Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Location excellent. walked everywhere, no need to use the car. Upstairs unit with a wonderful view and very sunny when the sun was out. Staff member very friendly and accommodating. Unlocked the room and put the milk in the fridge for us. We were able to have our room 1/2 hour earlier when we arrived. Unit very clean. Bed really comfortable, as was the couch to sit on.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Exceeded expectations. Very clean and comfortable and a great size room with separate bedroom. In a great quiet location, quick walk to the pools and great cafes and restaurants. The man at front desk was so friendly and helpful, went over and beyond. Will definitely return.

It was the middle of winter so I think double glazing and a heat pump would be great as was very cold out. However it was great that there was an extra heater in each of the bedrooms and in the bathroom as well as one in the living room which kept us warm.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable but it is a sofa bed so can't complain too much. The TV was a smart tv but could only use analogue channels.

It was SO cold. We had to have the little room wall heater, and the oil heater cranking all night to stay warm. Single glazed and not a really reliable heat source was hard work in the room to take the edge off and keep warm.

I was a tad worried when I first went into our room it wouldn't be warm enough but it soon warmed up and was lovely and warm the whole time. Electric blankets and even a heater in the bathroom. Good kitchenette. Wifi was good. Location amazing. Comfortable bed, good shower, would definitely stay again!
