Welcome on arrival from Anita. Bedroom & bathroom was excellent. When I asked for decaf coffee, sourdough bread and my breakfast early, everything was accommodated. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this Guest House

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, eine perfekte Zeit bei Anita in Fish Hoek zu verbringen. Das Zimmer war einfach wunderschön – geräumig und stets gepflegt. Die Hausmädchen, insbesondere Faith, waren außergewöhnlich nett, ordentlich und hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Das Frühstück ließ wirklich keine Wünsche offen! Jeden Morgen erwartete uns ein köstlicher frischer Obstsalat und wir konnten Eierspeisen nach unserem Wunsch auswählen. Besonders beeindruckend war das Engagement, nachhaltige Praktiken zu fördern und Abfälle zu minimieren – ein Aspekt, der uns auch sehr am Herzen liegt. Diesbezüglich sind auch die hervorragenden Pflegeprodukte, der südafrikanischen Luxusmarke Charlotte Rhys, zu erwähnen, die wir während unseres Urlaubs genießen durften. Hergestellt aus den besten natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen, sind die Produkte umweltfreundlich, biologisch abbaubar und tierversuchsfrei. Anita ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin, die uns wertvolle Tipps und Anregungen für Ausflüge gegeben hat. Die Lage der Unterkunft war für uns, ohne Auto, äußerst zentral und ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für viele aufregende Abenteuer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und freuen uns schon auf einen nächsten Besuch. Herzlichen Dank für alles, Anita!

Pas de volets ni de vrais rideaux occultants , donc plein jour à 6h dans la chambre, pas ideal pour se reposer le matin. Tres bruyant le matin, pas vraiment un endroit pour se reposer au final.

Very friendly and welcoming place, the owner and staff are very nice and helpful. We always enjoyed staying a while at the calm pool after a day out. It’s a short walk to the beach, a supermarket is nearby. You can actually even take the train to the cbd. The sea is a little warmer than at the ocean side beaches and protected against sharks and waves, so it’s very inviting to swim. Breakfast was freshly cooked and awesome.

If you like to go out for dinner at night there are better options in Kalk bay, so you should have a car, the street is quiet and parking on site is very comfortable..

Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Outside facilities were great. The guesthouse is conveniently located close to the local shops, the beach and the railway station. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

Anita is the most wonderful host and runs a fabulous establishment with excellent personal service. Quiet, clean, spacious, friendly, excellent breakfast and good location within a short walk to the beach.

I was lucky enough to stay in tge Clivelly lodgings. It was super roomy and comfortable. I loved the friendly atmosphere of the Guset house. The host was so helpful and added some lovely touches to both the tasty breakfast and the amenities in the rooms. It is a short walk to the town centre but still peaceful. The pool and surrounds are lovely to relax in. Car parking on site and very secure. Brilliant place. Thanks.

Wundervolles kleines familiäres Hotel in traumhafter Lage.Die Besitzerin ist sowas von hilfsbereit und so lieb wie das gesamte Team.Wir waren mehr als begeistert, super Zimmer, ganz leckeres Frühstück und ein gepflegter Garten mit schönen Sitz und Liegemöglichkeiten.Der Pool ist schön warm und sauber.Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden.Wir kommen gerne wieder, hier stimmt wirklich alles. It was very clean, safe and comfortable. Anita is a friendly and kind host. It has a good very well kept pool. The breakfasts were delicious. Fish Hoek itself does not have a lot of charm but the villa is well-located, in a broad street, to drive to all the pretty towns along that part of the coast and to Cape Point. It is also a very convenient 6-7 mins walk to the beach.

Très belle guesthouse, magnifique et très agréable, calme et chambres très spacieuses ! Petit déjeuner super bon et très copieux, et le personnel est très gentil ! Anita la patronne est très gentille aussi, elle nous a surclassé lors de notre séjour de 4 nuits et en plus elle nous a permis d’arriver tôt le matin au lieu d’attendre le début d’après midi, c’était vraiment adorable de sa part ! 😻😻

Anita and her team were incredibly welcoming, they made me feel at home. The room was very comfortable and absolutely spotless. Breakfast was lovely, and I especially enjoyed trying the cinnamon swirls from a local bakery. Anita generously shared her knowledge of the area and was an excellent host. My stay was thoroughly enjoyable and great value for money. I hope to visit again one day, thank you to Anita and the whole team! ☺️

Centrally located near the town for restraunts, shops and the beach. The villa itself was beautiful, we had a huge room with balcony overlooking the pool. Breakfast was fab and thanks to Anita who catered to my intolerances I’d give this guest house 10/10

We didn’t spend much time in the house and didn’t use the facilities but we enjoyed our stay. Room was spacious, breakfast tasty, the host lady super friendly and for those who like reading - there were many good books in the library corner.

It was a bit cold in the room during the winter but we had electrical blankets which kept us warm at night.

