Not so good. No customer service

No Coffee facilities.

Very near to city centre easily walkable distance of 1 km to banks, ATM, restaurants, Small local supermarkets. Local taxis eg Grab, Maxim provides affordable transport instead of relying on buses. Free breakfast is of buffet type & value for money. Breakfast staff are very welcoming & ready to help should you need any.

Worth for the price paid (RM80) per night for a double bed (Queen) room. Room is clean and towel provided. The bathroom is spacious which shower and toilet bowl is separated. There is a water machine available. Check in is fast. The hotel require key card to tap in.

Convenient, walking distance to eateries, overall a pleasant place to stay in, has a massager at hotel lobby.

This Hotel 98 was previously known as 360Xpress Citycenter. I was informed by the hotel staff that this Hotel was refurbished in April 2023 and started operating under Hotel 98 in Aug 2023. What a refreshed hotel! New look and feel at the lobby, new mattresses, pillows, aircon and the entire hotel is brighten up. Water dispensers at corridor and conveniently to dispense hot, cold or room temperature water. This hotel also practice "say No to single use plastic" which is very encouraging. In the lobby they have good selection of stuff from the vending machines and also 2 massage chairs. I was informed that very soon they will have a cafe in the hotel. Good price and difinitely value for money... I love their tagline - big in simplicity, small in price! Keep up the good job!

A good and a clean hotel. Doesnt tear your wallet. Definitely a hotel to stay when you don’t want to spend so much on a hotel.

Reasonable price

i check in and less than 30 minutes i check out due to the once i entered the room feel the room smelly and uncomfortable and want to On the TV set without the TV control set.

When checked in and ask for mineral water which normally been provided. But was told that mineral water are run out and no stock. Asked the reception to go out and purchase but just denied. The nite counter service is terrible.

what a small room without window..

I'm given a room with urine smell, stained bathroom, and spent nearly an hour changing room.

I was given a room which already occupied by somebody. How can the hotel staff does not know if the rooms were occupied??? Second room given, the room security latch was broken and the corridor lights were not ON. It's so dark and scary....

the worst experience i've ever had... especially with the front desk officers. Book a room with free parking and yet i didn't get any parking space... the wifi password just given when we insist.

3 days and 2 night stay is very terrible. I have to call the housekeeping every day to clean my room i.e. throw away the rubbish, replace the towels, etc. they didn't come not even a day. the room left dirty, smelly, aircond not functioning too warm in the room. hence, towel re-used for the 3 days. mineral water, etc not replenish. don't recommend guest to stay here. Poor service. Theres a lot of hotel with same rate with superb services.

It was only an overnight stay for some business. On arrival, their computer system was down and initially I was requested to wait about half hour for a room, which I couldn't afford to wait. Luckily, after some persuasion, they assigned a room! The room was small, but neat and clean. Bathroom facilities were basic. Only one clothe hanger available (would appreciate more).

The toilet door was not functioning well.air con and tv remote were not provided in the room.Perhaps the receiptionist had forgotten about it.However,my stay was okay.

First time purchased with breakfast. Anyway, the cafe sometimes opened late and have to skip the breakfast and leave the hotel without breakfast.

Bad facilities .really need to do something about the cleanliness of your hotel.

Overall experience is good but condition in the toilet quiet disappointed. Please provide rubber hose in the toilet. We are Malaysian people especially Malay need using water to use toilet. Please also cover your wall of your toilet, even not clear but outside of toilet still can see the shadow behind the mirror.

It is a very comfortable hotel despite the size of the room, stayed in a room with queen size bed. Was rather comfortable despite the toilet not being squeaky clean but was worth the price. The employees were friendly and helpful. Would be glad to stay here next time.

the location is strategic! Jst the basin should be clean!

Decided to stay an extra night in Kuching (who wouldn't). This is my second time staying here and the experience never changed. Comfortable and with everything you need in close proximity.

The room is just simple and nice, not for fussy guests. For this price is OK...

Nothing great. Not worth the money paid.

It's cheap, the hotel staffs are helpful but the room is extremely small with NO windows.

I was hardly in the room most of the day, so it was a good pit stop. The hotel has seen better days however. The safe was not usable and there was no option for an additional door access card. All in all, staff were pretty reasonable in their function and there was a good breakfast area nearby. Dinner on a budget was not as great however. All in all, a pleasant enough stay for a very specific purpose.

We stayed here for one night. We wanted to extend our stay but all the rooms were fully booked so we moved to another hotel.

Excellent value for money. Particularly impressed with the shower. Room cleaned every day and supplied with new amenities. The TV wasn't great but we weren't there to stay in! Be careful, there are some bars below so ask to stay on the side away from them.

It's great and pleasant stay for the whole journey.

Frigthen by the shacking glass plannel which produces cracking noice once clossing glass door.

Rather noisey at corridor. Doors need a hard push to close thus creating noise. Air condition also create loud noise.

hi hotel.com. i am glad that manage to get your best offer. i am happy with this 360xpress hotel. overall is good. they provide shuttle van to us from airport, which really helps us as a first timer. they also have self service laundry room for guest to use.

For a no frills hotel, I was amazed by the quality of the interior decor of the room. Modern and neat layout. Amenities and facilities such as hair dryer, flat screen TV with cable network such as fox channels, CNN, BBC is available. The downside is that there is no window at all in my room which gives it a prison feel, but I was out most of the time so it wasn't much of a bother. The staff were very friendly. My shower however didn't work well but on the day of checking out, it was rectified. Chances are the water system was choked. I hope it won't happen again. The airport shuttle is very affordable st only RM6 per way. Taxi to airport costs RM25 upwards so it's an excellent deal. I'm used to luxury hotels but for once, trying this budget hotel opens up a new fresh perspective- it can worth more than you bargained for. Especially in Kuching whereby a big chunk of your stay is mainly outdoor. Will definitely return even if I'm a millionaire ;)

Near to any city attractions and easy to go everywhere

Overall, the experience was pleasant. Except for an issue occur after I checked out. I received a call from the hotel wanted me to confirm whether I am planning to extends my stay at 360. However, the caller failed to introduce himself lead me to confusion. I believe the check out was not done properly by the staff earlier.

One night stay. Consider the price its cheap. However the room notice room ceiling with water mark.

The room quite spacious n clean..but the only thing is that the toilet is quite see thru so not really suitable for family.but most of all, for the price i think its worth it.

Very convenient and close to most amenities and entertainment hub. Hotel facilities are simple but fit to casual user. Thanks
