Reviewed Aug 31, 2026I specifically booked a ground floor room as I was coming with my mother who uses a walker. The listing said “Ground floor@ so this wasn’t just a request. I was sent a text to say the room was unlocked and no one was on site. We were given a first floor room! It was very difficult to get my mother up and down the stairs the two nights of our stay.
