Certaines prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'établissement . Établissement très cher par rapport aux prestations. Lorsque l'on paie un certain prix ( tres élevé par rapport à la concurrence) on s'attend à certaines prestations comme le repas et le nettoyage de la chambre. Très peu de choix sur la carte et franchement pas bon et cher. Draps tâché et lit fait tous les jours mais le sol pas nettoyé et je pense depuis quelques jours.

Natur pur - no TV ! - aber jede Menge erholsame Treppchen, Bachläufe mit Kois und Catfish (Wels) … sogar das extrem seltene Horsefield „Hörnchen“ kann bei guten Tierkenntnissen beobachtet werden! Herrlich! Essen hervorragend egal ob Brakfsdt Lunch Dinner und sehr nette Weine rot und weiss ! Sie/Ihr werdet es für Eure Zeit dort ins Herz schliessen! Das Poolwaser ist Quellwasser und herrlich sauber und erfrischend !

Wahem Eco Bamboo – Muhteşem Bir Deneyim 🌿 Wahem Eco Bamboo’da gerçekten şahane bir deneyim yaşadık. Otel hem konsepti hem de sunduğu hizmetlerle bizi çok etkiledi. Tüm detayların misafirlerin konforu için düşünüldüğü, kendinizi gerçekten özel hissettiğiniz bir yer. Personeller son derece nazik, ilgili ve güler yüzlüydü. Konaklamamız boyunca kendimizi çok değerli hissettik. Kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isteyeceğimiz, gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz harika bir otel. Emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ederiz. 🌿✨

Vanaf het moment dat we aankwamen bij Adiwana Dara Ayu Villas hebben we onze ogen uitgekeken. Het begon met de avontuurlijke tocht naar de villa en vervolgens naar het restaurant. Superleuk! Wat een ongelofelijk prachtige tuin. Het hele gebied is geweldig, veel flora en fauna, je kan er heerlijk wandelen. Het is er rustig. En je zit midden in het jungle bos, een sprookje. We vinden dat de kamers/villas goed zijn onderhouden, zeker gezien de omstandigheden van het jungle bos. De luchtvochtigheid is er heel hoog en dat merk je. Ondanks dat is het verblijf schoon. Het personeel werkte ontzettend hard om te voldoen aan onze wensen en ze hebben dit overtroffen. Ze zijn ontzettend behulpzaam, met het doen van boodschappen en het dragen van de koffers. We wilden een verblijf dicht bij de natuur en dit heeft onze verwachtingen overtroffen. Oja niet te vergeten het geweldige goed onderhouden zwembad en heerlijke massage en scrub in de spa. We raden een verblijf hier zeker aan. Ontzettend bedankt Adiwana Dara Ay voor dit geweldige verblijf! We zijn heerlijk tot rust gekomen!

We kunnen werkelijks niks bedenken wat tegenviel. We begrijpen alle negatieve opmerkingen van andere mensen ook echt niet. Het is hier gewoon geweldig, genieten van de natuur

The open space views of the surrounding rice fields, the beautiful infinity pools and relaxing vibe.

The views and staff were incredible. Sat on top of a hill with flowing rice fields, nestled in a quiet region. A retreat into nature.

The in-person staff were wonderful — very kind, polite, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is beautiful, and it’s conveniently positioned at roughly 30 minutes to Ubud and 30 minutes to Kintamani, which makes it a good base for exploring. The biggest issue was the poor service from the online/bookings team. We originally booked a villa, but the room was extremely humid and very noisy, making it difficult to sleep. The available fan was not very fast and was constantly rustling plastic sheeting that had been installed to stop animal droppings which made the room uncomfortable and disruptive at night. The property is also quite isolated, so there aren’t many food options or general amenities nearby. I’d strongly recommend organising scooter hire and day trips privately, as we found the prices from the villa’s recommended vendors were significantly higher than standard market rates. The access into the area gets very slippery when it rains, be careful. To their credit, the onsite staff did help move us to another room. However, the replacement room was worth $164 per night, compared to the $264 per night room we had originally booked. Instead of refunding the difference, we were told no. We then asked if the value difference could at least be made up through services (around $200 total), but this was also rejected. The only compensation offered was a spa package worth, at most, around $100. Overall, there was very little effort made to properly resolve the discomfort and inconvenience caused by the original villa conditions. What should have been a simple and fair solution turned into multiple frustrating conversations that took up a noticeable part of our holiday. If you stay here, I’d strongly recommend booking one of the rooms with indoor toilets and air conditioning — those will likely give you a much more comfortable and enjoyable experience.

