Good location and easy to find. 2 bedroom unit was large with good lounge/dining space. Beds were good standard.

While we always got a carpark it was quite tight but the place was fully booked. The shower was ok but could have had a little more pressure. Still very happy.

The room itself was so clean and modern, the bed exceptionally comfortable and it was such a warm welcoming. We visit family locally annually and if we ever need to be in a motel here in the future we will definitely be returning

It would be nice to have a pedestal fan but that’s just because we are so used to having one in Australia.

Upon arrival the staff member at reception may have been having a bad day so during my check-in he was not very welcoming or friendly. There was a slight gap in the front door and it was letting in a draft and light in room 11.

Locking myself out of room in morning for 2 hours with severely disabled husband trapped on bed and the owners nowhere around to help. Emergency phone number posted on door not answered even after ringing multiple times and leaving messages. Office didn't open at time it said it would open. Highly stressful! When owner appeared at 9.30am, they said they were having a sleep in as it was Waitangi Day even though stated office was open on public holidays at 8am. Please have a 'fill in' if you want a break. Terrible in cases of emergency.

It was clean and tidy and close to where I had meetings. Also it had good parking directly outside the room.

The hairdryer didnt work - a problem as I have long hair.

The place was perfect for what we needed it for. Clean and comfy and plenty of room. I even locked my key in my room and the staff were super helpful to get it out.

I can't say there was anything we didn't like.

This a great option for accomodation in Pukekohe. Close to train station, shops and easy walk to Supermarket. Extremely comfortable beds, TV Sky a definite plus. The two bedroom ideal for family with full kitchen facility. Management so helpful and the best communication before and during stay. Quiet rooms well back from roadway.

Booked a room for 2 separate room for 3 people. One person couldn't make it so I rung the motel twice in the morning to advise them. When got up there they had us booked for two units had to pay for both. Which I said to the woman I didn't need two units,as there was only two off us. Got charged for 2. Didn't even offer to refund me for the other one or didn't offer any sort of compromise. Rubbish bin wasn't empty when we arrived from previous people. The woman said she had only come down from kerikeri two days before hand and was still learning. Not very helpful or communication trying to resolve anything. Have stayed there four times previously. Won't ever stay there again. Totally rip off for a room we didn't even use. Not good business at all .You should feel so ashamed

The property was clean, very comfortable & ideally situated for us.

We like to have home cooked meals and being away for a period of time it gets expensive to eat out. In saying that the motel proprietor went the extra mile to accommodate our request’s such as cooking elements and utensils, frying pan and pots. Also provided a clothes horse.

Lovely stay at Aveda, friendly owners, convenient to everything, nice walk down to the small lake, clean rooms. The unit we were in was quite dark. I understand the beds in the units are for various set ups but if putting two singles together to make a king then a suitable topper would be good so theres no hard bump in the middle.

The best place to stay in Pukekohe. The New World i just a short stroll away, the rooms have all the facilities needed. If you don't like trains this might not be the place for you, they did not both me and hardly any trains go down the tracks in NZ anyway. Would stay again.

Perfect little spot for our one-night stay with our family of four. The location was ideal—close to everything we needed. Key pickup was simple and hassle-free. Overall, we were very happy with our stay!
