Reviewed May 14, 2026We stayed here for one night. Very nice motel with friendly owners and staff. Super clean, warm, comfy bed and right in Geraldine township. Rooms are exactly as pictured - bigger than they look in the photos! Highly recommended for short stays.

Reviewed May 8, 2026The hosts were warm, friendly and very prompt in responding to us on issues, eg the heater in the bathroom was not working and they repaired it very promptly. Plus, we had an upgrade from a studio to a 2-bedroom unit, which was lovely. The unit was very clean; shower water temperature was constant and pressure was good.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026My husband and I stayed here one night on the way from Queenstown to Christchurch. We arrived late (around 9 pm), the reception was closed, but there was a note on the door about our room number. There were no issues to get into the room. Very clean room, comfortable bed, perfect location. Ideal if you are on your way somewhere. We left early in the morning and didn’t try any cafe or food around.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had an unpleasant, musty smell. The heater was dusty, which likely contributed to the odor. Overall, this made the bathroom feeling unclean.