De ligging is best ver van alle bezienswaardigheden die men op Bali wil en kan bezoeken. Taxi is bijna niet te krijgen. Gelukkig hebben ze een eigen busje rijden,dat lost veel op!!

Everything was perfect

Nothing, this property is a scam, do not book! It looks nothing like the pictures at all! The staff are extremely rude. The property needs to either update their pictures and pricing or booking.com needs to delist them!

No security checks at check in, the rooms were dirty, stained bedlinen, no AC, not as advertised. Food menu made on word art? We tried to get a refund though booking.com as the property was not as advertised but they didn’t help.

This hotel is located in the heart of Bali's jungle. It's a beautiful resort with several tiers of rooms all the way to multi bedroom villas. Honestly it is astounding how pretty it integrates with the surrounding jungle. The cost will be a little higher than surrounding locations, but this is the highest rated villa in the area so it is to be expected - and the quality of service and food here match the price as well! Understand that because you are in the heart of a jungle there will be bugs. If you cannot deal with sharing their living space I would recommend booking by the beaches. However, if you are looking for a great time and want to see all the adventurous things to be done in the jungle ask for Adi - he is a premier guide and speaks great English! Cheers, - Alex

A place where peace comes to life in every moment. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend it.

This resort was located in a remote area outside Ubud. Situated in the jungle, the views were extraordinary. The accommodation and amenities were wonderful and had a rustic charm. I had the best massage of my life. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. It was well worth the two hour taxi ride from the airport. We will be returning again!

I had an excellent stay at Adiwana Dara Ayu Hotel, where every service exceeded my expectations. The room service was fast, attentive, and always delivered with a smile. Transportation arrangements were smooth, reliable, and very convenient throughout my stay. I would like to give special appreciation to Adi, Wayne, and the Chef for their exceptional hospitality, professionalism, and personal attention. Their dedication truly made my experience memorable. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. If you are looking to disconnect and unwind away from the crowds, this is the perfect sanctuary. The atmosphere is incredibly relaxing, providing the peace and quiet we truly needed. The culinary experience was a highlight—the food was beautifully presented, and we particularly loved the authentic local dishes on the menu. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the service. We experienced true Balinese hospitality at its finest. Mang J and his team were incredibly attentive and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. A special thank you to Adi, our driver, who was exceptional. He wasn't just a driver but a fantastic tour guide who took us to the most breathtaking waterfalls, temples, and hidden gems for local food. He was patient, professional, and shared so much fascinating history about every site we visited. We can't wait to return!

The location isn’t ideal, it’s very far from everywhere, there aren’t many options for food and the properties food wasn’t the best.

Location was awsome when you are looking for real Jungle. Restaurants etc are far, about 30 min by scooter. But that was expected :)

Cleanliness was very poor. Also you need to take into consideration that there are a lot of insects also we saw a snake in a hotel area. Houses are not covered with net between the walls and there is space between doors. Insects are coming easily in. Toilet was outside and in other room it was open with no door. It was very difficult to get two scooters, they only had one. In restaurant cocktails are very poor quality and wine is only by the bottle. Overall it was cool experience, but couldn't stay longer than 2 days.

Everything and everyone was amazing! We especially enjoyed the company of our driver Adi, who showed us a unique salak village, the Besakih temple and accompanied us to Tirta Gangga! Would absolutely thank him and recommend to any future travelers! The place itself is a magic - so beautiful and peaceful that it makes you want to stay and just enjoy the view.

The athmosphere of the Hotel Resort is so so outstandingly beautiful! You’re completely immersed into the jungle and you can see rice terraces everywhere you look! The staff is so immensely friendly and treated us like we were their friends. A big thanks to Adi, who drove us to the most beautiful places around the area and gave us lots of insider tips! Rooms are clean and food is good. Absolutely reccomendable!

