Apartment unit catered for us. Tea and plunger coffee was a bonus.

Invercargill weather was rough. This is not an issue of the hotel.

Hawk was thoughtful. He warmed up the room just before we checked in

After hours check in was smooth without any problems. The room was lovely and warm when we got there. The hot shower was amazing and the beds were SO comfortable. We all had a very good sleep that night. Being on one of the main roads in Invercargill it wasn't noisy in our room. Will stay again for sure!

I had read a review that the room was warmed up for a previous guest ..invercargill is cold especially coming from further north so this would have been a nice touch but sadly it wasnt the case for me however the heater was fantastic once I turned it on.

We had a lovely stay over thank you. A very cold arrival, the room heated quickly, it was cosy, the motel was well presented , very clean and comfortable. We aim to be back soon! Thank you

Was handy to where we were working. Quiet in a back unit. They washed our dishes each day.

The bed was old and could feel springs. The shower was average and the over the bath door kept closing on you while showering. Had to buy our own loo paper. No heat pump. Was very cold being winter.

I have stayed at the Admiral Court a lot over the last 19 years when travelling to Invercargill for work, but I can honestly say that I won't be staying there again. Firstly, upon arrival I stood in reception for a good 25 mins, I pressed the bell and no one came, so in the end I stepped out the back and called for someone. I stayed for 5 nights and the room did not get serviced, they put clean towels in the room daily, but that was a far as the service went. They did not top up the coffee and teas and they did not clean or vacuum or make the beds. The towels are still the same awful towels they've been using for 10 years, I had buy toilet rolls at the supermarket because what was provided was just cheap rubbish and I bought my own coffee and tea. I don't know who owns this place now but it has certainly gone down hill since the last time I stayed there and I definitely will not be booking it again. The room had a bad smell of drains and the towels smelt bad as well.

💯 % loved it. The Manager was very friendly. Apartment was catered for all our comforts and facilities. Had everything we needed , and so comfy and warm. The heater was exellent, to warm the room and to turn off when warm enough. Admiral Apartments is close to Wool Worths and all the eating places were so close for different option. Cleaning is daily too wow. Thank you so much.

Good parking, the heat was on when I arrive at 5.30pm.

The room itself was fine. Spacious and well maintained. Comfortable bed and good amenities provided. Hot shower with good pressure. Free allocated parking for one vehicle. Free wifi.

Our unit (unit 1) was the nearest unit to a busy road and the reception building. Consequently we endured both intrusive traffic noise and the lights from the motel signage. More should be done to mitigate this unit's siting (additional sound proofing and blackout curtaining).

It was lovely & clean, beds were very comfy & the shower pressure was amazing & it had a brilliant heater which kept the room really cosy.

We had people beside us who came bk quite late, it was about 1.30 or so in the morning & they were very loud, woke us up & this continued for quite sometime, it's disappointing that some people have no respect for others.

Handy location to city centre, Queens Park and airport. The older-style house was lovely and warm with plenty of room for a group of five adults. There was only one problem but it's a big one.

There were no recliners although there are two in the photos. The recliners are the main reason why I booked this accommodation as one 72 year old guest, is unable to sleep in a bed so I was extremely disappointed. When I told the host, he just said no recliners. The guest ended up sleeping, sitting up, on the sofa without anything suitable to prop up his feet. Other chairs were too high and it's not appropriate in our culture to put your feet on tables. The guest returned home with swollen feet as a result.
