The hosts were very rude ! Very noisy being close to road !

its an older style motel, the room we stayed in wld be good for a couple, as the bathroom is in the main bedroom...not so good for a 3rd person

This is second time we have stayed here. The Motel is very clean anf tidy I recommend it to anyone to stay here always enjoy coming will be back.

Noisy from room next door. Close to main road could hear all the traffic.

Living area was nice, the double glazing helped the noise from state highway 1. The staff member was helpful with a takeaway suggestion.

The main bedroom double bed spread had dried blood on it like someone had rubed a blood nose on it and was generally dirty. Not sure the last time it was laundered. The duvet under it had yellow stains so wasn't much better. The wall in the back bedroom had black mould on the wall above the extra bed under the curtain, it was gross.

Convenient location, affordable, warm

The place is dated, everything feels like it’s came from the lower shelf at The Warehouse; towels were old, pillows lost the fluffiness long time ago, cheap amenities. Additionally the fridge didn’t work, the shower cap came off during the shower, bathroom door didn’t close properly, no ventilation in the bathroom, cobwebs in the room and exposed electrical sockets…really not a great look! If you want a good night sleep bring earplugs as it’s noisy due to outside traffic.

This was a step back in time, affordable comfort. Good electric frypan and microwave allowed good meal preparation.

The oven/hotplate setup needs modernising.. I am short so found the high cupboard challenging.

My room was sparkly clean - every day it was reset, clean and wet surfaces dried and appliances tidied. for an older facility, the standard of cleanliness was exceptional.

1.办理入住的时候态度非常不耐烦.问wilf 密码就要被眼神吓死2热水在晚上8点被关了直至早上八点才有热水，找前台处理已经下班，导致晚上没有洗澡.（感觉是故意的）3歧视中国人，房间里面贴着两张好多条中文条规让客人遵守 4因为订了3张床 带两个小孩 进房间要补交费用 这个自然接受，但是一个男老人（估计是房东)态度及不友好!被骂fuck! 5大家避雷吧 一分价钱一分货 一生黑！

Unit was really comfortable and cosy. Plenty of space and well laid out with bed, sofa and TV. Nice new carpet and great having power outlets at bedside for charging phone etc

TV couldn't connect to internet - a previous guest may have logged it out. Paintwork and wall around bathroom window needs attention.

The facilities are complete.

I believe hospitality is very important in this kind of industry. But I did not get it from the staff unfortunately. I felt like unwelcomed since the arrival. My family and I have not left the room at 10.30 a.m.. I acknoelwdge it as our mistake. However, the way the staff reminded us to leave the room soon was quite rude.

Room was warmed for our arrival, great easy location and size for what we needed.

Staff were very helpful and the location was easy to find. Room was warm when we arrived.

Parking was not great had to navigate paths and stairs in the dark and ice. Very very loud being on the main road we didnt sleep at all.

Great for a short overnight stay

It was a very pleasant stay. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and went beyond their duty by shutting the drapes and turning on the heating so our unit was lovely warm and cosy when we came in at night.You couldn’t ask for more.

The only thing I would have liked was a rail for the bath mat to hang on. The rest of the unit was totally adiquite for our needs and very clean, tidy with lovely comfortable bed.

Location was very convenient as I walked to shops and Caroline Bay.

I would say the ensuite definitely needs a ceiling fan and unfortunately I could hear the next room using the bathroom. The laundry facilities were very handy. Otherwise I was happy and would recommend staying at Blue Dolphin.

There was nothing not to like

A great stay, the apartment was very verty clean. The shower has great pressure and hot. Was a little worried about road noise, but I heard nothing and slept well. The bed was supper comfortable, better than ours at home. Would I stay again? Definitely. Owners were nice and very hard working people.

We could hear the people in the room next to us while taking a shower. Maybe they were loud or perhaps the walls needed insulation. Very difficult to get out onto the road, would have been good if the back exit wasn’t chained off.

The location was good, but our first impression was very poor. I’m not sure why we were shouted at regarding the vehicle speed, especially since there was no visible speed limit signage. We entered the facility at less than 10 km/h, yet the staff spoke to us loudly about it. That was the first interaction we had with them, and it left us feeling upset for the rest of the day.

Loved the bedrooms and the upstairs aswell was beautiful

The double beds were too firm for me so I slept in the single! But it didn’t phase me too much for one night stay

It was clearly stated in the booking facilities details that the room/apartment had a washing machine but it did not and the motel said that laundry was chargeable.
