L’emplacement n’a aucun intérêt. La restauration non plus.

Location was perfect for our needs. Everything we wanted to do was within an easy Grab ride either by car or motorbike. Had a private villa. Felt private and relaxed. The room safe was not working when we arrived. It was attended to and fixed very promptly.

No complaints. Toilet did not have a strong flush - but otherwise worked fine. There was occassionally a mild odour from the toilet .... but it was not a distracting problem and it did not end up being a concern.

The bed was comfortable, the staff great but the rooms are getting a little tired.

A little bit far from the beach and tricky to get across the bipeds road from the hotel to beach when walking.

Everything was amazing. The way the staff treated us was hands down the best we’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much for all your help; the place was beautiful and super clean. Plus, it’s right next to the airport!

Le calme, la taille du lieu, la piscine, un personnel accueillant et respectueux. Nous avons bien déjeuné et dormi ! Nous savions facilement prendre le taxi aussi. Il fallait marcher 15-20min pour atteindre la plage donc nous avons pu croiser des locaux et avoir une petite visite autour de nous.

Il n’y avait pas de savon pour les mains, et nous pensons qu’il aurait fallu un tapis de prière. La clim était un peu bruyante mais fonctionne très bien ! Tout le reste était parfait !

Our room had its own pool and the facilities were very welcoming and clean. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. It was central to everything we required.

The coffee cups were too small and there was no milk in the fridge.

They charge 250k for an airport shuttle, but a grab is around 50k.

What a great central hotel! About 10 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes to Sanur harbor (to Nusa Penida) and 1.5 hour to Padang Bai harbor (to Gili/Lombok). The staff are so friendly and helpful. The beds are super comfy. The pool is lovely. Room was spacious and clean. We booked a lagoon room and felt it was an exceptional value for the price. They store your luggage which was really convenient for weekend trips to Lombok, Nusa Penida, and Gili islands.

Only downside is the restaurant, which you will see in a lot of reviews. They don’t allow outside food delivery, and the restaurant has a limited menu that isn’t that great. Just plan ahead for this and get food on your way to the hotel or if you are out and about. The breakfast that’s included wasn’t the best breakfast we had, but also not the worst. At least it is substantial. For us, how great the rest of the hotel was overshadowed the minor inconvenience of the restaurant.

We booked the 1 bedroom villa and it was spectacular! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and lovely. Beds are soft and comfy. Big thank you to Mega at the front desk for taking such good care of us!

Room size is very large. Rooms are very clean and staff is very friendly. Perfect for your stay.

Die Lage ist ein Albtraum, direkt am Bypass. Laut, dreckig, arm. Der Strand ist km weit entfernt. Pool zw. Den zimmern(nicht Villa). Keine Sitzgelegenheiten draußen, man hat nur das Zimmer. Nur 1 Fastfood rest.in der Nähe. Personal mega unfreundlich. Musste 90 min auf check ien im 14:30 h warten. Albtraum.. früher abgereist

체크인하는날 남부투어하고 가는일정이라 투어가 길어져서 늦었었는데 투어가사님과 소통하여 원활히 체크인 할수있었어요 집은 넘 깨끗하고 단정했고 수영장물도 깨끗하게 관리되어 하루의 시작과 끝을 수영을 즐길수 있어서 넘 여유롭고 좋았어요 수건과 어메니티도 충분했고 원하는 시간에 룸청소도 해주셔서 놀고 들어왔을때 깨끗한집을 볼수있어서 더 기분이 좋더라구요

Expérience exceptionnelle ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux, le cadre magnifique — que ce soit la piscine ou la décoration — tout est très propre. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Un grand merci à Harry pour son accueil et sa bienveillance. J’ai été plus que ravi de notre séjour !

Nous avions une chambre avec accès à la piscine lagon (collective). Nous avons demandé à changer pour une villa avec piscine et jacuzzi privés. C'est donc cette chambre que j'évalue. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le confort de la chambre, et passé du temps dans le jacuzzi et la piscine ! Le salon extérieur est très bien, on vit dehors, on est au calme. C'est propre. Le personnel est très agréable, notamment Harry avec qui on a aimé échanger. Assez proche de l'aéroport, bon emplacement pour le 1er et le dernier jour à Bali.

