα ήταν το κλιματιστικό του δωματίου, το οποίο υπολειτουργούσε. Βρισκόμασταν στη Μαγιόρκα μέσα στον Αύγουστο, όταν οι θερμοκρασίες μπορούν να φτάσουν ακόμη και τους 40°C, και το αποτέλεσμα ήταν ότι δεν μπορούσαμε να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ από τη ζέστη. Όταν αναφέραμε το πρόβλημα στη ρεσεψιόν, η πρώτη αντίδραση ήταν να μας πουν ότι πιθανότατα έφταιγε κάτι που κάναμε εμείς και ότι ίσως δεν είχαμε κλείσει σωστά τα παράθυρα. Αφού ελέγξαμε και επιβεβαιώσαμε ότι αυτό δεν ίσχυε, επιστρέψαμε στη ρεσεψιόν και ζητήσαμε εμείς οι ίδιοι να σταλεί τεχνικός για να ελέγξει το κλιματιστικό, καθώς και να μας φέρουν έναν ανεμιστήρα μέχρι να λυθεί το πρόβλημα. Ανεμιστήρα δεν μας έφεραν ποτέ. Ο τεχνικός ήρθε και παρέμεινε περίπου μιάμιση ώρα μέσα στο δωμάτιο, προσπαθώντας να εντοπίσει την αιτία της βλάβης. Η κατάσταση ήταν τόσο ζεστή που ακόμη και ο ίδιος έγινε μούσκεμα στον ιδρώτα. Παρ’ όλα αυτά, δεν κατάφερε να εντοπίσει και να επιλύσει το πρόβλημα. Όταν τον ρωτήσαμε αν ενδεχομένως χρειαζόταν φρέον, η απάντησή του ήταν ουσιαστικά «τι είναι αυτό;». Η συγκεκριμένη απάντηση, σε συνδυασμό με το γεγονός ότι το πρόβλημα δεν λύθηκε ποτέ, μας δημιούργησε σοβαρές αμφιβολίες σχετικά με τη συντήρηση και την κατάσταση των κλιματιστικών εγκαταστάσεων γενικότερα. Το χειρότερο είναι ότι το πρόβλημα με το κλιματιστικό δεν λύθηκε ποτέ μέχρι το τέλος της παραμονής μας. Και δυστυχώς, τα προβλήματα δεν σταμάτησαν εκεί. Στο δωμάτιο, τα ταβάνια είχαν αράχνες και ιστούς, ενώ οι μαξιλαροθήκες ήταν λερωμένες με αίμα. Το ακόμη πιο απαράδεκτο είναι ότι οι συγκεκριμένες μαξιλαροθήκες δεν αντικαταστάθηκαν ούτε την επόμενη ημέρα.

Ontbijt buffet was erg goed en uitgebreid. Perfecte koffie. Erg vriendelijk personeel Bij ons vertrek om 7 uur in ochtend werd er een ontbijt gemaakt met verse jus d orange en goede koffie. Zeer attent!

Kwaliteit buffetrestaurant op rooftop was wat minder. Ligging is prachtig! Het eten van het buffet werd weggehaald terwijl er nog mensen wilden eten. Je kon reserveren tot 21 uur. Het buffet sloot echter al om 21.30 De lampjes boven de schalen gingen uit terwijl men nog aan het opscheppen was. Dit is het enige minpunt. Het ontbijtbuffet is fantastisch. Personeel zeer attent. Erg schoon en prachtige rustige ligging van het hotel

Voy cada verano a 4 hoteles, soy de Mallorca y decepcionante la escasez del buffet, el personal del comedor y piscina perdidos, nada de profesionalidad. La habitación de 49 metros cuadrados nada. Con la silla de ruedas de mi madre no nos podíamos.mover. decepcionante por pagar casi 400 euros por una noche en un grupotel playa palma suits and spa.

Der Spa Bereich hat mir besonders gut gefallen, besonders das kalte Becken. Sehr erfrischend. Das Frühstück ist auch ausgezeichnet. Man hat alles was man sich wünschen könnte. Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet. Ein Besteck-Set wäre auch noch gut, aber ansonsten echt super. Die Putzkräfte, Rezeption, Bedienung beim Essen sind alle super zuvorkommend und freundlich, man fühlt sich willkommen und wohl.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lage ist perfekt, nur 8 min zur Platja. Vernünftiges Publikum, sehr nette Angestellte und tolle Pools. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal zurück.

J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté irréprochable, le calme, la gentillesse du personnel, la superbe piscine, et surtout le spa et la salle de sport ainsi que le petit-déjeuner copieux et l’emplacement.

Le seul point négatif concerne les tarifs de la restauration, que j’ai trouvés un peu trop élevés à mon goût mais quand même de très bonne Qualité

Hemos disfrutado muchísimo de nuestra estancia en Grupotel Playa de Palma Suites & Spa. Queremos destacar especialmente la actuación de José Luis, subdirector del hotel. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación al inicio de la estancia y, tras comentarlo en recepción, se implicó personalmente para encontrar una solución. Gracias a su profesionalidad, cercanía y capacidad de resolución, una situación que podía haber empañado nuestras vacaciones acabó convirtiéndose en una experiencia fantástica. Queremos agradecerle sinceramente todos los esfuerzos realizados para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. También queremos reconocer el excelente trato recibido por parte de Johan Maria en el restaurante y de Marina, que nos atendió durante las cenas con una amabilidad y atención excepcionales. Tanto las cenas como los desayunos han sido espectaculares, con una gran variedad, calidad y un servicio impecable. Asimismo, Matías, en recepción, nos hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer día. Queremos agradecer especialmente su implicación para que todos pudiéramos disfrutar de la final del Mundial en las mejores condiciones posibles. Todo un detalle que demuestra su compromiso con los huéspedes. En cuanto a las instalaciones, nos han encantado el Spa y las piscinas, especialmente la piscina exclusiva para adultos, que nos permitió relajarnos y disfrutar de momentos de auténtica tranquilidad. Todo un lujo. En definitiva, hemos pasado unas vacaciones fantásticas y volveremos sin ninguna duda. Gracias a José Luis y a todo el equipo por el trato recibido y por hacer que nos llevemos un recuerdo tan especial de nuestro paso por el hotel.

The room was spacious, we've got upgraded to a room with a pool view, the pool section looked amazing. The room was always cleaned properly, whenever we requested it, the food is delicious, the best in the area, so its worth eating at the restaurant (both for breakfast and dinner). The pool was just amazing, there is an adult-only one, so you can relax to its fullest. The staff was very kind and always helpful,

Water pressure was a little on the low side, for showering it was okay, but for washing hair ( especially for ladies ) it was lacking a little

DIe größe des Pools

Die Öffnungszeit des Pools geht gar nicht 10.00h - 18.00h und das im Hochsommer bei 38° Absolut unverständlich

- tolle Anlage, sauber und gepflegt - Mitarbeiter waren nett und einige konnten sogar Deutsch

- sehr Kalkhaltiges Wasser in der Dusche - beim Frühstück brauchten die Mitarbeiter teilweise zu lange um den bestellten Kaffee zu holen - 28 Euro pro Person fürs Buffet am Abend ist zu teuer

Impresionante suite con piscina

Great swimming pools and very tasty meals - breakfest and dinner. Very polite hotel personnel. Clean and large swimming pools outside and also spa & wellness inside. Easy access to tennis courts for free. At least some evening enetertaniement - usually one person. Good quality and value for money.

Would be great to have more fancy evening entertainments, and starting earlier, when more people may join. English language skills missing at personnel.
