Stand alone 3 bedroom home

It was clean and really practical for a family of 5 adults. Close to everything we needed and great off street parking

road noise, but its buy a main state hiway and we knew that so you would expect noise

heating was quick to work and room was spacious. Room was clean and had extra blankets. table to work out was right next to a power point

the milk was out of date in the fridge. this made you double think about what had been checked in the room recently

Nice and modern and clean

The 3 bedroom apartment was a separate house behind the motel. It was very spacious and had kitchen facilities and two bathrooms...... perfect for our group. It was very clean and had everything we needed.The beds were super comfy.

There was only one air conditioning unit in the lounge area. The night we stayed was very cold and it didn't really heat the bedrooms that well. There were additional electric heaters in the wardrobes though.

Easy to find, park. Fast check in, great location and clean. All amenities working.

Being winter, the rooms were very cold and took along time to warm up, the heat pump was locked at a certain temperature maybe as we couldn't turn it up

Chloe was helpful and position is a good spot.

Not much to not like, a comment and not a criticism. When you are in touch and know when customers are arriving and it's winter, an extra thought would be to have a heater on so arriving to a warm interior would have been nice. We arrived 8pm. A small thing but would have meant the world.

The property itself was fine. Well located in easy distance to all amenities.

Our booking was for a suite with couches and a spa bath. The room we got was for disabled people. This room was not what we booked and not suitable for us as we are not disabled. Complained and we were to see them the next day to try snd be moved but decided to leave and go home.

4 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. It was very spacious, modern and clean. We were surprised at how much room we had. We were even more impressed when the Managaer came to the room to offer us another room free of charge so we could be even more comfortable. We were just so grateful and can't praise them high enough.

Being a disabled unit when we were not disabled. Seating in shower etc.

It had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. The area was large and roomy but comfortable. Lots of unexpected but welcome touches like dish washing liquid and salt and pepper. Bed soft but comfortable. Being on a main road, we were worried that it might be noisy , but it wasn’t at all, as soon as the front door closed it was quite quiet. Reception staff was very friendly , welcoming and helpful.

Upon arriving , reception was very welcoming, the motel wasn't busy so good easy parking , we were given an upstairs room much to the youngsters delight and the vroom was well above expectations, clean roomy and well laid out , amenities were full and welcomed ,great location across from park and beach and a min drive to shops ,although on main road was quiet and we wernt disturbed at all

Honestly stayed in a lot of motels and this had nothing to disappoint, very happy we chose this property to stay

Great location to access Caroline Bay with all of its offerings, and a short walk to restaurants and cafes. The city centre is a longer walk but worth the effort.

The trade-off of the wonderful location is that the motel sits right along the highway. The soundproofing helps but the large trucks are still disturbing.
