Fantastic location with seaviews from every room.

Towels smelt musky although they were clean, perhaps due to the humidity. Would be nice to add a face washer to the room. Pillows could be better.

The staff all lovely with friendly smiles and chats. The room we stay we love, clean, fresh, comfy bed and perfect views. The location fabulous, close walking to the Main Street, with plenty of offers of transport if needed. This was our third stay over the years and there will be more. The walking path is on its way, and even though it’s not finished it will be eventually and can only have positive results. I know it’s taken away parts of Candidasa people love but sadly changes happen and we have to embrace them whether it’s good or bad. The fishermen still have their boats there which is great.

Nothing to not like. The path is ongoing but no disturbance at all to us, and it will be good once complete. The major construction done it’s now the finishing touches over time. Went for several walks along it even though not sealed it’s ok to walk it.

The hotel was amazing beautiful rooms and peaceful surroundings.

ホテルの内部や景観は勿論オシャレですが、日本語が堪能なスタッフがいらっしゃり、気になることは何でも相談できました！エビのガーリック炒めも美味しいです。

部屋数17の小さなホテルだが部屋から海が見え、都会から離れてゆっくりとした時間を過ごす事が出来る。 金額もリーズナブルでお得感があり、周辺にはレストランが徒歩圏内に多数、The Sarira レストランは海を見ながら食事が楽しめ美味しいくて価格も安い。

田舎町のため、朝7時にデンパサール行きのgrabが予約出来なかった&当日朝探しても見つからなかったので、急遽ホテルの車をお願いして対応せざるを得なかった。

Le vue est exceptionnelle depuis les chambres, particulièrement celles situées qui sont dans les étages.

Le front de mer est en travaux et les nuisances sonores sont assez désagréables. Le restaurant n´est pas très attrayant malgré la vue magnifique sur l´océan.

This was our second stay in this hotel, after a wonderful stay last year. It did not disappoint. We requested the same room as last year and got it, which was very nice. The hotel facilities and the room with its view out over the sea to Nusa Penida was outstanding. What really makes this hotel exceptional are the staff as they are all very friendly and extremely helpful - for example my wife has numerous dietary restrictions and the staff in the restaurant went to great lengths to ensure that her food was prepared so that would be safe for her to eat. Without a doubt I would stay here again if and when I return to Candidasa.

Nothing, everything was perfect.

The rooms are large, well appointed and very clean. We had a first floor room that had a magnificent view but beware there is only stairs. The walk to the Main Street was easy via a lane way with some warungs and shops and it’s only 5 minutes to the world class Vincent’s restaurant. The pool area is good and we ate meals in the restaurant which was very good and good value.

The works to the beach wall/walkway are unsightly but didn’t impact our stay, having said that it will be much better when finished.

This property is in a fabulous location, away from the main road and within walking distance of many restaurants. It is a 20min drive to Virgin Beach and you can get a boat directly out the front to take you to the Blue Lagoon for snorkelling. It is also right next to a fabulous restaurant called Le Jardin which is highly recommended. The view from the rooms is amazing and the property is good value. The bed was comfortable, the room is very clean and the aircon is great.

The only thing that detracted from our stay was that the pool was green with algae so we were unable to use it for three days. It was back to blue on the day we left.

Fabulous small hotel right on the beach but close enough to walk to the main road area.

Nothing really, there is some construction along the front as they are building a pathway all along the beachfront (not in front of the hotel while we were there) but it will be fabulous when it’s finished.

A small intimate hotel on the water front, has access to the beach. Rooms clean and inviting with ocean views, pool warm and staff absolutely lovely. . The location is amazing,

The breakfast was good with options. The other restaurant food with the meals we had could be better.

Gorgeous family run hotel on a lovely beach. Staff were exceptional. Large clean rooms all facing ocean. Delicious breakfast. Perfect location a short stroll from Main Street. Staff organised scooter for hire for getting around to other beaches and places of interest. Local fishermen launch each morning directly in front and happy to take passengers for snorkeling trips to nearby islands and blue lagoon ( thanks Kadek). Warung Moka short stroll towards main road, best steam MahiMahi I have ever had. Do yourself a favour and visit this small family warung - fabulous/delicious local food and western food if you don’t like local delicacy.

The unfinished walk path between beach and hotel. Government taking way too long to complete the project. Not hotel owners fault. Will be great for the area once the project is completed.

The fact that there was construction noise continuously going on all day every day directly in front of the hotel. Booking.com should have told us about or keep in touch with hotels for updates on surrounding works.

The view was outstanding, one of the best in Bali. Breakfast was very tasty. Wayan was fantastic, a very friendly and knowledgeable local. He couldn't help us enough, gave us lots of advice on fishing, currents, diving. He is a credit to the hotel. :) Virgin Beach is an amazing beach to visit also, just a 10-15 minute ride away. easy to spend the full day there.

Unbeatable view from the property, never tire of it!

Rooms spacious and the beachfront location was amazing and a great pool and the staff were amazing.

Other than the breakfast the lunch and dinner meals were disappointing.

