Some instructions on how to work the hot plate would have been helpful. No knives to chop with or microwave containers to cook in. Needed a bigger fry pan so just went over to the kitchen and cooked over there.

Their lovely grounds keeper used his unpaid time (at least 3-4 hours) to sort the pizza oven for us. They were able to sort a second room for us at short notice. Best service ever. Definitely looking at bringing the whole family for a stay when the weather is warmer.

Didn't know you had to take own utensils. Pool was freezing would of been better heated during winter. The 2 rooms next to us had 2 different guests staying there for the 2 nights we were there and noticed the cleaner didn't change anything in the rooms. Just made the beds. We got into the blankets second night and there was sand all in the sheets. Complained to receptionist so hopefully the cleaners do a better job

There’s nothing that I didn’t like at the property hence why we came back and will be back.

Jumping mat, swimming pool, playground, pool table, pizza oven, BBQ, beach access within 5 minute walk from room. Location was nice and isolated so coming Prepared was a bonus. Tidy grounds 👌

Wasn’t clean at all. Windowsills/ window frames were dirty. Couch was stained. Hair on towels. Splatters of previous visitors cooking on floor. We were all itchy, informed staff on early check out and was told - ‘yeah that happens’ only stayed one night of our booking.

So .. didnt like the new jumpy pillow ..its very thin and jumpers can feel the ground under it Didnt seem safe We stayed in the same room as.last year I took the drain out of Shower it was blocked I would suggest some drano or at least tell your staff cleaners to close Shower door behind then so they can see who's hair is on the inside!!

We rented a cabin nice hot shower good pressure , clean tidy room , set up with towels clean sheets and coffee tea etc. We were suprised to see a great lil food truck on site which was gret when not cooking.

To be honest there is nothing I couldn't fault. Maybe salt and pepper sachets in the rooms maybe a better option but we didn't mind to come to reception to grab.
