Reviewed Sep 17, 2026I like that the lady in the office remembered my parents from their stay 6 years ago. I like how welcoming she was. I like the parking space and how close I could park to my room. I felt safe and secure there, I couldn’t even hear the traffic.

The traffic noise was bad, to the point where this overwhelms the extra value for the large rooms, would rather have smaller room at the rear (side rear the best), also the large mirror in front of toilet made a little uncomfortable.

Noisy student party next door. Shit dof dof music from the rugby club rooms across the street so no sleep till late at night only to be woken up real early by screaming seagulls in the park. Also alot of road noise Other that that I would recommend it 🤣

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026Good room setup, excellent kitchen for our family of four - we were able to cook dinners at the unit. Location was excellent - museum was just a short walk down the road. University is close-by. Restaurants are also a short walk away. There is a well-stocked 24 hour mini-mart about 4 mins walk away. There is also a nice playing field right across the road that is good for walking around, or kids using up a bit of energy running around on.
