Cinta Sayang Resort

Check in and out was a breeze by friendly helpful staff. The environment was serene. The rooms were unique, about 6 in each single-storey block. Large and spacious. I had a lovely walk around the resort ending in a swim and gym. The pool was massive with proper lanes. We found the door lock not functioning but the staff were quick to have it replaced.

Most of the gym equipment were broken and not safe to use.

Breakfast okay with additional pax need to pay very reasonable.

STAFF VERY NOT FRIENDLY AND A BIT RUDE ESPECIALLY AT POOL (one bald guy) . He not supposed to give any instruction with harsh just talk nicely . Towel not very clean .

The room towel that was quite clean.

No phone, no drinking water in the room. Room was quite dirty. Breakfast variety waz not up to standard expectation. No omelette.

The slides still under renovation The cleaning duty takes time so we have to wait before can enter the adult pool

The view from restaurant was great. Breakfast also not bad.

There is no view from the room. Air conditioner not so cold. The distance between room and facilities like restaurant and pool quite far. We need use car to move. I really feel humiliated when my family is chased away from adult pool because it will be used by swimming trainer. Very unethical. The pool is for the use of the guests as well.

Breakfast is good with variety choices and good environment/next to golf course. Pool have 3 pools with different depths and it is good for children with different age. Room/Apartment inside is clean. master bedroom with bathtub, having big refrigerator, water dispenser/coway & washer/dryer aside basic equipment like tv, wifi, sofa, dining table and pantry. The apartment has kitchen stove but without any cooking utensils. You have to bring your own.

The area outside the room was filled with pigeon droppings until it smelled inside the room while the balcony could not be used because the cleanliness level was dirty and smelly. Aside, I've book for chalet with 2 room but I got is actually apartment with 2 room which is different from the message i got (landed chalet) and the surroundings got a lot of pigeon. However the golf course view from level 14 is amazing.

Location

The place is in shambles. The toilets were filthy, the shower curtains were full of algea and stains.

Very bad maintenance and no staff service or phones to call reception in the sky residences. It's not comfortable stay and our rooms were stinking like eggs.

An old resort but still a nice place to stay, location is great in Sungai Petani. There are Coway water dispenser close to the rooms so it's convenient for guests just need to refill own water bottle, don't need to buy mineral water. The food at the buffet breakfast is delicious with ample variety. I was surprised they provide Starbucks coffee for buffet breakfast. Overall, I highly recommend this resort especially for golf enthusiasts 👍🏻