It was spacious, neat, clean and conveniently located. We enjoyed being able to work at the desks in the rooms as well as at the lapa. The rooms were great and the en-suites were a bonus. We also enjoyed having access to the pool and the safety of being able to walk to the beach and shops

Quiet location. safe off-street parking. Walking distance to beach, restaurants and shops. Friendly, helpful attention by hostess and kitchen staff. Anita went out of her way to return a forgotten item promptly and efficiently, with no extra charge.

Luxurious B&B which far exceeded our expectations. Large and airy bedroom with high quality bed linen and lots of extra personal touches. The breakfasts were superb and we loved meeting Anita and her staff

The property was very nice, located in a quiet area of town, yet minutes away from the supermarket and the main street. Anita and her team did a fantastic job of making people fell welcomed. Everything was clean. Breakfast was solid and included a delicious bowl of diced fruit every morning as well as cooked items- eggs, sausage etc. Everything was thought of to ensure guests had a comfortable stay

We had the pleasure of staying in the Noordhoek room, which was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, adorned with high-quality bedding that made for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was a delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The Villa is conveniently located near the town and beach, and the secure parking added an extra layer of peace of mind.

We liked absolutely everything. This is a classy boutique guest house at an affordable price. Our room was huge, beautifully furnished, squeakly clean, and had a spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was excellent, one of the best that we've ever had anywhere -- a large fruit plate, fruit juice, cereals and granola, yogurt, eggs to order with bacon or sausage, toast, plus various yummies like croissants, muffins, and milk tarts, a South African speciality. The owner and hostess, Anita, is super friendly, engaging, informative, and helpful. We really enjoyed our chats with her. The WiFi is excellent. The location is perfect, in a quiet residential area just a 5 minute walk to beautiful Fish Hoek beach where you can alternate between swimming and quaffing a pint of cold beer in your swim trunks and bare feet at The Galley, an outdoor restaurant right on the beach. Farther afield, the location is also great for exploring the towns and sights of the Cape Peninsula using Uber and Bolt (rides are readily available and very inexpensive). We stayed at A Tuscan Villa for 4 nights but wish it had been 4 weeks. We will consider ourselves fortunate if we ever have the opportunity to return there.

Lovely huge double room, spotless, even a cold beer in the fridge! Breakfast was outstanding. Really good value for money.

Breakfast was excellent and very nicely presented. The rooms were extremely clean and very well appointed. The beds were super comfortable. Anita is welcoming, helpful, and cheerful. It was a really lovely place to stay. We were there just before the really hot weather but my daughter still found lying in the sun by the pool a treat, particularly coming from Canada in November.

With not too much rooms in the accommodation (6) and having a professional staff and being comfortable place it gives you a feeling of being at home and being a real guest instead of a number. The owner has a little chat with you if you want and she is happy to tell you about the nicest restaurants or walking routes close by.

The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Breakfast offered everything you could wish for and hot meal was made to order. They were accommodating business and leisure travelers for breakfast over an extended period. The owner is involved and training and supervising staff to maintain the standards.

Anita and the staff were very accommodating. I had to leave before breakfast was served, so they prepared one for me the night before so I could eat early.

The Wi-Fi was spotty as they had changed providers, however, they made sure there was a backup. This helped alleviate the challenges.

Very caring Owner and lovely Staff. Its a House with amazing architecture. Wonderful Breakfast in the morning served by a lovely Lady. Room was comfortable, big Shower and a cute Bathtub, big Bed with Television and Wlan if needed.

This was such a secret surprise. Go through the big gate to find a beautiful villa with spacious rooms and shared spaces. the bedroom was so luxurious. The bed was comfortable the linen soft , the shower hot. Load shedding was not a problem. A real hideaway. the staff were so kind , chatty and helpful giving friendly advice and guidance about surrounding area. Location was great , easy access to the Cape Point, Chapmans peak, just an all round fabulous stay.

Staff enter your room at any time, even while you are at breakfast and start cleaning. I recommend you make a point of locking up valuables whenever you are out of the room. Our visit was spoiled by the loss of a pair of earrings and the rude response of the owners to our complaint.

A Tuscan Villa is located on a quiet street working easy walking distance to the beach, mountain, shops, and restaurants. High quality accommodations. Excellent breakfast options. Friendly host, staff, and guests.

The apartment was way bigger than we expected - it had a bedroom, living room and two bathrooms. It was very clean, a lot of nice small details, made it very welcoming. The place is very safe, quiet, away from the busy streets. There was a beautiful hiking trail next to the place. Not so many guests during our stay, so the outside area next to the pool was empty. Breakfast was really nice, the owner is a great hostess, helped us a lot and gave us nice tips about the surrounding cities and places to visit. If you want a calm and quiet rest, totally recommend!

Lovely host who went out of her way to make my stay comfortable. Very good communication upfront. Check-in went smooth with the support of the staff. The room was really big and comfortable. Perfect location if you want to take a walk or a short drive to some good local hotspots for a bite - Kalkies Fish & Chips is highly recommended.

There were some items left in the minibar which were from previous guests. Nothing major but something which you would expect to be cleaned before the next guests check-in.