We left Adiwana Dara Ayu in the middle of the night due to moldy, foul-smelling bedding. The manager refused to help, and we’re still chasing a refund through Loveholidays. This place is nowhere near 4.5 stars and should be investigated for hygiene and management issues.

Adi was my driver throughout my entire stay. He is such a lovely man and made sure I was happy throughout could not recommend him enough he made my time here in Bali so easy I will definitely use him again when I return to Bali. Thank you for a memorable holiday Suksma 🙏

Location is a bit far out, but didn't stop us doing everything we wanted to do, the setting is absolutely stunning, friendly staff and we used the taxi from the hotel to do a day trip to all the places we wanted to go, and more!

Amazing retreat in the middle of paradise. Every morning having breakfast with those breathtaking views made it worth every cent. You will feel like you are in paradise. Staff is super helpful and friendly. A unique experience!

The decor and interior of rooms could be modernized a bit

Such a gorgeous location with amazing scenery and staff. Made us feel very welcome and created an unforgettable birthday celebration. All the staff were so friendly and attentive especially Yan Su who went above and beyond. Very clean rooms and was even better than the pictures online.

Thanks to Yan Su we had an amazing stay at Adiwana. Even if we made a mistake by the booking the whole team made big efforts to make our stay an lovely experience and for sure on of the highlights of our vacation. The nature your are sourrounded with is simply breathtaking. True recommendation.

The private pool was good. Hotel surrounding was good for hiking. The private bath was romantic. Private balcony was fancy. In general area was beautiful.

On our first night of stay our water was shut down after midnight and it was impossible to do anything. Even going to toilet was disgusting. We told the staff to take care of it, and they completely ignored and the same thing happened on our second night of stay as well!!! Also, kitchen sink was clogged and completely useless to us and they did not fix it in time. Also, food menu was very expensive and not enough items on it.

Es uno de los lugares más bonitos en los que he estado en mi vida. Sin duda volveré. Duermes en mitad de la jungla y de plantaciones de arroz. El acceso al hotel es cruzando riachuelos! Y la habitación es increíble. El personal super amable y el desayuno incluido super variado y delicioso. Sin duda volveré. Nota especial a Eko, el Manager del hotel que se preocupa personalmente de saber si cada uno de sus huéspedes está a gusto. Un encanto de persona. Un 10+!

La struttura è meravigliosa. Con queste camere letteralmente affacciate sulle risaie e sulla giungla, una cosa che solo a Bali puoi trovare. Camere grandi, luminose, discretamente pulite. Consigliatissimo

Lo staff molto precipitoso sia al cocktail di benvenuto nel fare tutto di fretta sia durante la cena le portate servite tutte insieme. Ho ricevuto il Dolce insieme all’antipasto e al piatto principale. Altre volte invece se non ci si avvicina personalmente allo staff nessuno viene incontro nel chiedere eventuali esigenze.

Loved the scenery of the hotel in the forest area. The staff were fantastic and helpful with a smile on their face all the time. Food at the hotel was very tasty although a little limited.

Had to change rooms in the beginning as the toilet was based outside which we weren't comfortable with. Also could do with more lights outside when walking from the room to the main lobby area as it was very dark and could easily trip

The hotel stay was amazing. The walk down to the restaurant from the lobby area is quite literally magical as are the views. Colourful flowers and plants on each side as you step down some stepping stones through some delicate ponds and carved art, it really does feel other worldly. The swimming pools are genuinely to die for. The panoramic views from both pools will be sights to be missed everyday. And you could spent the whole time just walking through the gardens around the complex. The food experience was dreamy. The restaurants sits on a hill with insane 360 degree wide of rice fields and the jungle. In the sun, you may just want to sit out your earphones on and just watch the birds dance around. The 3 course breakfast is not only incredibly tasty, but grimly filling till dinner. All of the staff are so friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Astini, Adi, Wena, Parwata who made our stay incredible and whom we interacted with most. We had a wonderful time and would recommend. Other notables: Rooms are such a chill and comfortable vibe, beds are super comfy and while rooms airconned. Massage treatment is exhilarating, leaves you feeling like a zen-ed or marshmallow. And the yoga class is quite fun and challenging. Cooking lessons were the highlight of the experience! Worth doing is you have the time. And for the social media fans, YOU must do a floating breakfast!