Every member of staff was amazing - they really helped end our holiday perfectly. Sweet and attentive and with so much attention to detail. We had a lovely room on the 1st floor and the view was definitely worth paying a bit more for. The pool was a great size and clean. Yes there is noise from the beachfront works but it didn’t bother us at all. We’d love to come back!

Tout... Et principalement le personnel toujours prêt à rendre service et très disponible ainsi que la magnifique vue de la chambre donnant sur la mer. Au restaurant on y mange très bien.

J'aurais aimé un vrai petit déjeuner continental... Mais le personnel s'est adapté à nos demandes.

Nous n'avons pas pu rester dans le bungalow que nous avions choisi, car la clim ne fonctionnait pas... Nous avons donc dû prendre une chambre restante sans compensation... Cette dernière était cependant confortable. Mon ami a cassé une tasse, il a fallu la rembourser

Wonderful location, with fantastic views of the sea, and peaceful ocean sounds at night. Such a delight. Amazing staff who made us feel most welcome. Breakfast options were a good variety of a set menu. Genggong was recommended to me and it did not disappointment! I too highly recommend this place to anyone wishing for a relaxing stay in Candidasa

The pool was out of action for 2 days, food from restaurant was not great, and we came home last night after being out since 3pm to be told we could not shower until after 10pm

Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch mega lecker und man bekommt auch vegetarische und vegane Gerichte. Pool ,Liegemöglichkeiten und Strandzugang war alles super. Also für ein paar Tage ist das super.

Тихий отель, чистые номера, хороший бассейн, вкусные ужины, приятный персонал, есть выход к океану Если выехать на лодочке с пляжа, то можно поснорклить и посмотреть острова, которые видно с берега

От зонтов получается мало тени и в солнечное время приходится уходить в номер Не всегда еда на завтраке была качественной, видимо заказали редкое блюдо типа мюслей из овсянки, точно не помню название, но там были насекомые, нам быстро все переделали на другое блюдо И один раз с потолка упал таракан на постель, но это тропики, а так насекомых было очень мало Океан около отеля грязноват, но так везде

The three excavators working from 8.00am till4.00/4.30 for my stay including Sunday. Most disturbing was when I booked with you I was not advised of the construction work taking place or offer me at worst a cheaper rate. Yesterday as previously booked with you , into the Parigata hotel at Sanur. I requested a ground level , quiet , non smoking room. YOU only requested the hotel provide a non- smoking room.They could only offer me a ground level unit at an increased cost per day of 100000 Rph!!!

The view is incredible. We stayed on top level with sea view and slept with the sound of the waves crashing.. very good.The room is big enough and the balcony has a great view and very relaxing. Short scooter ride to great restaurants. They organised a scooter hire very quickly.

View was extraordinary... Beach swimmable at both low and high tides... Food good... Staff were a delight... Great breakfast... Beautiful gardens... We have done lots of travel in Bali over the last 40 years and never stayed in Candidasa. What a surprise! Such a relaxed part of Bali. We love a slower pace these days, and Candidasa hit the spot for us. We loved our stay at Genggong... Many thanks to all the staff at this hotel. Your hospitality, kindness and beautiful smiles made us feel very welcomed.

Only one thing I can say, and it is a critique that will elevate the atmosphere of your restaurant. Please replace those old worn-out placemats. They have had too much use. Also, maybe a flower, a nighttime a candle... on the table. It will add to the atmosphere of your lovely outdoor dining. Kind regards...Gary and Fin Crothall :)

The view from the room is stunning. The bed was comfortable. No construction work on the beach when we stayed just now. Mid Jan. Restaurants close by.

The pool looked like it could do with some chlorine. Was just a bit cloudy. Still had lovely swim in it. Food and beverage not cheap as with most places.

Quite hotel..About 2hrs from the airport. 5 min walk to main road.Several restaurants nearby. We spent 3 days here,before heading back k to Sanur.

Kleines Hotel direkt am Strand, freundliche Angestellte. Leckeres Essen und Frühstück. Pool gepflegt. Zimmer im oberen Stockwerk mit bombastischen Ausblick auf das Meer.

Zimmer etwas in die Jahre gekommen , teilweiße wurde der Cappuccino beim Frühstück extra berechnet.

Lovely family-run hotel on a beautiful beach! Room 23 was fabulous! Large, with a huge window facing the sea. Staff and restaurant were exceptional.

Balcony had beautiful views right to the beach. Pool was great- perfect temperature, lots of shady spots, no trouble getting lounge chairs.

It’s a bit of a walk to the shops but worth it for the stunning views

A beautiful l, peaceful location in a fabulous location on the beach with superb views from my room. The staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. They were very lovely.

La chambre était vaste et confortable avec vue sur la mer . Nous avons changé de chambre car la première etait un peu petite à notre goût et nous avons donc payé un surclassement, mais cela valait vraiment le coup. Le personnel était soucieux de notre confort et toujours souriant Le petit-déjeuner était très bien, complet et avec du choix. Le restaurant était excellent. La plage etait facilement praticable pour se baigner. La piscine très bien également. Service de blanchisserie rapide et efficace. Proche de tous commerces.
