Si può parcheggiare comodamente davanti, self check in, possibilità di prepararsi cena e colazione e mangiare a tavola. In quattro siamo stati comodi. Abbiamo trovato motel più economici, ma forse è tutta la zona che è un po' cara. Possibilità di passeggiata mattutina di fronte alla baia a pochi metri dal motel. Pulito, bene il bagno e la doccia. Letti molto comodi. Il paesello non offre molto di sera per cui considerate di usufruire della cucina per la cena.

Reviewed Jun 5, 2026Wonderful stay, the lodge was extremely comfortable and kept up to date. The outside area was a really nice touch. And the staff cleaned the lodge everytime we went out in the mornin so we had a nice clean area to come back to. That was super and extremely unexpected as none of our other accommodations did that while we travelled New Zealand. The location was super with lovely eating facilities near by. I would highly recommend.

It features a nice bay window where you can open it in the morning to see the sky, which was very relaxing. Plus, there is a private back balcony! The location is perfect, being very close to the beach. On top of that, the check-in instructions were clear and detailed, and the staff was wonderfully helpful.
The only minor issue was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

Kitchenette needs renovating, and fridge replacing (rusty door not a good look). Microwave needs a shelf, rather than being on top of a tall fridge.

Wir machen in Neuseeland eine Rundreise und standen etwas ratlos da, nach der sehr kurzfristigen Absage.

Lovely walk by the shoreline. Hosts kept quiet presence in background but giving super service for our requirements. Thankyou.
Would have liked a microwave dish with lid to cook our potatoes instead of using table top hob ( not a major issue though).
