We really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed by the host Simone, who was very friendly and helpful. Our accommodation was on the second floor and had a lovely mountain view. It wasn't the most modern accommodation and could do with a few updates, but everything was very clean, tidy, and worked perfectly. It offered great value for the price. The apartment gave us plenty of space. The location was excellent—only a three-minute walk to the hot pools. We also appreciated the environmentally friendly approach. Coffee and Milo were provided in reusable containers instead of individual single-use packets, and toiletries such as shampoo and shower gel were supplied in refillable dispensers rather than mini bottles. The shower had excellent water pressure, the Wi-Fi worked very well, and the beds were very comfortable. We would happily stay here again.

Great location - walkable to hot pools and restaurants.

Great location, right in the centre of town and a short walk to the pools. We choose for location and kitchen facilities which were small but very practical. Free parking. Definitely recommend for families or couples, helpful staff and super clean!

Room was clean. Bathroom shower area quite small but had a separate toilet. Heat pump worked really well. And they gave a choice of blue or green milk on arrival which was great as am a trim milk girl.

Close to everything in Hanmer Springs, no need to drive.

A little outdated but still very comfortable and practical.

May be a bit outdated the room we had. The room next door, where are friends were had been modernised with a recent make over. Both rooms very clean though. Great location.

So handy to the shops and pools. The staff were very welcoming. Nice big bedrooms. The kids really enjoyed the special Easter treat too.

A little noisy but that is to be expected in a tourist town. Room was dated but again lovely and clean. The only real issue was the space between the bathroom sink and shower. (Being a curvier person i did have to turn sideways and shuffle into the shower. This could be remedied by making the toilet room slightly smaller.

Very much in need of an overhaul! Bathroom & toilet well past their use by date. Toilet seat had big scratches and indents in it. In fact I haven't seen a toilet cistern as old as this for a very long time... There were 3 mirrors but none with a output to plug in a hairdryer...

This is an old style motel, this is not a criticism, it is a plus. Large sitting room, seperate bedroom and small toilet and shower. The Kitchenette supplied with all the utentils needed. The bed comfortable and with superior quality linen. All together makes for excellent value for money. The place has character and is very comfortable. I loved it and I would certainly book again if in this area. Simone was a charming host.

For the price paid, you could not do better. If you want 5 star, pay 5 star prices, but this is honest to good value

Friendly, welcoming, and spotlessly clean.

Quickest hot water and it was properly hot. Comfy couch and arm chair. Well equiped kitchen. Most parking under covered carport. Very near the hot pools and town. Fresh regular or trim milk offered. Electric blankets. Small bathroom, but it does have a separate toilet.

It was a very cold day when we stayed and we had to request an extra heater. Only single glazed windows. Not well sound proofed, could here the people in the unit beside us occasionally. An older style motel, some rooms recently redecorated.

A fabulous location sunny aspect neat as a pin very spacious had everything inside we needed loving grounds

Super wee motel, old fashioned in a really nice way, really clean with comfortable beds, good shower, well equipped kitchenette and a warm welcome. Very close to Spa and Pools.

The Bed was amazing as was the view.

Extremely out dated, needs a good paint & refresh,

I love their was a play area for the kids and a swing set and balls were available. The location of our unit and motel was perfect, we could walk everywhere. The room was fully equipped and very clean.

There was nothing not to like, we had everything to make us very comfortable.

It is out dated, needs air conditioning, needs a very deep clean especially the shower, it’s very noisy you can hear everybody walk and our towels were replaced without our knowledge while we were out- we were not asked if we wanted this service, we really felt that this was a breach of our privacy. Communication about the laundry would have been appreciated

The manager was so lovely. The bed was the most comfortable motel bed ever. The room was spotless. It was so quiet. It was so close to hot pools.

Rang day before asked if dog friendly. Answer no they wouldn't even let a mimi miniature schnauzer stay. He our baby. This didn't say anything when booked. So had to book else where. Lady nit very nice. My daughter in law got on phone for me.

Excellent service with a smile. Room was very clean and obviously great attention to detail regarding the power cut which happened overnight. FReceiving an email advising that the power was off was attention to detail and again the email advising that the power was now back on. Being offered towels from the motel to take over to the hot pools was a bonus.
