Close to the venue we attended, clean, comfortable.

The breakfast. The eggs were the consistency of cardboard. Hard to chew and absolutely no gluten free options so I didn’t eat. My husband was not happy with breakfast either.

The hotel was in a really handy location, although just off a main road, the hotel was quiet. The rooms at the back overlook trees and fields. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was good and they had gluten free items available.

They had me booked in a room on the second floor, but I have some mobility issues, and there was no elevator. I told the manager that I could possibly make it up the stairs if he carried my bags. He said he not not be able to do it in the morning. At first he told me there was no room available on the bottom floor. He then said he found one on the bottom floor but it would be at least $20 more. I refused to pay the extra fee, so he finally let me have it at no extra charge. I cried that night. My son called and I said "I'll never come to this dump again." The next morning, the breakfast was a huge disappointment. It was like a hellhole cafeteria rather than an American breakfast. The sausages were shriveled up and I wondered if they were safe to eat.

Super friendly staff, and the accommodations were spotless.

The room was a bit cold when, first entering, but a touch of thermostat it was all good.

Location difficult for left turn off main entry road

The front lobby smelled of smoke but I ordered a non smoke room so I expected a clean room non-smoking room but what I got wasn't that. The room stank of smoke, it was one of the worst hotel I have been in.

The hot food at the free breakfast could have been a bit tastier.

We did not have breakfast but the coffee was good, although there was nothing to stir it with.

The heating/cooling system was very loud and noisy. It cut in and out every couple of minutes all night and kept us awake.

Great complementary breakfast both hot and cold items to choose from- great fresh selection.

Everything was great for us. Maybe longer check in times but it worked for my schedule.

Having to walk around back during very cold weather because the door to re-enter was locked at 11pm. Would have appreciated a pass key that would let clients re enter building if needed

This hotel is a dated hotel, however, Best Western has done a great job in updating the rooms with comfort and extremely cleanliness that makes your stay comfortable and relaxing.

My only concern is access to the second floor is by stairs. If you are booking this hotel and cannot climb stairs, it is important to make sure they accommodate your stay on the first floor.

It was a very quiet location, well away from the main road. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there was instant hot water in the bathroom.

The plastic cutlery in the breakfast room was too flimsy. I always prefer metal cutlery as it vastly reduces waste.

Front desk staff was polite and professional. This is my second stay here. I came back because of its convenient location, relatively quiet area and overall good conditions of the place.

The motel not hotel which it is advertised as hotel was a disappointment first off staff would not give me a room facing away from traffic because I booked online? Didnt make sanse and it was a long flight upstairs with my luggage no elevator. The toilet was running loud all night then broke! I changed rooms at 4am staff asked me why I didnt call them! Hello i did! Blaming your customer is not good! Other room was beside and a loud pipe noise kept me up reat of night! Terrible experience Staff was dismissive would not converse made me wait at the side to talk about refund etc..very rude! The manager would not come out to talk to me! Terrible and unprofessional experience

BW Halton Hills is one of the best accommodations we have run across in many countries for the purpose of simply finding a great place to stay. We visited Georgetown to see relatives not as tourists. The BW HH is actually a motel in fantastic condition. The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great hot breakfast room. Staff for breakfast and room cleaning extremely helpful and friendly. I have never before in a Review given a PERFECT score but BE HH gets one from me

Although the room was clean it was a little dated looking. The flooring, shower, tub should be updated.

Room was dated and dirty.. plus felt unsafe going to the back of the hotel and not having a secure entrance. All rooms have out door access... not great for women traveling alone.

Charged an extra $300 security deposit which wasnt stated anywhere. The place is listed as a hotel but felt like a motel with outdated rooms, dirty linens and strange men roaming the parking lots. For the price, there are better options.Wouldnt recommend.

This should not be advertised as a “hotel!” It is a MOTEL! The room smells like mildew. Noticed on my second day that the carpet gets wet and damp which was probably causing the smell. Also on my second day, the fire alarm went off at 630 am. Although the staff responded, I had to call twice and they eventually had to disconnect it off the ceiling. Being that it’s a motel, I had to keep my blinds closed as anyone could walk by and look into your room from the outside. It was very depressing for the money I spent. I left a day early and went to another hotel! Do NOT stay here.
