Staff were amazing, great food, comfortable beds and close to the beach.

Great location, 50mtrs from the beach, and around 20 minutes to the airport. Perfect for a couple of nights for a stop over or a quick getaway. Three pools, one for the kids, which is nice. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Toilet kept leaking after flushing, but staff came straight away to fix it. Although the next time I used it the same thing happened. The slide at the kids pool should be removed as it is in poor condition.

sehr saubere, ruhige anlage. perfekt zum start oder beenden der balireise aufgrund der nähe zum flughafen und des tollen angebotes, den außen, restaurant und poolbereich auch nach dem auschecken noch bis zur abreise nutzen zu dürfen. Frühstück und restaurant sind auch super. betten sind ebenfalls top.

Chambre attribuée ne correspondait pas à celle réservée. Le staff de l’hôtel explique que vu que leur hôtel est complet ils ont dû me mettre dans une autre chambre. Stanze malandate, diverse da come appaiono nelle foto. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, le lenzuola erano sporche. Due soli asciugamani piccoli e non proprio "freschi". Scarico del water parzialmente intasato.

Cet hôtel est très bien pour la transition. Très calme. Propre. Le personnel est très gentil, arrangeant. On a pu laisser nos valises à la réception et profiter de la piscine avant de partir à l’aéroport. Une douche est disponible près de la piscine et c’est vraiment un plus. Le restaurant était très bon et copieux.

La taille de la chambre, la déco, l'emplacement a pied de la plage, le personnel qui s'occupe entre autre de réserver le taxi, la piscine. Le fait de pouvoir se doucher une fois la chambre rendue pour profiter au maximum

The hotel was a wonderful choice! Great location, clean and comfortable room, with thoughtful extras like complementary water , tea, coffee and snack. It’s run by lovely staff who were always friendly, welcoming, and willing to help with anything we needed. Everything was convenient and well-maintained. They also offer a complementary ride to the airport! My family and I really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

This room was very adequate for one night. There are different standards of rooms, ours was small but had everything we needed, the fridge was loud but we turned it off. It was in a great location near to shops, beach, fish markets etc. Breakfast was good, with a large variety to choose from - I had fruit and nasi goreng. The staff were lovely and attentive.

I would have liked a larger room if I was staying for longer.

La atención del personal, sobre todo la de la chica que había en la recepción por la noche cuando llegué. Que excelente trabajadora. La cercanía al aeropuerto y la limpieza. Es un Hotel modesto, pero muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para pasar por ejemplo la noche antes de coger tu avión. Todo funciona bien, buen aire acondicionado y mucha limpieza en lo imprescindible: camas, baños, suelos…

Tout était parfait! Un excellent accueil , un service de grande qualité, de belles attentions, une chambre très agréable, une piscine très appréciable et un très bon petit déjeuner!

Nos gustó mucho el desayuno balinese, muy muy rico y agradable estancia donde se sirve. La cama era cómoda. Destaco la amabilidad e implicación de Murjana. ¡ Nuestro padre balines!

Hotel que esta bien pero que no tiene nada que ver con las fotos (el exterior). Las habitaciones estan bien, grandes y comodas. El desayuno correcto entre 5 opciones a elegir. Tiene piscinas y esta muy cerca de la playa donde teneis que ir a comer pescado!

Las fotos parece que es un hotel mucho mejor de lo que en realidad es.

Location, near to the airport. We stayed only one night and it was super good enjoy jimbaran beach. For the breakfast you can choose 1 of 4 options, it was simple but good

Quiet and easy to access. Grounds were well kept. Facilities were adequate. Staff were very polite and helpful.

A bit remote from large shopping centres, but local shopping and restaurants were conveniently located.

Lo staff super gentile e disponibile, davvero carini. Possibilità di fare un massaggio mentre si aspetta l'aereo! Nonostante il check out ore 12.00, abbiamo avuto il permesso di rimanere tutto il pomeriggio in piscina, molto gradito. Ci sono addirittura tre piscine.

Camere non perfette a livello di pulizia, può capitare di trovare qualche geko :)

Nice hotel, close to the beach but still with a good sense of privacy. The staff were very friendly, and I think it was good value for money. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for something simple and not too fancy near the beach, away from the nightlife but not too far from it either.

Overall, nothing major to note — just good value for money.

Super Lage am Strand, tolles freundliches Personal. Super-Power-Frau von Rezeptionistin dessen Namen wir nicht kennen war wirklich super und hat alles möglich gemacht und sogar Gepäck geschleppt. Die Unterkunft ist schön ruhig. Da wir unser Zimmer nicht pünktlich bekommen haben, haben wir ein kostenloses Frühstück bekommen, das war auch echt lecker. Anlage an sich hat etwas Renovierungsbedarf, war jedoch für uns für eine Nacht total ausreichend und schön. Ging weiter zum Flughafen, der ist innerhalb von 30min mit Grab zu erreichen.

Bad hat gerochen und ist renovierungsbedürftig. Dusche befindet sich im Vergleich zum Zimmer in einem großen Raum, der jedoch keine Nutzfläche hat. Es könnte ein außenliegendes Bad sein oder man könnte dort Ablageflächen schaffen, die es im Zimmer sonst nahezu gar nicht gibt... Bettwäsche war leider fleckig. Poolliegen könnten ausgetauscht werden, denen merkt man das Alter stark an.

Pasé solo una noche en el hotel, así que no lo pude desfrutar mucho pero estuvo bien. Con aire acondicionado, una cocina y agua mineral en la habitación. El personal muy amable. Tiene piscina y el desayuno estaba bien. A 5 minutos a pie de la playa. Buen sitio para pasar la primera o la última noche cerca del aeropuerto, incluso algún día más para ver la zona.

Staff were friendly.

Overall just a bit run down and everything needs a good clean. Bed sheets had stains on, towels were old and I didn’t go in any of the pools because the water was murky. It’s also a half hour walk from the main part of town.

The location is perfect. Quiet setting very close to best part of beach. The rooms were large and comfortable. Fantastic value for money.

The place is showing its age but that doesn't matter

Au calme, à quelques pas de la place. Personnel souriant et très disponible. Chambre avec bon lit et clim. Petit déjeuner correct. Excellent rapport prix/qualité.

It is hard to find what we liked about this hotel. It was one or two employees which were nice and friendly, especially the girl at the reception desk who kindly tried to solve the issue we had. Location is ok and is not too far away from the beach.

The photos on Booking.com are misleading - the hotel is dirty and poorly maintained, honestly falling apart in places. We had visible stains on the bed sheets in both rooms, and the pool water was murky and uninviting. We were thinking of just leaving the hotel and to be honest we should have :( On arrival, we were about 2 hours early for check-in, so we went for a beach walk and had lunch. When we returned - 40 minutes after our official check-in time - the room still wasn't ready. The 1st receptionist was difficult to deal with: avoided eye contact, seemed uncomfortable interacting with guests, and when I raised a partial refund request, he simply ignored it and didn't respond at all. I then submitted a refund request through Booking.com directly. The hotel's response was to offer a late check-out, which we declined. At that point I stopped pursuing compensation and responded via booking.com system that I will just leave an honest review instead - only then did they offer a free taxi to the airport. Worth noting: Booking.com ended up issuing their own €30 refund after the hotel declined to offer anything themselves.