La 2 x 2 voies difficile à traverser, mais l'hôtel n'y est pour rien !

Tout est était parfait. Un hôtel haut de gamme avec un personnel parfait et accueillant. Des chambres belles, spacieuses et propre. Une excellente ventilation de la climatisation.

Nos alojamos en esta villa durante tres noches y fue una experiencia maravillosa. Todo estaba muy limpio, decorado con gusto y el entorno era muy tranquilo. Lo mejor fue el personal: mención especial a Ming, atento, amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Sin duda, volveríamos. Muy recomendable para quienes buscan descanso, cerca del centro de Ubud pero suficientemente alejado para estar tranquilos.

The villa was lovely with good amenities and facilities. The rooms were well kept with fresh sheets every 2nd day. The breakfast was always good as were the dinners at the restaurant. All of the staff were excellent and so caring, we were treated more like friends than just guests. Nothing was too hard for the staff, they would always ask if we were in need of anything. We will be back again. A special shout out to Harry and Rani who were wonderful to Sue and I. Plus all of the other staff and room service.

You definitely need your own transport if you stay there. Although you are well back from the bypass the traffic does not make it safe to walk across the road. You need a taxi or a scooter to get anywhere around Jimbaran from the location. As for the villa, just be careful standing in the bath when showering it can be a bit slippery.

Cannot bring outside food from online order to your stay because they have an in house restaurant. You can get food from hotel yourself though and eat. No cutleries in kitchen though. Also good places to eat are little far away

the breakfast is in comparison to bali standards really bad and expensive. Also the restaurant itself. And they don’t allow food orders from grab or gojek which is just rude. Should make their food better instead of banning all others.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of days, and it was a deeply disappointing experience. Their strict no-cancellation policy trapped me into keeping the booking despite my concerns, which felt unfair and inflexible. The restriction on ordering outside food until 9 PM was absurd—apparently, they want you to rely solely on their overpriced restaurant for most of the day. The room policy is equally frustrating, limiting occupancy to just two adults, making it impractical for anyone needing a bit more flexibility. On a positive note, the room service was decent—prompt and polite, which was a small relief. But that’s where the good ends. The mini bar looked like it hadn’t been updated in decades, outdated items that no one would want. The toiletries provided were cheap, flimsy, and barely usable.

Usual rooms or villas were very old property, seems like not well maintained / cleaned. Photos of the listing were not near a true representation of current reality. We wanted to leave the next day then they offered a fairly new built villa which was ok so we stayed. Only good experience was with staff, ladies at the reception were so nice 🙂

The split AC was far from the bed and not fully cool the room until the bed area. Also, no pool towel offered and place to hang your wet towel or clothes

You can find anything you ask from a private villa, from a jacuzzi and private pool to an outdoor kitchen with a TV. Neat and clean room, well and modern designed throughout. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious and convenient.

Would’ve liked it if the A/C was closer to the bed. Apparently you have to pay for extra towels and have to specifically specify if you wanted towels for the pool. It was very weird to be charged for just a couple extra towels. There were no face or hair towels either. So it’s just big towels or pool towels. Which was weird to me

On arrival, the sheets were dirty. Room had flies and bed sheet had blood stain. They changed it after we asked them to (no apologies) Villa rules makes it a less hospitable place. More like a hostel. For example : No food or grocery delivery drivers allowed here - that's just one of the rules. Breakfast is expensive compared to basic breakfast rates in Bali. Coffee for 45k (AUD 4.50) was very average.

Very comfy and space is very big even they have a small kitchen which amaze me. The bathtub also very big can fit 2 person tho!

Villa with private pool was great, clean and in good location. Just be aware that you villa will be visited by some animal guests like bats, lizards and so on, which is absolutely natural. The villa is cleaned every day.

Breakfast - you have 3 different breakfast sets to select which might make you bored of you stay there for few days. We decided to eat breakfast outside the hotel on our 4th day.