Wena served us a beautiful breakfast overlooking the spectacular Balinese forrest. Eggs Benedict, fruit, croissants amd strong coffee.

Wana is one of the best hosts, and the location is amazing, its in the middle of the jungle and its so peaceful and quiet and clean

The Place as nature and view are awesome . Staff are friendly and helpful but too loud and noisy starting from 6h am . Woke up 2 days in a row on loud kitchen noise and talking. Food was average comparing to the beauty of the place also cant easily find a car or a market near . Laundry was the most expensive in bali. I was expecting the place to be calmer. Couldnt even meditate at 6ham . The room in the kitchen floor was a mistake . We felt like we are sleeping litteraly in the kitchen. I would've appreciated if i knew this before to reserve a better away room from the staff. Thank you.

What a breathtaking experience... I was looking for a hotel with an infinity pool when I came across Adiwana Dara Ayu. I had already booked 3 nights in Dwaraka Villas in Ubud and had my plan pretty much ready but I just had to give this hotel a try so I canceled one of the nights in Ubud and booked here instead. I was a bit cautious due to the negative comments about the condition of the rooms and the overall cleanliness. Having stayed at the hotel, I can firmly say that those are coming from people who have never set a foot in the wilderness and if civilization seizes to exist tomorrow, they will perish with it. Yes, bugs do enter the rooms if you keep the doors and windows open but nothing that bothered us. I did not see any holes in the mosquito nets over the bed and the room was impeccably clean. All 4 of us consider this hotel as the highlight of our trip to Bali and we will come next time specifically to spend more days in it. We loved the gardens, the swimming pools and the view form the restaurant. If you're wondering if you should book here or not, do not hesitate. This will will be an unforgettable trip :)

The water in the swimming pools was a bit cold but it was the same case in Dwaraka villas in Ubud, so I guess this is something common. Did not bother us, though. You get used to it pretty fast.

The beds felt like there was some damp in it but despite that my husband and I still had a good sleep each night.

The hotel has very beautiful territory. Breakfast are very tasty. Bed was comfy. We stayed in Dara Ayu Deluxe with a balcony with a beautiful rice terrace view. Bathroom is outside with no room which we enjoyed a lot. Has a lot of frogs though. We also booked floating breakfast, which looked cool, but water in pool was very cold. We enjoyed romantic dinner as well. It was pricey, but very tasty and decorations were awesome with flowers and candles.

The hotel location was incredible. Hotel staff were lovely and friendly. Hotel was not clean. Hot water barely worked. Lots of dead bugs on a daily basis in the bed and around the hotel. Towels not changed daily Bins not changed till last day. Fridge was unplugged for 2 days

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful accommodation in Bali. Despite arriving at around 3am, we were warmly greeted by security who kindly carried our luggage on the short 5-minute walk to our room. The moment we stepped in, we were blown away – the room was absolutely stunning, with a huge stone bath set outdoors and surrounded by lush, natural greenery. It really felt like the place was built into the forest, rather than the forest being cleared for it – a true escape into nature. The infinity pool was a dream, and enjoying our meals beside it made every bite more special. Adi was fantastic – he helped us book relaxing onsite massages (which were amazing!) and always checked in to make sure we were okay, offering helpful local tips along the way. Eko was equally wonderful, ensuring we got our motorbike and felt confident exploring the area. He shared great advice that made getting around easy and enjoyable. All the staff were incredibly attentive and always had a warm smile. The whole environment felt peaceful, welcoming, and so in tune with the surrounding nature. One of the highlights was definitely the cooking class – such a fun experience! I picked up a few new tricks I can’t wait to try back home.

The room was very spacious, lovely bathroom, bed was super big, amazing views and the staff were very helpful and polite and always available if needed. Bed was really comfy. The stuff were really friendly and helpful. The room was big and clean. All in all a grat experiance! If you need a driver - we'll recomand Ali :) he was great and a part of the hotel, so it was easy to book and everything. He has amazing recomandations what we should do and where to go.
