Best Western Plus Orangeville Inn & Suites

the room was great and the food at breakfast was wonderful

good breakfast selection

The breakfast was good. I especially liked the coffee machine in the breakfast area. The room was much more spacious than I expected.

The Keurig in my room did not work.

It was a very good stay for a work visit. Nice comfortable beds clean rooms felt like an appointment not hotel room. Close to food spots

Breakfast was included in the room more than two beds

In the ad said four beds but only two with pull out couch. The shower curtain was yellow stained right by highway was loud at night Door slammed shut was worried for toes Toilet had to be held to flush

L’emplacement

La tapisserie serait à refaire

Breakfast was great. Best Western quality was evident.

No complaints

Convenient , very clean, friendly, helpful staff.

Hot tub not working ,pool area very clean but needs an upgrade

Belle chambre belle endroit !

It was a great breakfast covering the 4 basic food groups.

I found out that the Keurig coffee machine didn't work very well that last a.m. The night before I didn't need it as went to bed 9 p.m. In putting 1 cup H2O it only produced 1/2 coffee cup. I did get coffee outside the dining area as the staff told me.

Close enough to the town centre making it walkable.

Cathy at the front desk was very kind. The room was great and well laid out. Even though there was a hockey team staying in the hotel, it was quiet. Cleanliness was good with some room for improvement. Breakfast was surprisingly good for a free hotel breakfast.

The staff was amazing but the hotel is really old, I am ok to stay in an outdated building but feel that price is too expensive for what you get

the price for the room, not good value

It was good! I’m happy it was included with our stay!

Nothing! It was all fantastic

Price

Hot tub not working

Cleanliness was not up to standard

The location

The room itself seemed older where wallpaper was peeling off the wall. We didn’t receive an additional roll of toilet paper, Kleenex. It didn’t feel like it was clean very well at all.

Capelli nella doccia

Spaciousness and cleanliness

Proximity

staff

wall paper was peeling of the walls in my room...#201 ice machine broken on 1st floor... at the price, it was robbery. would never stay here again

Very clean and friendly staff

Nothing

A lovely room … very comfortable bed and pillow!!

I like the woman who greeted us at the front desk. She was friendly and so wonderful with my children.

Everything seems outdated. The pool and hot tub did not look great, they looked very worn and dirty plus the hot tub jets didn't seem to work even after pushing the button. The tv in our room was not a smart tv so we were stuck watching cable which was not what we wanted and we didn't see any options for pay per view. My 6 year old said "this place must be for old people". I think for the cost I was expecting much more.

Great location

Coffee was good. Area to eat was very nice.

Eggs were not cooked well enough.

Très bon déjeuner. Bon ambiance. Propre et confortable.

Problème électrique avec la télé et le foyer.

didn’t have breakfast

everything was great

Breakfast was great, staff was nice and the room was spacious and comfortable

The jacuzzi didn’t work

Spacious lobby

Public areas taken over by hockey teams - moving furniture etc. no place to sit

Location Breakfast Size of room Policy re: noisy clientele

Location

The rug in the room could have been cleaner, smelt musty

No problems encountered

Room was spacious. Beds comfortable. Morning breakfast was good and well maintained. We suggested that the prep person wear a hair net when prepping and working around the food. Staff very pleasant and accommodating There is a boston pizza next door and other eating establishments in town. Some within walking distance. A great conservation area is within a km of the hotel.

My stay was very good

Breakfast was decently good. Hot tub was way too hot, pool appears as though it needs some tlc. Our room was relatively clean although we did find some food items under the bed and furniture that had not been picked up. Towels and sheets were clean but very worn looking.

Nice bright and clean room with breakfast.

Everything except....

.....All the pillows were too large. I need a smaller one.

The facility was clean, comfortable and the staff were kind and efficient. Best free breakfast.

location and overall accommodation

My staff couldn't use our business credit card for the deposit. never was a problem before... very frustrating

Its a very nice hotel and the room i was in was very nice, but is starting to show some cosmetic problems. Wallpaper is starting to peel off the wall, and there was no night light in the room. Little things but necessary. Clock had the wrong time which cause some problems in the morning. TV has no channel guide so takes time to find something interesting. Again little thing, but needs to be addressed. Pool area was clean but hot tub not working and in need of some TLC. Looks dirty but needs a new paint. Contacted the front desk but nothing was done. Pool was the same - needs a new coat of pain.

Breakfast was good, room was excellent.

Loved everything other than the breakfast. The eggs tasted like they came from a carton, and everything was cold, barely warm. The toaster was not working. The selection was great, just needs a huge improvement on taste and temperature.

Loved the included breakfast!

Price was a bit high for time of year.

Water was rusty Place needs to be renovated beds need to be replaced not worth the price charged

Wonderful Staff

Breakfast was very good.

Breakfast ended too early, 9am.

Location was perfect, right off Hwy 10 and very easy to get into Orangeville and nearby Island Lake Conservation Park. Room was spacious but a pity the seating area was away from the window so you couldn't enjoy the lovely view and light. Beds were comfortable. Despite being so close to the Highway the noise was muffled except for motorbikes but the traffic stopped reasonably early and didn't start up early in the morning. There was no noise from within the hotel so we slept well. Didn't use the pool or fitness facilities so can't comment on those.

They advertise tea making facilities but you cannot make tea in a coffee maker, fortunately I brought the necessary equipment, kettle, china mugs, there was only one provided, tea bags and milk. The breakfast wasn't great. Dreadful scrambled eggs which were cold, the other "hot" items were lukewarm. Dining room has a pleasing outlook though.

❤️

The room temperature was to hot, even though I set the thermostat to 65° the temperature would only come down to a reading of 73°. It was 76° most of the night. Generally it was clean, but in need of a little more attention to the small details and some minor maintenance repairs.

Good selection of breakfast items and drinks. Pleasant view from dining room. Hospitable staff. Clean, comfortable spacious room. Nicely furnished. Had fridge, microwave, Keurig, real glasses and dishes! Lots of toiletries and linens Unfortunately didnt have time to try out the pool, so I cant comment on that.

No complaints.

It was a lovely stay and the room with comfortable and clean.

Susan at the front desk was very kind. The room was clean and the breakfast was nice.

The property was very clean. The room was spotless. I was offered an accessible room as I have a disability. It was a bit noisy as my room was beside the highway. But I had a good nights sleep. Breakfast was what I expected from Best Western.

We had a wonderful stay. The suites are spacious and extremely comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Nice room
