lovely furniture etc Delightful spa bath. Warm room and sound proofing was good. Very clean and neat.

Only one ultra thin cake of soap for two of us and both soap dispensers were empty, and only a single face flannel. Bed was a bit lumpy. Curtains and blinds could not hide light coming through.

I had to leave early due to family bereavement and was not offered a refund. The receptionist said she would speak to the manager but I didn't get a reply.

Warm cosy room

Parking facility not alot of turn around area to park vehicle the direction of the parking spot, received voice message informing us our room number, arrived room which was occupied, after speaking with person on call she informed me it was another room.

Comfortable, close to town and quiet

Dog friendly, no extra charge. Daily housekeeping. Very helpful owners. Fantastic shower pressure.

Curtains don6 cover light streaming in from outside that can't be turned off. Small single bed very uncomfortable.

Bed a bit too soft for me. Lots of outside light comes in at night Bathroom had hair left in bath and around the toilet and sink when we arrived.

Central location to everything, spa, small kitchen area with toaster, kettle, microwave and cooktop. beds were nice, small tv for entertainment that had netflix and other apps. Also had a heater which was really handy for the cold night.

spa jets did need a little cleaning as there was some hair and small chunks of dirt, otherwise everything was okay

No soundproofing so could easily hear other guests talking outside late at night. Our unit could do with interior redecorating and better curtains / track to cut out exterior lighting.

Bed! in room 7 - pretty shocking, very saggy and soft and a bit lumpy. Not much sleep managed, due to the bed discomfort. Had chosen the motel as saw a couple of reviews that said the beds were very good. (Just not in Room 7 obviously!)

제일 아쉬웠던 건 인터넷 연결입니다. 와이파이가 정말 느려서 동영상은 거의 볼 수가 없을 정도고 연결돼도 계속 끊겨서 정말 짜증스러웠습니다.

When cleaning my bath on arrival, the chrome cap fell off, revealing the HORRIFIC water intake for the jets. There was Pubic or Beard Hair (take your pick), chunks of black gunk and dead bugs floating in the bath after I flushed the jets for 2 minutes. When I went and asked for someone to please clean it, the son just stared and eventually said he can come down with a rag and spray?!? But he left it dirtier than when he got there and a smell lingered. I then asked for a new room, just to find that one worse than the original. I called the owner who admitted to not cleaning the water intake filters on the spa baths, she states they "aren't meant to be cleaned" then changed to "I'd have to pay my staff all day if they had to clean those". When I explained, you are supposed to clean a spa bath, she said she didn't know what my problem is and she's never had a complaint before, then said she'll look at it tomorrow, but I never heard from her again... The microwave was old, dirty, with a black explosion mark inside and needed replacing. Pool was unusable, it may be cold but if it is in your listing as usable, it must be. Room service didn't come on my third day, so I had no towels. The springs in the mattress dug into my back and honestly, this place was just horrible!! I'm not usually one to diss a family business as I understand times are tough, but the owner and her son's reaction to the dirty spa was to get angry and accusatory at me instead of offering any assistance, showing they just don't care. This place is an emergency housing place, and they treat it as such. This SHOULD NOT be listed for regular paying customers to use.

Comfortable room, quiet, lovely pool & spa

I liked the location of the hotel and that friendliness of the staff

The place was very run down. One of the beds in the room was missing a bed leg and the fold out couch was horrific to sleep on. They also appeared to have long term tenants staying who were extremely loud waking my family up at 6am and being rowdy all night including a little girl who was bashing our car on multiple occasions with toys and left scratches.

Great location, can walk to shops and main part of town, park outside unit, nice swimming pool, excellent spa bath and shower, good cooking facilities, no issues with noise, complex was quiet, would stay again and recommend asking for a spa bath unit at rear of property

Had a nice spa in the room yet it was not cleaned properly and had dirt everywhere.

There was insect and moths inside the room and got bitten by million bed bugs all around my body. The neighbour's were way to loud all night.

The front curtains didnt fully close and let light in from the outside light all night Also the shower over the bath had no curtain so water sprayed all over the floor

The bathroom was filthy, couldn’t have a bath until I had thoroughly cleaned it. I took photos as the black mould and dirt was coming out of the jets

The motel was right near town and close to food outlets.

I ordered two beds and I thought two rooms, got one room with a queen bed for myself and my son. So the staff pulled the bed apart into two singles. Found it hard to sleep.

BEWARE !!!!!! 1) Blood on the mattress protector. 2) Many large bodily fluid stains on comforter. 3) Shower went from scolding to cold. 4) Shower was in spa bath..way too high to get in to. 6) No grab handles. 7) Many marks of semen on duvet cover. 8) Two burn holes on the other comforter. One large. 8) Staff entered without knocking. 9) 9) They looked through windows. 10) 8 coffee rings on glass table. 11) All glass tables were dirty. 12) Heater was thick with dust and stunk when turned on. (Cold day). 13) Lack if coffee etc. 14) Only one toilet roll for a two day stay. 15) Very dirty grout in bathroom. 16) Hand basin damaged. 17) Toilet dirty. 18) Water damaged cabinetry 19) Ceiling fan has black filth. 20) Filthy floor tiles. 21) Fire alarm went off all night. 22) Extremely noisy neighbours (we understand that's not the owners fauly). 23) Alot of other people's hair everywhere (even on stove). 24) When you flushed the toilet it nearly overflowed every time. 24) No air-conditioning. Noisy fan. 25) Dirty ring around the spa bath. 26) Food on teaspoon. Owner was informed and shown bedding etc. She said her cleaner had already left. l asked for replacement bedding. Went out, came back and nothing was cleaned or replaced. We understand the tiredness of the units due to to there age but no excuse for the lack of cleaning and not replacing bedding when asked. We gave them a chance to put things right but they didn't hence this review. Cleaners should be monitored ! Will never stay here again and would certainly not recommend this motel. Negative 100! No discount offered and we could have stayed in cleaner places for the SAME price. I have so many other photos and videos. We should not have paid full price.

Outside chair covered in cobwebs. The bath did not have any holding rails. No liquid soap in dispenser by bath. Shower control difficult to adjust to correct temperature.

PRETTY SURE THE PEOPLE STAYING IN THE ROOM NEXT TO US AND DOWN THE WAY WERE EMERGENCY ACCOMODATION FAMILYS, AS THEY WERE VERY NOISEY IMTIMIDATING AND HAD A SMALL CHILD SLEEPING OUTSIDE THEIR ROOM DOOR FOR HOURS ON A BLANKET HUGGING A PILLOW, IF I HAD PAID MORE FOR THE ROOM IT WOULD OF REALLY PEED ME OFF BUT I UNDERSTAND THESE THINGS, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR, HAVE EMPATHY FOR THOSE WHO ARE DOWN AND OUT AND BE GREATFUL YOU GOT A ROOM LAST MINUTE FOR A CHEAP PRICE..

Clean and the beds were comfy az. Pool the kids loved it. Everything u needed was short distance away. Great staff friendly made sure we had what we needed. Thank you had a great stay .

Location, spa bath ability to cater to a family of 6. 2 adults 4 childrens. I felt most facilities were fair.

Pool was misrepresented in advertising. Run down and green. No laundry facilities on site. Only a $10 service per load. Staff service on phone call was great, counter service was minimal quite underwhelming.

The spa was amazing :)
