Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Have stayed a few times. Comfortable amd very roomy.
If staying in room 21 please be careful through first door. They have put a blind up that looks like a wall. 67y dad found out the hard way when he went to lean his back against the "wall" to close the door and there was stairs directly behind it. Hospital wasn't part of the plan for this trip. No signs on there

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The proprietors and staff were friendly enough and pretty efficient. Good shower, plenty of hot water and good heater. Basically it was a good basic motel, and that was all we required.
Shower cubicle was a little dodgy as was the sliding door into the toilet shower area. Otherwise all good.

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Staff, room size and kitchen
Room and furniture looked very tired. Kitchen was very neat and tidy. Bathroom needs much attention. Shower outlet from wall leaking, shower wallboards broken at bottom and paint job was amateurish to say the least - all over fittings - no cutting in. Wifi did not work and bed uncomfortable.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026The motel was close to where we needed to be in Kamo. The bed was comfortable
The building is not soundproof. The traffic from the nearby road, the people next door, even the rain, all sounded as if the door or windows were open: very disturbing to sleep. There was a coffee plunger but no coffee. There was no electric blanket .

Reviewed Apr 18, 2026Property met our expectations - perfect for a single night stay with everything you need. This is basic accommodation but for the price, we were not expecting luxury. The rooms were a good size, separate kitchen, good size bathroom/shower. Plenty of parking near a main road but quiet at night. Easy and pleasant check in, comfy bed, good towels and good water pressure in the shower (no body wash though), good size fridge, with freezer - what more do you need.
Could have been cleaner, marks on the walls and no body wash otherwise, OK.
